This place keeps getting worse. Today I went to get a window chip repaired. This went well and the window guy is nice and efficient. But then tried the car wash. Again all they do is constant upsell. Some idiot left his truck to get washed and took his keys. No one did anything to try and route people blocked behind it so I finally gave up and got them to back up the car behind me so I could leave with no wash. read more

I had my Scion TC detailed here. I spoke with Phillip who wrote up the ticket. I wanted to know if there were any specials they were running. He was able to get it down a little. Very friendly person. When I picked it up it appeared that Mark had cleaned it. Seemed to be a good job. Hey...NO ONE cleans your care LIKE YOU WOULD...So be kind people. They do not get paid executive salaries. If there is something that you are unhappy with, just tell them and they will make it right! read more

I've been a long time customer, and have always had a good experience. I took my vehicle in today to be washed. I asked for the Deluxe Hand-Wash package. The gentleman checking me in says "Hand wash costs an additional $25.00." I advised that I get this package at least twice a month, or more, and that I don't have problem with the charge. He gave me my ticket,and I went inside to pay. After paying, I look into the wash bay to see my car going through. Obviously, not being hand washed. I went back out to the gentleman that checked me in. He abruptly told me that he "doesn't have time for this." I told him that he charged me $25 extra for a hand wash that I didn't get. He then said that I should "Go have fun. I don't have time for you to be out here harassing me." He then walked away. I then had to go find a manager who refunded the $25 up charge. But the fact still remains that an employee acknowledged that he charged me for a service I didn't get, but then told me he didn't have time for me and to "go have fun." Needless to say, I won't be going back. You probably shouldn't either. read more

I went in this weekend. The guy charged me for the $34 wash. Everything was supposed to be done. Half the interior was cleaned. The floor mats were put in so they bunched and bent. The windows looked like they were cleaned with a grease rag. When I got there I was second in line at noon on Sunday. My car ended up being 10th to go through the wash as well. Not a great experience and will definitely not go back. read more

I've had no issues. Maybe they've cleaned up their act because they've seen their Yelp reviews. I feel obligated to give them 5 stars just to help them improve their reputation because I've had stellar service (and I genuinely mean stellar!) all around. I did the oil change and car wash and returned again for another wash. David made very sure I was happy with my clean car yesterday (I'm guessing he's some sort of manager or supervisor). I was in desperate need of a car wash, so I decided to try out Jacksons since I was in the area. I really needed the inside to get a good scrub down. First of all, like most car washes they uphold me from the car wash that I was already decided on. I figured I really wanted a good car wash so I went ahead and did the next one up. As soon as I got in my car I noticed that they didn't even clean out one of the cupholders which is part of what needed to be clean the most and the rest of the center console. Needless to say this did not meet my expectations for paying $17 for a car wash, so I will not be visiting this car wash again or recommending them to a friend or anyone I know. read more

NEVER have your car detailed at this location. I had my car "detailed" well that's what they were suppose to do. My car wasn't filthy I just wanted a good cleaning done on it. They had it for 5 hours mins you. When I got it back I looked it over and saw they didn't clean the center council, the fold down armrest in the back, the trunk, the running boards or the leather seats just to name a few I'm not sure what they did to it for 5 hours with the condition it was returned to me in. I'd say it sat with nothing being done to it 90% of the time. They have no business advertising themselves as a detail shop if this is the kind of work they do. I said something to the manager on duty (Jason) he sprayed something on the running board and said his doesn't come off (I used a magic eraser at home and imagine that it came off!). He said give us a few minutes to clean this up. They already had it for 5 hours I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time with them. I told him I just thought he should know the type of work they were producing. He said ok and walked away. Don't waste your time or money here they do not do good work. When I was referring to the center council I meant the top armrest portion, cup holders, parking brake cover, and the back armrest was down and not a private area. I specifically asked about the items in the trunk and was told not to worry they will take it out and vacuum it out. I didn't not ask that my glove box be cleaned. I will not waste anymore of my time going back to this Jackson's. If they couldn't do a good job in 5 hours what would going back do. read more

