Jack helped us out with creative solutions to fixing the front bumper on our 2010 Lexus RX. The bumper was just slightly detached. Other estimates were over $1,300 to replace the bumper. Jack looked over the bumper and came up with a simple solution to reattach it. At the same visit, he also solved another issue with our car as well. Jack is an awesome man and great at his craft. I messed up the front bumper on my BMW M3 by driving up onto a steep driveway. I got a quote from Mike's Auto Body and they recommended that I replace the whole bumper, which would have cost about $1200. My friend recommended Jack's Auto Body and from the moment I got there I was treated very well and genuinely felt that Jack was being completely honest about what needed to be done for the repairs. He was able to save by original bumper by repairing the plastic mounting brackets that I broke which saved me an enormous amount. It's nice to see that we still have honest businessmen who do extraordinary work with passion and honesty. Jack is a dedicated man. He is the first one there and the last one to leave. (trust me, I saw him on both ends of the hours spectrum.) I had a cracked up bumper cover and a scuffed cover as well. Jack did a tremendous job for a very reasonable price. The ripoff artists across the street from Lexus of Concord charged me a arm and a leg for basically the same amount of work as Jack did. First off the owner Jack and his staff are really great and respectful. I had a small problem that it seemed other shops didn't really want to help. It was minor and didn't have much money involved. You know what's being said is more than true it's outstanding to be greeted and for someone to say I will help you. He did like when you a kid and your neighbor helps getting a ball down from somewhere. He knew I was concerned about my car and his response is don't worry I'll help you. I visited Jack on a cold and rainy day in January because I had a small dent on the corner of my passenger side door, from where I assume a passenger of mine opened the door into the ground on a steep hill (or something to that effect). Upon my arrival, Jack greeted me warmly, asked me to hold the umbrella while he crouched down, took a mallet out of his pocket, and swiftly knocked the corner back into proper alignment (which took approximately seven seconds), after which he exclaimed, "Fixed! For free!". While this experience didn't give me much insight into Jack's approach to complex repairs, it did convince me that he's a swell guy, and trustworthy too. So, I'm not sure if I've entered an episode of the twilight zone or what with this place? I've been to Jack's twice within the past year with 2 different vehicles to get quotes and has gotten the same response......NONE. Both times an older gentleman approached me who told me he was Jack. The first time I came in with my Jeep Wrangler which had front end damage. Jack, took pictures, asked me about my profession and was generally very friendly and assured me he could fix it and asked me to text him. I did, twice and both times got no response. A few weeks ago I came back with my fiance's Honda Sport which had rear end damage. With all the good reviews I figured I'd give this place another try. Again the same guy approached me and the conversation went exactly as is did earlier in the year. I didn't bring up that we had already met. So again he took pics told me to text. He said he'd let me know a quote the next day. The next day came and went so I text him the day after and his response was a smiling face emoji. read more

Just picked up my car today and it totally confirmed that I made the right choice in trusting Jack with the repairs. Aside from the fact that he has been in business for 39 years, and that my auto mechanic (Duane at A-1 Auto) recommended him, I remember Jack from the early 80's when I worked for Pleasant Hill PD. He was a Reserve Officer at the time and I know he serviced some of their cars. I brought my car to Jack when my insurance company "totaled" my car. I was not in a position to buy a new car, and frankly, my car was in great shape (other than the recent front end damage). Other estimates were absurd to say the least. I went to Jack for an honest evaluation as to whether the car should be fixed or not. He assured me it was fixable and we agreed to move forward. Best decision ever!
