COST FOR VIP WASH - $25.00 COST TO REPLACE AND REFINISH DAMAGED CONSOLE TRIM PANEL - $1,307.59 TOTAL COST TO ME FOR GOING TO JACKSONS FOR A CAR WASH - $1,332.59. 5/4/19 I took my 2015 Infiniti for a VIP car wash on Saturday morning at Jackson's Happy Valley. When I got back in my car and headed off, I noticed that my console was damaged. It was not just scratched, but the finish was completely scraped off on one side. I immediately called and said I would be back in the morning to show the manager. I had gone there for the wash and interior clean because I had an appointment Tuesday morning to have some beautification on the car done. I wanted it clean inside and out. I had recently scanned the car thoroughly and got a quote for anything that needed fixing. The console was fine. I know for 100% certain the damage to the console was not there until Saturday morning when I picked up the car after the car wash. So in between Saturday and when I headed back Sunday morning, I called my mechanic and sent him a picture of the new damage to be quoted so I could add that to the Tuesday list of work. Well. that's when he said the entire trim had to be replaced because it's impossible to fix the scraped finish, unless he could find a used panel to reduce the cost. So I took that information with me when I went back to see the manager. The manager said the formal process was to fill out a form and send it in. He said maybe something could be worked out like I could get the exterior scratches buffed or the car detailed instead. I said I wanted the new damage repaired that the car wash did since I already had other things like exterior scratches (caused by um.. car wash brushes) planned for this week. I showed him the quote for the damage. He saw it had to be replaced, gave me the form, and said the damage could have been there before. I showed him a recent picture of my console that was damage free and said I'm 100% sure the damage was not there, and explained why. So far, this choice to get a car wash has been expensive and time consuming! So far I'm out two hours of my life I can't get back and quite a bit of money if I want to fix it. My advice to others to avoid such unfortunate situations, if you must go to get your car washed/detailed, take a video of the interior of your car as you drive up. I will update this review when I see how Jackson's chooses to resolve my situation. 5/8/19 Still have not received a response to my email regarding this. It seems to be challenging to reach anyone supporting client service. 5/10/19 I called the Happy Valley location to speak with the manager, since no one has answered my email and it has been almost a week. I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. I never got a call back. I parked my wife's car under a tree last night and it was filthy this morning so I took it to this place which is close to home. First they tried to up sell me for a service I didn't want and then some guy came over to ask me if I needed an oil change. Huh? I just want a car wash. When they were finished there was still bird poop on the back window as well as several places on the body that still had grime on it. The floor mats still had debris on them (not as bad, but still there) The dash still had dust on it in the corner of the passengers side and the air vents weren't even touched. I guess you can give them this one star because the windows were clean, but otherwise they deserve a negative star. If they "clean" every car this way they won't get many repeat customers. If your smart you won't be a first time customer here. You will not be happy with the results. read more

I spend a lot of money here on my 3 vehicles. Every time they "wash" the car for any package it looks like they just wiped it down and thats it. Might as well just use their $5 express wash and do the rest yourself and save yourself between $20-35. Danny's was the same. Too many cars here daily, they just want to get you in and out, they dont pay attention to detail and even when you pay crazy price for detail its not well done. Literally the worst car wash I've ever experienced! Nothing was done and I paid $17 for no reason! I went to get my car washed choose the VIP which was $25.00. They spent 3 minutes on it and called for the owner. I walked up, looked around the car it was still dripping water. I pointed it out to the assistant manager. Got into my car still had trash the didn't wipe down my center counsel and part of the dash. Now if I spend $25.00 to get my car washed it better be clean! So DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE!!!! Went in to get a VIP wash but came out exactly the way I came in. Dirty windows have strikes where they cleaned it but the rest is dirty here it wasn't even touched. I keep my vehicle clean but the mini dust rain we had made me come in to get it cleaned but apparently VIP wash meant crappy car wash. DO NOT GO HERE.: You have been warned . I took my wife to a bridal shower on that side of town . And while I was waiting I decided to get my car wash. Since Jackson Car Wash was the closes place to go I decided to give them a chance . ( BIG MISTAKE) when you drive in you get attached