I took my truck to Jackson's today. Off the top, they did their best sales job with the whole windshield chip repair gig....I graciously declined the offer. I specifically asked if they would wipe down the inside of my truck, which I was told they would. Fast forward to pickup time: from the outside, my truck looked beautiful. As I got inside, the front seat/floor had obviously been touched by a vacuum = I'll give it a C- if I were to grade it. And, my dashboard, doors and center console never saw the likes of a damp cloth. I was running short on time and couldn't hang around to wait for them to re-vacuum my truck, let alone, wipe down the dusty dashboard, etc..... either. Once I got to my next destination, I took a look at the back seat/floorboard.....definitely a D for a grade. Seriously disappointing. Is it just too much to ask for a decent cleaning job when you dish out $25 for it?? Guess when one goes to Jackson's, it is. Won't be going there again.... read more

If I could give it lower starts I would. I spent over 20.00 on a wash. My car comes out and sits there for a half hour I am still in line. It was so bad I just took the car so I basically paid 20.00 for something I could have run thru the 3.00 outside rinse. When the guy asked why I was taking the car, I told him it was over 30 minutes sitting. He argued with me that it just came out. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off and spend 1 hour watching 3 guys working really hard and the "supervisors" watching them doing nothing. Again Stay away !!! read more

Terrible. Took two cars in the same day. They didn't vacuum under the seats, did not wipe down anything on the interior, no scent was used on either car. After I pointed it out on 2nd car the guy jumped in and wiped down a few thing on the drivers side and got out. Failing to wipe down anything on the door. Seats were not touched. This is the worse place to take your car to... they damaged my car.. broke the inside visor.. I went there because they lied to me about the car detailing and doing the repairs for the scratches on the paint.. I paid 110.00 for the color to cover up the scratch.. I went there for my appointment and they tried to sell me bunch of things ... they took my car told me 2 to 3 hours then they will call me to come back to pick it up.. I made sure that they will do it the way it should me and they promised I will love it Athena I pick it up... after 4 hrs just wondering walking at the stores around to kill time... I called and they say ohhh yeah it's been ready.. so I said u know mayb they r very busy so I will not say anything.. but when I went to pick up the car.. I was surprised that it's only washed and vacuumed but I still can see bugs and water spots on the glass... inside still dusty and under the mats and the seats never touched.. here when I asked for a manager... Scott facility manager the rudest person on earth.. prejudice the minute he saw me he start yelling and saying if I am not happy with the service I can complain to the corporate... he refused to give me the number so I looked it up online... left a message then Dhalia called me back and said will address this issue to the big boss and someone will call me the next day... here I am now.. no one called.. The place is crazy busy, I feel that outside wash they nailed it but inside seat wash and detail don't even bother. There was no shampoo wash for my seats and left a little wet and the techs didn't even put plastic over them. In fact I had the VP email me and gave her my plate number with issues and she never responded. read more

Avoid this place. I needed some interior cleaning done but I had limited amount of time. I was told I was first in line so they can work on it immediately and have it done 1.5 hours max. I come back 1.5 hours later and they still have not started on it! They will say anything to sell their service but they do not deliver. read more

Let's start off by mentioning that I was super happy with my service at first. Robert hooked me up with a repair for a chip in my windshield and worked with insurance company to get it taken care of. After that, he got me a discount on a great wash outside and inside including freshener. Great! Car looked and smelled great. It was when I drove away that I noticed the problem. My moonroof was half open. Since I never open my moonroof in Phoenix in August, I figured that was part of the cleaning detail. When I tried to close it, it wouldn't close. Then I noticed the broken piece. So I go back to address the issue and after talking to greeters AND managers, all I got was denial that they broke it. Apparently it's policy to mention anything broken while cleaning. Apparently it's also policy to deny when you break something. Now I'm stuck with a broken moonroof in a car I'm trying to sell no thanks to these guys. They might do some good work here and there, but the integrity of this place is garbage. I paid $10 and once I got out of the car wash, a gentleman came up to my car to wipe the rest of the spots down and ended up using a completely and totally dirty towel on my car and didn't notice it until about 10 minutes later down the road I saw a bunch of dust and dirt all over my car. now I see why this place has such bad reviews I will never be coming back. Got my Jeep detailed here, spent the full price to get it done looked great until I looked into my console. They had pushed down so hard on my gear shifter they broke the plastic window displaying P, R, N, D, L. When asked about it they apologized but said they couldn't guarantee replacement or coverage for replacement since the vehicle was over ten years old. God forbid someone brings in a muscle car from the 60's or 70's and they break something but because my Jeep was a 98 it's not a big deal. Will never come back or recommend to anyone read more

