YUMMMMM! Grilled cheese! Foods great, but the speed is...ridiculously slow! They had 1 guy taking orders and working 4 grills. There was 1 at the check out and 1 doing random things that needed to be done.. I'm not an expert, but when the line is long and out the door, maybe it'd be nice if 2 people were taking orders and grilling instead? Regardless, food was great. Loved sitting outside to inhale everything and then back to hitting the slopes!

Grilled Mahi Mahi, Wild Rice and Grilled Veggies. Nothing to write home about at all!

Had the pleasure of eating here while on a work trip. They provided all the food for our company, so it was hard not to eat here. Their food is average and nothing to write home about. But when it's free, it does help somewhat. The best dishes I tried were the pizza, tortillini with shrimp & basil pesto sauce, and the pulled pork. They try their best with the Pho, but being from SJ, I couldn't choke it down. Overall, not bad for a restaurant in a resort, but if I was charged for their food I probably wouldn't go back.

THE "AWESOME" CHEESEBURGER: a LB of char grilled meat, bacon & fries: $16; But eat it fast before it sinks to the 50 deg room temperature!

ONLY IF YOU LOSE SPEED COMING OFF BOUNCER or get stuck by the American Flyer. Otherwise it's not worth herringboning back up the slope. Basically this is a gigantic centralized college style food court where diners are processed through various kiosk queues. Jack's best attribute is that its long packed tables seat 12 or so, thus great for families. TOURIST PRICES are about 20% higher than outside the bubble. My cheeseburger, fries and cola, while well prepared was over $20 after-tax (see pic). There are better price/value options nearby.

I'm not usually a fan of slopeside cafe food, but I just had to write for this, especially knowing that this place is in Colorado, this place had Pho one of their stand. Not just typical Asian Wok or Asian food, it's PHO! What can be better than eating hot, warm soup while it's cold outside. Yes, the tasted might not be like on par with Pho restaurants in Garden Grove or any Asian places in CA, but it's very edible and the broth wasn't bland, so I'm pretty much a satisfied customer that I couldn't stop bragging about this slopeside cafe. Also, at the end of the day, they usually have live band playing while you're chillin' at the cafe or at the bar, waiting to get home. I totally loved it and I can't wait to come back to Colorado once again to enjoy riding down Copper mountain and eat here for lunch. Oh, one downside, I did missed the Garlic and Herb fries that McCoy Station has in Mammoth.

We were told about Jack's and decided on it as our first stop after a 2 hour drive to the mountain. Lots of places to pick from Jack's is a cafeteria style eatery that has a few places to pick from, there's a pizza place, and burger place, a noodle/pho kind of eatery and I think a sandwich style place too. We chose the pizza place and were absolutely not disappointed, I believe it was some kind of deep dish pizza and they were so huge and so filling. I got a pepperoni slice and a ham and sausage slice. So good!!! The only downside I could find is that it can be pricey depending on what you get, however I was full for hours so this didn't not effect my rating at all! You also get a nice view of the boarders/skiers and even the half pipe out the giant window. Another plus, live music depending on the time of day!

Ski slop and the lift is right here.

Great crowd and we had a lively time. 2 nights later we went back for the same BYO Old Fashion and I gave the bartender (different from prior visit) the ingredients; Rye, angistino bitters, orange bitters and thats all! Over a single large block of ice. They were out of Ang bitters (???) so i substituted walnut bitters. It happens, no biggy. They arrived at the table and were over small chipped ice. Wrong for a bourbon drink. She said they were out of blocks (8:00???) It was full of simple syrup- yuck! I discreetly took it over to the bar and asked what was in it, it was terribly sweet and not what we ordered. She said she puts simple syrup in them. I told her that is not what we ordered in the BUILD YOUR OWN. And asked her to remake it. She stormed to the table and said she would have to charge me for the new drink since that is how they make them. I asked her isn't it a build your own? And said forget it just throw the damn thing away. I'm done. I had nothing and we left. Be careful to explain it is build your own and you get to tell them how to make it.

The ambiance, service, and drink didn't warrant a $20 Old Fashioned. Fairly disappointed that I…read moreupgraded to a "barrel aged" $22 drink and it was poured out of a spigot mini cask.

I've never been a huge pizza fan because I don't like pizza sauce or any kind of red sauce/marinara etc. but I was at an event up in Copper Mountain and literally smelled the food from this restaurant (especially the pizza) for 2 days and eventually just HAD to have it... and once I did, I was mad at myself for waiting until the day we were leaving to try it! I definitely would have gone back a second time and maybe even taken something to go... YES, it was that good! My daughter (who is very petite and normally eats like a bird) devoured her entire bowl of pesto pasta, then proceeded to eat not one but TWO pieces of my pizza (like a dummy I told her to "try it") that backfired because she also LOVED it. I went with the build your own (because again, don't like red sauce) and they happened to have a "garlic oil" to choose as a sauce alternative and boy was that delicious. I also added pepperoni, caramelized onions (WOW) and mushrooms. It was my perfect pizza! Absolutely delicious, there was not a crumb left (no joke) Jackson was our server and he was a hoot. So kind, so helpful, so funny and provided excellent service. We were there in summer so it was of course perfect weather to sit outside on their beautiful patio. The location of this place is prime Copper Mountain ambience. If you are reading this review and you've gotten this far I would guess that you're considering going here and I would 1000% say GO, you will not be disappointed.