by a so called glass repair person ( who probably was a car sales person at one time) he told me I have a small chip on my windshield. He said that if I am a member of USAA it wouldn't cost me anything . I told him no thank you . He seem to get upset an storm away. Then the car wash attendant ask me what was I wanted and I told him . Attendants( Id number is shift one # 44139)Then he proceeds to try and up sale me on a complete detail that I could use anytime for only $80.00. But that would be for today only . I told him no thank you . He then said you can use this at any Jackson car wash . Again I told him no thank you . He then told me it's a great deal . I told him for the third time no thank you and walked away. After my car was wash they drove it out to the attendants that dry the car and left it there . The attendant never dried the car . They dried cars all around mine but just left it there. So after 20 minutes waiting I decided to go out to my car and wipe off there writing on my window as the workers watch me do it and done nothing to assist me . Well I usual give a 25% tip because of the heat I probably would have given more like 50% so they passed up on $12.00 tip . Never go here your car will come out worse then it went in. Was getting my car washed here but it was back in Nov.2019. I'm ver very late on this review. They were offering me all kinds of upgrade services. I had been wanting to get my car detailed since I lived at the time on a very dusty road and had sold my house. I ask him the price and he said $300 to $350 I believe, somewhere in there. Told the gentleman I have been getting prices and they were all in the $240 to $250 range. He said how about $245. So I said yes. He told me to come back by closing which was around 6pm. Came back, paid and left. I noticed the vents were not cleaned. I have a SUV and the back area still had tons of dust on the sides. I was really upset because I felt I was paying for a really great meticulous job and it was not. Called them up a couple days later after I got opinions from various friends and family if it looked like a good detail job. Everyone said NO. They told me to bring the car back and the manager would look at it the next day. Well my husband had passed a few months before and I was still grieving and up and down and I just didn't want to deal with it so I never showed up. Couple days later I'm in Anthem getting oil changed and I ask the owner if he thought my car looked like it was detailed a week ago. He wouldn't say anything negative about it (shows me this guy has integrity) and he said he has one guy that does only detailing and one vehicle takes 6 to 7 hours. He said you leave my place like your in a brand new car. He asked how long it took them to do my car and I said an hour and a half! Part of the issue right there, not taking time on Jackson's part as I said before a good detail is 6 to 7 hrs. So I'm done ranting. I wanted to tell people to beware of their detailing. I felt like I flushed $245 down the drain. By the way the other place I was talking about in Anthem who was changing my oil is Mobile 1 lube express. I've always gone to cobblestone for car washes but after buying a 5 pack car wash from a fundraiser I started to actually like this place. They actually do a good job cleaning your car. Unfortunately about $3 worth of change was stolen from my car today. Do I care about the change that was stolen? No, however if they are willing to steal anything at all this is not the place you want to go. Truly disappointed and the fact I tipped them $3 upset me even more Lol. I called and reported it to the front desk, gave them my name and number and I got the typical "I'll let my manager know". I'll give it a few days to see if I hear back and update my review if they decide to do something about it. Been here for 75 min and at 60 min we saw our truck sitting outside still dirty. We had to go to the counter and ask what the heck? We paid 88 for an upgrade in detailing which was not worth it. We are a 4 car family and one of us has a new car so she hasn't had her car there yet but 3 out of the other 4 of us have had bad experiences the last two to three times we've each been there and all for the same reason. They run your car through the carwash they flag you to come get your car, you look at your car and you're questioning... did you actually wash my car? Yesterday took the cake when I walked up to my car and found spots everywhere and I mean everywhere on the car. Not only was there residue from it being dirty but I watched the car come out of the car wash, I watched my car being driven to the line where they dry it and I watched as no one put a towel anywhere on the body of the car, not one time so when I walked up to get my car when it was ready it was no surprise that there were water spots all over the entire car. When I pointed out the water marks and dirt to the so-called manager or line leader he tried to tell me the marks were tree sap and that's why it did not come off. That's hysterical, tree sap is clear and sticky and this was clearly birdshit it was yellow and you can scratch it off. Besides, I do not have any trees at home and