Got talked into a $50 wash n detail. 2.5 hrs later I'm still waiting in the lobby. Not even very busy here. Hate to think how long I'd be here for the $100+ job. Particularly annoyed that no mention of length of time was mentioned when sales guy persuaded me to go from the $18 to $50. That's not going to happen again. Also my first time here. OK I give 3 stars because well I guess they did everything they could. Don't do a detail here, the work was okay not great. As I drove home the streaks in the widows were made apparent, the lack of wiping the mirrors (vanity and rear view) were obvious. I was also quoted a time of 1 hour to an hour and a half which was very important to me today as I had other appointments. I was very unhappy about sitting there for three hours, when I finally asked, I found my car was "done" it was not. One of the mats was completely dry and had clearly not been cleaned, there were still bug guts on the front of the car, the "detail" was more like a GOOD car wash. To be fair the managers offered to give me a voucher for a car wash, I declined as I do not think I will go back. They also offered to "fix" the problems but I just wanted to leave, I was hungry and needed to pick my daughter up. One of the detailers (Jodie) offered to have be bring the car back and make it right. THIS is why I gave them 3 stars. I am not happy with the detail, it was not very well done. I will not return most likely and suggest that you do not heed the "sellers" times they are far from true. I am trying to be a nicer person in 2016 and for that reason I just left and cut my losses. Hope you have a better experience. To better this review they would need to do the following: 1. Raise awareness if a customer has been sitting in the lobby for 3 hours maybe check to see if they are okay 2. Increase communication with clients 3. Drastically improve the standards of what a "detail" job is especially when it cost over $100. I did not get my money's worth. 4.Improve communication within the departments to ensure everyone is on the same page with time quotes/information given to the client. 5. When something goes wrong, don't offer a car wash voucher, my time is worth more than that. I sat for 3 hours that does not = a car wash voucher. Hope they find a way to improve soon. read more

I was there today to get a car wash and I heard Rob be really rude to one of his employees. He told him his hair isn't appropriate and it's too big for the job. Mind you, the mans hair was not big or inappropriate whatsoever so he made him put his hat on. So a little time goes by and I see a man with the same curly hair but totally different man, and Rob is clearly saw the guy with the same type of hair as the first one but does not make him wear a hat. The way Rob talks to some of his employees hurts my heart. Hopefully you guys do something about him being so disrespectful to the poor man. read more

After a 14 hour car ride, the front bumper of my car was covered in dead bugs and my windows were dirty so I decided to take it to this car wash. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Brian Stiles who, upon seeing my car, told me about intense car wash services costing $140+, and while they sounded great I did not want to spend that much money and decided to instead get the ultimate car wash priced at $40 that would clean the entire exterior and interior. He seemed annoyed that I would choose the cheaper option, but passed me along. When they finished washing my car I noticed that it was not clean AT ALL. The entire front windshield still had splatters of bird poop and the front bumper still had an abundance of bugs on it. I decided to go back through and ask them to fix it since I did not want to have spent $40 for nothing. I entered again and drove up to Brian Stiles and told him I was unhappy and pointed out the bugs and the dirty windshield. He proceeded to tell me that they would not be able to get the bugs off the front bumper unless I paid for a more expensive package as "bugs are cooked onto the car." What does that even mean?? He also NEVER apologized and actually even seemed to roll his eyes at me, but told me they would "re-wash it". So I waited until they were ready to take my car and an attendant came by who said they would give me a "free ultimate wash." Well I hope so because that's what I had already paid for, so obviously they did not do a good job if they couldn't even notice it was clean themselves! This wash was different as they motioned for me to drive myself into the car wash machine, and since this wasn't what I had done before I proceeded to roll down my window to ask if this was the right thing to do. The attendant was angry and continued to laugh and make jokes about me with the other attendants while waiving his hands and guiding me to the car wash entrance patronizingly. It was disgusting the way I was being treated, obviously I know how to drive and how to use a self serve car wash. Before I entered they came and sprayed soap over my front windshield and then told me to drive forward, but how am I supposed to see with soap all over the front windshield?? They screamed at me and told me to use my windshield wipers, which does not make any sense because they had not even washed the soap off with water yet. Upon exiting the wash they also expected me to drive through the express lane, which I refused to do since I was told I was getting a second free ultimate car wash. The attendants at the end were nice and did their best to clean my windows better, but in all honesty the car is not as clean as it should have been for the price and I am extremely disappointed with not only the job they did, but the way I was treated. I NEVER ONCE received an apology and was treated as if I was stupid for asking for what I paid for. I will never be returning, and I would warn anyone who is thinking about going there. 0 stars if I could. read more

