Place could be updated abit especially on the inside but it is kinda hole in a wall so not to much expected. Overall the food is what matters i guess. I will be back occasionally. read more

Their fries tasted like old grease. I'm pregnant so my sensory system is way up. They were hard and over cooked as well. I had dinner and woke up at midnight with the worst stomach pain and u know the rest of the story I will never go here again. Food was good. No complaint there. We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 combos, nothing special about them. It did take quite a while but we didn't mind cuz the food was fresh. One thing that bothered us was that the woman working the drive thru was SO rude. She was so rude we were speechless. lol. We were the ONLY customer they had. She didn't say hello. Didn't smile. Had their pastrami burger and chilli cheese fries. Nothing special about their chilli cheese fries.. I would say they were mediocre. I liked how the pastrami was sliced up real good because I hate biting into a pastrami sandwhich/burger and end up with a long piece of pastrami hanging from my mouth and look like a big slob. read more

I think this used to be a Naugles in the old days. Anyway, I was on my day off and wanted to try something locally based. I decided on the drive-thru here. Many great options for a good price. I ordered, and then waited a little bit in the queue, and I thought "Well this is a little slow". Then I looked inside and saw that the employees were running their asses off! I got up to the window in a reasonable amount of time, and the woman who helped me was delightful! And the food was good. I'll definitely go back, as I want to try the other offerings on the menu. Stopped by here while on a trip out to Joshua tree. Didn't expect much cause I just went to the first burger stop I could find . The wait was pretty long in the drive thru but no more then I'd say 10 minutes. The bacon burger made it all worth it though, it was pretty damn good compared to other burger joints where I live. The fries were also pretty good , salted and a little crunchy so I can't complain. Older Man that works inside was also very nice. I come here for one thing, pastrami cheeseburger (I add chili) and it is FIRE. I can never finish it, I would die, it's huge and it promotes obesity & heart disease. I thought to give this place another chance after 8 months but it's still mediocre food and service. My brother ordered a #7 ( pastrami cheeseburger) for me and got a pastrami sandwich instead. The fries were very dry and drink was flat as well. I called immediately and told the guy about the wrong order and was told to bring food back and he'll make correct order or will return my money- however he needed the wrong food back because he doesn't give free food- I guess they just throw it away ( I asked him if he could just let my brother keep it because it's the principal of the inconvenience of driving all the way back because of the mistake they made and I don't live close.) Good breakfasts, good food. They have been needing to improve the seating in the restarant, the tables are not very able to accomadate large people. Icouldnt find a table to sit in, yet the owner has been told about this problem previously, maybe he s not smart enough to realize that if he cant accomadate large folks then they wont come back even if the food is good. I dont ever take my food to go! Its not a very difficult fix. Just make the tables movable insteas of fixed to the wall and floor. read more

First of all, NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! Secondly, the last time we ordered our order was so messed up! I had ordered a breakfast burrito with well done bacon and grilled onions and egg & cheese! When my husband dropped it off and went on to work, I called jack JR. back to let them know there was NO BACON, a few onions -not grilled and full of the cheapest ingredient- potatoes no egg no cheese! So I called they told me they would replace it! I told them I am disabled and don't drive and could not come back right then. They said they would replace it next order! So today we call to place our order! Now keeping me on the phone 34 min as they can't figure out anything that I say in clear English! So I asked for the boss! He speaks just as bad, keeps putting me on hold, telling me he won't honor it unless I bring a three week old burrito back! They are incompetent, rude and liars!! Co-worker and I decided to stop here today for breakfast burritos and they were very good but when we got to work we felt kind of woozy and nauseated...half way done tearing down a fence we both got diarrhea and had to leave our job site to go find a restroom...we couldn't find a restroom for miles...Moreno valley is the worst place to find a business that will let you use their restroom...I warned you...bacon breakfast burrito was the culprit and it pretty much ruined our work day. read more

The place is a little run down and hidden along Heacock St. Most people would not pay attention to this burger joint because it is right next to Jack in the Box. The food is nothing great. The cheeseburger combo is priced slightly above what should be appropriate for the quality that you get. However a good thing is that the french fries can be substituted for onion rings or fried zucchini at no extra cost. The fried zucchinis were over greasy and tasted old. I also had a Dr. Pepper, but the soda tasted like it came out of a machine that doesn't get cleaned often. If I could give this place 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY would! I have never experienced horrible customer service before the way I have at this place. I placed my order and had to wait almost 20 mins behind the customer in front of me in the drive thru. I'm assuming they had a lot of food which is fine but I also knew that my food was probably waiting the entire time since all I ordered was carne asada fries. When I pulled up I politely asked the woman working the window when they made my fries. She said they were just brought up and piping hot. I checked my fries and they were warm definitely not hot. I could tell they had been sitting. So I informed the woman that they weren't hot and instead of remaking them for me she argued with me and had the NASTIEST attitude. I told her they weren't hot she said "yes, they are!" And then when I persisted she said "Well, idk what to tell you" and refused to take the fries and make another batch. At that point I just demanded my money back and left. This was my first time visiting and it will be my last time ever visiting which is unfortunate because I really wanted to try the food. DO NOT come here! Good customer service is essential for good business and this place has the worst customer service possible! read more