there are no trees at the work lot where the car gets parked! He then had one of the people come over with a bottle full of window cleaner and sprayed it on the paint in the hood to wipe it off, gee thanks you a****** thanks for ruining my paint I mean how inconsiderate and stupid can they be? Bottom line they did a s***** job. He then pointed to the two men at the end of the car wash tunnel and said see them, they wipe the car down and dry it when it comes out of the tunnel before we put it in line so these water spots are not from us... to which I responded, no they didn't because I stood here and watched it come out of the tunnel and watched your driver get in and put it in line and then watched it sit there for no less than 8 minutes and no one ever put one towel on the body of my car. Again so-called manager continued to dispute with me then he brought over back up because he's an idiot and they agreed with him. Of course they all back each other up because they run a shoddy business and do half-assed work there. They ended up bringing two people over to actually clean all the crap off the car and the pictures I posted here are what my car look like AFTER they went over it yet a second time. I told him I wanted my money back and they would not give me a refund. So $15 later, look at the pictures and you be the judge. I don't need to persuade anyone because pictures tell a thousand words. This car is brand new I even put the mileage on here (2,400 miles) so people could see that there's no reason for my paint to look the way it did when it came out of the car wash and to look at all the spots and the dirt residue all over the car. Jackson's position was it was my paint job and all the water spots were not from their lack of drying my car off. I cannot wait for the new Cobblestone to open up on 19th Avenue and Happy Valley I will never return to this car wash again and I will drive 12 miles to get my car washed before I ever return to a Jackson's let alone this location ever again in my lifetime. They also lost the business of all four cars in our family way to go Jackson's!!! read more

Came to Jackson's to get a 4 month old 2018 single cab Chevy detailed inside and wash on outside. As this is a company vehicle and I'm currently at work I ask the guy approx how long it would take (thinking to myself if it was longer than an hour I would just come another day ) he says about an hour.... it's been 2.5 hours and they still are not done i appreciate quality work and expect that for paying $150 but be honest with the time frames there is a large guesstimate difference between 1hr and 2.5 and i don't know how much longer it will take. When I talked to management he said sorry he shouldn't have told you we can't give you a time frame. And offers me a comp car wash... I honestly don't even want it I've been to other car washes and had double cab truck detailed in less time and paid $50 less read more

TERRIBLE PLACE I had my car detailed outside only I knew I was getting a lousy job from the start. I watched the one guy stand and watch the other side of the parking lot while he was suppose to be waxing my car. I was told done I said it still has sap on the two back windows. There's still wax on my car. This guy goes and gets a razor blade and proceeds to scrape my windows. I asked why a razor blade you will scratch my window! Oh no he replied this won't scratch your windows. I knew no one was going to detail my car nicely I just gave up. Everyone had a story. Blaw Blaw Blaw is what I heard ! I had already payed $160.00 I left. Was getting gas today and I looked at my side window above my gas tank and I see hundreds of scratches in my two windows. I went there and talked to a couple of managers first one says oh wow maybe we can buff them out. I'm not trusting anyone at this point I say no buffing. Another guy comes over. Oh we can look it up on camera to see who did the scratches. That sounds good to me. Up comes another manager who and I quote announced to me 'I'm the district manager Robert and you can turn it into your insurance' I say no I want my windows fixed or replaced 'He spoke in and said Jacksons doesn't cover glass ' I know now they don't cover anything. This place sent me thru 3 Managers and 1 district manager. They said they could do nothing to help me at all. Tuff luck sucker is what they wanted to say I get my car detailed once a year I moved so had to find a new place. This place was a bad choice. Went here because I had a free 16 dollar car wash coupon and I desperately needed a car wash..anywaysss, I went through the car wash and there were two guys at the end and they were kind of talking to each other and looking at me and I really wasn't trying to talk to anyone anyways. So as this dude is drying my window he tells me to roll it down..first off I was hesitant because he wasn't wearing a mask and I wasn't tryna get no corona because..well I don't know this dude and I don't know if he had corona. So this man has the audacity to tell me "You're so sexy" AHAHAHAH WHAT SIR???? Who tf says that in general..but like..you said it to a customer lol. Not acceptable and very unprofessional. What a sh*t job this