BEWAEE!!! So we should have listened to our neighbors on Next Door! We took our son's car in today to get it washed and have the seats cleaned. We come to pick up the car and see the the passenger seat has been ruined - fabric has been frayed on the seat and back. We immediately notified them that the seat was damaged. We got bounced around between two managers Trevor and Anthony. Both basically said too bad and then gave us ideas on how WE might be able to fix it. They refused to acknowledge that we were reporting damage other than handing us a paper to go online. They refused to refund our money as well. Their lack of customer service astounds me. They ruined our car and were quite flippant and disregarding. Please beware this place is a crap shot on whether your car will come back in the same condition you handed it over to them!! read more

The guys do a great job, but getting a car wash takes forever (takes up my lunch hour), which is annoying. What I do NOT like is their hard upsell tactics. Because of this, I just do their express wash instead - in and out in 3 mins and no sales pitches to get you to spend more $$$ than you planned. read more

I've given this location so many chances and every time I regret going here. The windows are always spotty and still have stuff on them. The car was barely vacuumed. I sent my husband with a forty dollar scratch card code FTY and he told me at first she said it was only ten, he said it was forty then she told him it was twenty. My husband is a moron as well so he took the twenty and just left. I know it was a forty dollar card, twenty dollars reads TWY! SCAM all the way. Every time this women has a problem with paying out any lottery ticket you attempt to turn in. I am guessing its because it requires an extra brain cell for her to actually do the job she was hired to do. She spends rest of her shift standing there drooling. Poor, Poor service, 1st and last time there 5 hours to detail SUV and have windshield replaced and SUV was washed not detailed, windshield replaced, trim not detailed nothing that would tell me SUV was even touched other than a wash, Phillip seems to up sell the quality of work there but not in the exterior work, he should be retrained on what detail means, not just saying they can do it, Armando would try to fix the work done but for another 2 hours its not a new SUV, BUT DON'T UP SELL A SERVICE WHEN IT CANT BE DONE. BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENTS! Doesn't even deserve one star. I went in for a normal wash and got conned into a detail job which came out to $150. Horrible wash job spoke with the manager about it and instead of fixing it or refunding just argued about it. I was a bit early for a meeting down the street and thought I'd kill some time with a quick car wash. WRONG! I've been to many car wash facilities before and this one was by far the worst ever. Almost one hour for a basic car wash and the interior was left dirtier than when I arrived. Dirty shoe prints on seats and door panels. Not vacuumed well at all. While sitting there waiting and watching my car get ignored while other cars were attended to much faster and given higher priority. Maybe my California plates had something to do with it? Well, live and learn. This place sucks and highly recommend folks to save time and money and hit up one of those 3 minute car washes. Much cheaper and faster. read more

Incredibly poor car wash. Each and every time I have picked my car up from being washed I have had to go home and clean something they either missed or did a poor job on. Just got a detail and they completely forgot to wax the roof of the car. They also left every single one of my windows covered in water spots and streaks. Save your money. read more
