He said my order was out for delivery never received it and then called at 7:45 and was told that it was delivered and given to somebody at the front door, but the delivery driver never showed up at my house. I'm sorry to be writing this review, I once considered this place to be probably the best pizza in the entire area. Last night I was informed that they no longer served stuffed crust, pizza, which isn't normally the end of the world, but it did make them stand out among other places, on top of that the pizza was very dry and the flavor was comparable to Little Caesars. We also got a smores pizza, which by all accounts should have been great but what we got a burnt chocolate with burnt marshmallow and crust you literally had to rip bites off of. I ordered the margherita personal size pizza from this place one night. I asked them if they put fresh basil on it. They assured me they did. To say that our first order from Jackpot pizza was disappointing is a HUGE understatement. My husband ordered pizza 1 medium and some cheese rolls at 6:30 PM. When he received his confirmation stating it wouldn't be delivered until 8:00 PM we tried to call several times to see if we could just pick our order up. First call we got voicemail. Second through fourth call we were very obviously hung up on. We couldn't even reach them to CANCEL. 8:44 PM. We are just now receiving our COLD pizza. It's currently in the oven being reheated. Still can't reach anyone at the restaurant to express our concerns. This is so frustrating. 2 hour delivery time. Shit pizza. Even shittier customer service. There are many more quality pizza restaurants in the area that we can give our business to. I can't wait for my next visit to Korner Slice or Paul's Pizza Shop. read more

Last Sunday, my elderly disabled father ordered pizza here for delivery. He ordered 2 pizza's, and only one arrived. When he called the "manager" and asked if she could rectify this she mocked him and said, "boooo-hooo you aren't going to come back anyway so F**K YOU!" This is completely unacceptable. He asked for her name and she wouldn't disclose it. My dad worked and retired from food service. This is completely unacceptable behavior. We have loved the pizza here for years, my husband and I order here weekly. To treat a disabled elderly man this way is unacceptable and completely unethical. I want to get to the bottom of this. Ordered for the first time and have looking forward to trying it. I ordered delivery from the restaurant website. It was delivered pretty on schedule, but it was cold to the touch. I don't know if they use warmers when they deliver it off there were just several stops in front of us, but that was disappointing. Also want to note that we ordered thin crust hoping for a thin, "cracker" type crust. Chicago style thin... anyway, their thin crust is just a thinner hand tossed. It's soft and foldy, just less filling and not as much crust at the end. Not really a criticism of the pizza as much as an fyi of you're looking for a thin-thin crust. For this type, I'll stick to Marco's. The quality and taste were fine, no complaints, but also not above and beyond a chain pizza. I don't know if we would order again, it's not super affordable for what you get. Not a ton of toppings, pretty light weight pizza. Maybe the handtossed would be better. Also, I think i would definitely pick up so it's at least warm when it gets home. So.... other than being cold. It wasn't great, wasn't bad. Just pretty average. read more

I finally made it to this pizza delivery place before they closed one evening. I'll give them 3.5 stars, for now, being that they are a bit more hip than your typical pizza delivery chain, but they can be pricey and their hours are definitely geared toward the area where it's mostly families that go to bed by 9 or 10 pm. If you decide to dine inside, there are three small tables for that, and according to one of the owners, they usually have loud music playing. The evening I visited, the music wasn't on at all, so it was fairly quiet. They serve craft beer and wine, along with some great looking pizzas. Their beer is all local, with exception of Rogue. On the wall, you will see pictures from old Las Vegas (think 1960s and 1970s) which are neat to look at, and of course the gambling/poker/playing card-themed images as well. Onto the pizza, I ordered a large premium pie called the Over Under one one half and subbed the mushrooms for bacon. For the 2nd half, I chose a 4 toppping pizza. This craziness costed me an extra 7.50 for the large, so it ended up being nearly a $20 pizza. Pizza was definitely better than your typical chains, but I wouldn't go as far as saying its better than many of your gourmet sit-down options like Grimaldi's, Luna, Pizaro's, Luigi's, Fuzzy's, etc. for comparison. Each pizza crust (thin, pan, hand-tossed, gluten-free) is fresh and handmade, not frozen and the ingredients seemed pretty good too, I just wasn't blown away by the overall taste. The pepperoni pizza barely had any pepperoni, was soggy, tasted low quality. We ordered it with a crust glaze and there was none on there. The garlic knots we ordered were old, soggy, and tasted burnt. Luckily the nice young lady up front gave us a refund after we called to complain.