place does. I paid $54 for a VIP hand wash plus tip. I get in the car and immediately see that they didn't even clean my center console, at all. You can tell that a rag wasn't even passed over it. Still had coffee stains, milk stains and dust everywhere. They didn't even remove the writing they put on my windshield. One of the guys jumped in and to clean it. I'm literally watching him do it from the driver side and he's still missing all the spots. I literally had to take the rag and do it myself. I always regret coming here. They always try to up sell for their detail services. Why would anyone spend $100 when they can't even get the basics right. CAR STRUCK BY ANOTHER VEHICLE IN EXPRESS WASH. I went through the express car wash today 3/26/19 at approximately 12:15 p.m. and as soon as I was in the tunnel the car behind was inches off my bumper. I thought Hey this is not right, but my brain tried to assure me that the system is automated and one cannot be hit as long as you don't step on the brake. Well, guess what evidently, one can be hit while on the pulley by another car. When I got out the tunnel you have a light that says WAIT OR GO. Mine said WAIT. At this point in the process your vehicle is actually coasting I believe while the crew hand dries it. It was then that I was hit from behind. If you are supposed to wait why can the vehicle behind you continue to move toward you? The crew either chose to ignore what happened or did not feel it, unlikely I would think. I pulled over not really sure of the details. Had the machine thrust the car behind me into me or did it just hit me? Rather than confronting the other driver and holding up the line for other cars I pulled out of the area to inspect the car as I was not sure if perhaps the machine had some sort of malfunction and the other driver was not at fault? Upon inspection of my car, I was indeed struck and I have a nice white paint scratch on my bumper from the white van behind, and a second longer one I noticed when I got home. Attached. I called this to the attention of a couple of the workers, one of which was extremely helpful and actually tried to see if the other car was around but it had left of course. Now my car is an 03 Galant so it's far from perfect, but still, you should not be hit while getting your car washed. Once the 5 mph bumper is compromised it can come loose as the plastic clips inside are usually shattered and expensive to fix. Some hours later I called and tried to get the manager Anthony on the phone but could not so I just drove back there as it is only minutes from my house. I spoke to Anthony the manager in person who gave me a quick tour of the machinery and assured me that it cannot malfunction. He suggested I should have confronted the other driver, something I try to avoid in the 21st century for obvious reasons. So basically you can pay for a car wash and your car gets damaged and according to Anthony, they have NO RESPONSIBILITY to you. "Now if you were in the full-service wash, we take full responsibility for your car," he explained. He brought up good points, I might have slammed on the brake. My fault for not clarifying to him that I was actually out of the tunnel and the car was being gently pulled along as the crew hand dried it. The driver might have gassed the car, etc..Well if you are stopped, technically coasting at that point as instructed, why is it possible to be hit from behind? I guess I thought the whole concept of the pulley was that the machine was in control, not the driver?? Look here's the deal. What some younger people don't seem to grasp in business today is that someone like me would have walked away feeling a whole lot better with just a SIMPLE APOLOGY that this happened to me in their establishment. I am not looking for free car washes etc.. just some responsibility on your part as well. But NO!! I admit to doing a bad job of explaining to him exactly how it happened. After putting together this review I was able to remember the details better. I told him I am NEVER coming back again and was extremely dissatisfied with what happened to me. He did say he "feels for me" but never really accepted not even 1% responsibility. So now I am resolved to telling everyone I know what happened. He seemed OK with me leaving like that. This place used to be great, then it became Jackson's. Was there Friday, they were busy. However it took over an hour ten minutes, and it was a crappy job. The guys in front of me in the purchase line was out in less than 40 minutes. The lines moved faster on the right, than the left. No reason, they just ignored cars over there. Bugs still on the front of the car and windshield, armor-all on the inside of the windows,brake dust caked on the wheels still....If you want it done right, do it yourself. read more

I paid 27$ for a carwash where they just ran my car through the car wash and didn't touch anything inside. Instead of using a wet towel to wipe down at least the visible parts that are dirty they used the air pressure hose and spread the dust and dirt all over my car. I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money here. You're better off doing it yourself. read more
