Came thru to get an express wash. When I pulled in I saw they have vacuums to use(self serve). So I pulled in to vacuum my car first. One of the vacuums wasn't sucking all the stuff from the floor I think something got stuck in there from someone else. But I tried a different one & it had way more sucking power. So that was good. Came thru the express wash & they cleaned the front & back of my car first then sent me thru the wash. At the end there's 2 people waiting and they wipe your windows for you. I avoid this location because they constantly hassle you about any chips in your windshield whenever you just want to get a quick car wash. However, you can anticipate this if you choose to get a car wash and prepare for it. They have now started to walk around to cars getting gas at Jackson's to bother you about the chips in your windshield while you are just trying to fill up. I had to tell a guy I worked for an insurance company and I didn't need his assistance to get him to shut up and walk away. I would definitely be aware if you stop here for gas or anything else.. it's truly obnoxious. read more

Bad bad bad! I have a Works fast pass on my car, usually go to the store at Bell & 75th Ave, never a problem there. Came through this store in my wife's car, paid for the VIP. It's New Year's Day with only a couple of attendants working the Finish Line, had to remind the dude it was a VIP and he needed to treat the dash. I noticed the windows weren't done well at all. I thought whatever, I'll never go there again. Stopped at a grocery store and took a closer look. Tires half cleaned and treated, bug spots all over the front, just a sloppy half assed job. I don't usually review bad experiences, I just never return but this made me angry. Wanted to go back and show them how much they missed but wife didn't want to take the time so, here I am writing about it. Sad, because I'm satisfied with the store I go to and you would think, by extension, with any Jackson's. Not today. My advice - don't waste your time and money at this store. A long trip brought me to this carwash, and my disappointment began immediately and persisted throughout. Due to a limited amount of time, I used self-service to wash the exterior, $20 car wash + wax + something else. The automated payment had a bit of difficulty, so a nice man came over and offered me membership instead of help. In response, I kindly declined and stated that I would just like to wash my car, but that I have been experiencing difficulties with the payment. He offered to take care of the payment for me and then disappeared for a moment with my card, which would be fine if he didn't actually trick me and charge me membership anyway. After some discussion, it was allegedly canceled. I was then told to pay at the machine by myself, and he vanished. Finally, my payment was processed and I pulled up in line. Suddenly, from behind, this other car pulls right in front of me and forces his way through. Given that it was at least 111F and I have a handicapped license plate, I decided to approach the driver since his actions weren't very nice. One of the workers was behind the wheel. My questions about why he did that went unanswered as he looked in a different direction totally ignoring me. Later, I learned that full-service cars have priority, but there is no sign, no one asked my permission if they could do that. I understand they are busy, but why do they have self-service, charge people $20, and behave in this manner? On top of all that, my car was still covered in dead bugs. Worst experience ever. I dropped my car off and bought the most expensive detail package they offered. My car is 18 years old and was in need of a deep cleaning. I was told my car would be ready in 90 minutes. I called two hours later and I was told it would be another 30 minutes. My car was not ready to be picked until nearly FIVE HOURS after I dropped it off. To add insult to injury, the air conditioning vents were covered in dust! I filled out the customer service survey June 3rd, the same day I had it detailed. Twelve days later and NOBODY from Jacksons has reached out. The salesman drew a star on my windshield when I dropped the car off. He said "this is so the employees know you're a first time customer, they'll know to do an extra special job!". This is the WORST HAND WASH I've ever experienced anywhere. I (foolishly) bought a package of 20 for my MB S 560 coupe because I live close by. The first one was reasonably good because the manager wanted to show me what they do. After that one, it's been a horrible experience. Every time, every time, they leave my car sitting on the side, sometimes for up to 20 minutes while nobody touches it until I call for a manager. Meanwhile, they have no problem moving