I have a gluten allergy and know there are slim pickings on the menu, but the cauliflower crust is gluten free, and some of the salads are as well. When we walked in, it wasn't busy at all, but the staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant isn't large, but there are tons of seating options. Our food was served shortly after we ordered at the counter, and my pizza was piping hot (as desired). I wish Newk's would get gluten-free bread, but until then, I'll just get the cauliflower pizza.
