The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! When I went to the shop, I noticed that the rear window was torn up. I pointed this issue out to the staff members. These people tried to gaslight me and said that I "dropped off the car as is." Not to mention they added unnecessary charges such as a new starter because one of their techs burnt out the starter. They also made me pay for a new flywheel, which was not needed because they did not service the rear main seal. The car was never the same since then. For the time the car was serviced from them, the car has only moved about 50 miles.