the express wash cars through as quickly as possible. I've complained to 4 different managers and they all have nothing to say other than "I'll look into it." The managers are complete useless at this location. No communication with their staff, and no respect for their customers who pay the most. Meanwhile, the kid who vacuumed my car and moved as slow an an actual turtle, drove to park my car on the side after vacuuming it and literally sat in it for 5 minutes before he got out and "crawled" back to vacuum some else's car. He sat there listening to the stereo and changed the station to his taste. They didn't air spray any of the joints or mirrors so there are water marks from the mirror all over the doors, trunk and front grill and they didn't even clean the wheels. Take a look at the picture of my finger after just touching ONE of the wheel spokes. I had to ask for a rag to wipe down the dash display myself after they finished. Came here for the first time and definitely won't be returning. After enduring many attempts at up sells and sales pitches, we agreed on just the VIP Wash. Everything was going smooth until we saw what appeared to be a manager (as he was directing employees) get into our truck eating a McDonalds sandwich. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief as we watched this man walk around cleaning cars, all with McDonald's in his other hand. This alone was enough to not want to come back. When the truck was finished, we got inside to find everything covered in a thick, slimy layer of Armor All. The amount was excessive and needed to be wiped down as soon as we got home. When we parked in the sunlight, the extremely poor attempt at washing the car became very obvious. The attached pictures are taken 5 minutes after leaving the wash, showing what a half ass job this was. $30 will get you a muddy truck bed and smeared windows, save your money and go elsewhere. read more

When I left the car wash, the interior seats and hatchback had not been vacuumed nor had they used a wet cloth to even clean the interior of the car. Cheap, low-end, incomplete car wash, apathetic employee demeanor. I was nervous about bringing a Tesla to Jackson's for a "VIP Wash," but the location was very convenient. Never going back. Specifically asked "Please don't use armor-all on the dash or interior." Picked up my car, and sure enough they used armor-all. Thick oily sheen of armor-all on my dashboard (I have the pictures to back this up). More details: - Incomplete vacuum job - Guys at the end said "Yeah sorry about that, the vacuum guys up front do a bad job vacuuming and it always comes down on us." - The sill plate was covered in grease spots and stains after the wash. I pointed it out, and the guy said "Oh yeah, that's pretty common with Model 3's, we couldn't get that out." I said "Can you try?" and tipped him for the 2nd time. After the tip, he got out the stains on the sill plate. Found more crumbs and dirt in the back. "Can you vacuum that, too?" Employee: "Aw, man, yeah, sorry about that." Employee: "Yeah. HEY GO GET THE LITTLE VACUUM THING!" Employee: "We could get in big trouble for using the vacuum over here but I'ma do it for you." (I tip him for the 3rd time, hoping he will get his colleagues to actually finish the car wash). Windows still had grime on them. Dash was still dusty. Exterior had multiple spots and dirt caked on. Cupholders still grimy and full of crumbs. Minimal effort and it's still just as dirty as before I paid them to clean it. AFTERWARDS: Spoke to manager. He quietly apologized, made minimal eye contact. His solution was "We could wash it more if you want to pull it back around?" Manager refused to refund, "No refunds, company policy," and only offered another car wash as a solution to a poor car wash. Unfortunately I do not trust them, so the 2nd car was is not an acceptable solution. Manager indirectly shifted blame to customer for the armor all: I specifically told the front employee "Please don't put armor all on the dash, the open-pore wood, or the leather." So the employee writes "NO A/A" on my window. Manager advised: "Next time don't ask for the VIP wash. I know you said no armor-all, but even though you asked them not to, they assume that's what you want in addition to tire shine." You could tell that Tanner and the employees deal with a decent amount of disappointed customers. I don't envy that job. I don't want Jackson's to wash it ever again. I cannot recommend Jackson's for a car wash. I learned a valuable lesson today: If you want a quality job, go to a quality company staffed with passionate, well-compensated employees who love what they do. Even after I tipped the guys $10, the job wasn't done right. The vacuum job just didn't get finished. FINAL THOUGHT: I am also extremely nervous about the "unlimited car wash" hustle they tried to sell me. Guy up front: "Just pay $25, or like $39, that's it, and you get unlimited car wash." Me: "No thank you." Guy up front: "That makes sense. Not everyone likes their car clean all the time." 2 minutes later: Guy up front hands me receipt, quickly says something like "yeah just go in and pay, and if you don't want it you don't have to keep the membership." I thought to myself... 'keep the membership?' I didn't want it. But there was nothing for me to sign indoors, so I am hoping they didn't secretly force me into a membership which I do not actually want. Very worried about this. If I could give zero stars I would, I paid $50 plus a tip for them to specifically remove hair from my car as requested at check in, understandably I figured there would still be a little hair left in my carpet cause it's tough to get out but I literally got my car back the same way I brought it in same goes for the wash on the out side, with hair spread all over my dash, doors, seats including crumbs and still entirely in my carpet, the man at check in tried to upgrade me to the $100 detailing package boy am I glad I didn't fall for that ripoff, they really should pay attention to the higher paying tickets and not mix them up with the cheap wash because this is not ok to charge that price for a car wash to come back to the customer crappy nor even give back as a paid cheap wash to someone! What a shell game. My wife went to have our 2020 vehicle detailed ($200) for a family member. Made an appointment to have it dropped off on Sunday at 10:30am. At 4:30p, my wife calls and inquires hows the progress (6-hours later). Reply, we're short staffed, super busy, and we'll get to it on Monday. When were you going to call and tell me all of this? Silence. After an agonizing back and forth they're going to bite the bullet, authorize OT and get this done! We drive down at 8p to check on progress. Our car is sitting in the middle of the gas station. Ask the mini mart staff member what's happening. They replied they're on their own, car wash person just gave him the keys. Got keys and inspected the vehicle. Looks about the same as we dropped it off. And the kicker is they 'negotiated' the price down if my wife would get her car done AND get a monthly pass. And all of that was charged before any service was performed. Scam artists. Money first then negotiate satisfaction of service. No management oversight. No customer service. No wonder their scores are a 'little' low. Houston, I think we have a trend. Avoid this place like the plague. I manage fleet vehicles. I've had all my vehicles washed at this location and I've been impressed each time I've had the pleasure of having Ray start my wash and I have to say, he really works hard out there, had my truck and my Tahoe washed by him after coming back from a camping trip and they were just dirty as hell, but he said not a problem and proceeded to hand wash them each time before going into the tunnel, each time they have come out great, he works hard out there in the sun, hopefully the bosses will get some kind of shade this summer, anyway I will be coming back again as long as they have a worker like Ray . read more

While I previously gave Jacksons Car Wash a 2-star review, I have since had several different encounters with them, which were certainly more positive, so I have chosen to raise my previous rating to 4-stars. I feel that the customer service of those who work at the gas station, inside the car wash center, and who actually wash the cars have all improved since Jacksons Car Wash took over Danny's Car Wash. I also have since figured out how to use the Jacksons Car Wash app. They provide you a Free Works Full Service Car Wash for your birthday each year. That's a $18.99 value! There's also a freebie for signing up and each time you spend $150 at the car wash or center. The cost of the car washes are quite high though with the app and Yelp and website coupons, you should never need to pay full value. There are also some great plans for express car washes or so many car washes per month. I also had someone notice some cracks in a windshield and offer to work with my insurance to replace it at no cost to me (and no increased insurance premiums). It's nice and convenient having one of their locations nearby. I certainly am glad I gave Jacksons Car Wash another chance. read more

But I paid almost $50 only to realize that they've change the system and you have to drive your own car through the car wash, and then just hop out at the very end. No vacuuming no nothing. And the group of workers did basically nothing once my car got on the other side. I think they finished drying my vehicle and then told me I was finished.
