Things I like: They're relatively conveniently located. Things I can live with: The cramped waiting area for the cars. The numerous upsell attempts. The fact that it's really busy on the weekends. Things I don't like: The inconsistent quality. The focus on increased sales and number of vehicles rather than on customer satisfaction. After washing my wife's car on Saturday, I came in on Sunday to wash mine . I got the "basic" which is an interior and exterior wash. I typically don't like to inspect the finished car with the employee waiting on me to point out flaws as if they're my subordinate. I just tip them, thank them, hop in my car and leave. I'm writing this on Monday (the day after the wash) because the sunlight this morning revealed a whole lot of missed spots. Other than one swipe on top, the dash was completely untouched. There's dust on top of the dash, on the radio, on the steering wheel and turn signal levers, and the center console is still a mess. I took a quick look in the back and noticed that it wasn't vacuumed on the passenger side. I went out of my way to go back and show them what was missed and I was dumbfounded at the response from the employee. I pointed out how much of the interior had been missed and one of the first things he says was something along the lines of "Have you ever thought about taking care of those seats? We can clean them up really nice." No apologizing for wasting my time. Nothing about rectifying the mistake quickly. Once I turned down the offer on the seats he instructed me to continue wait in line. I was already missing work so I backed out and left. There's no way that I'd wait in line again, much less buy more services from a place that didn't see the value in doing it right the first time. Never mind, fixing their mistake with some sense of urgency. At this location I've had good experiences, mediocre experiences, and bad experiences. If you choose to come here you'll be taking your chances. All of the photos were taken less than 24 hours AFTER the car wash. read more

If i could give 0 starts I would. First of all my car came out dirtier than what is was to begin with.I paid $20 dollars and then $10 more for an upgrade that I was forced into to "clean my mats" I swear my dash had crumbs and filth left on it when they were done as if they used dirty rags to wipe down. Horrible. $30 dollars for nothing. I would have done myself but I have serious back pain and now will have to do myself anyway. Terrible awful shitty job. I paid for a VIP wash and this is how my car was left. I called and asked about the VIP wash and the lady who answered the phone was rude and then told me to go somewhere else to get my truck washed. I then drove back to the car wash and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me to come back another time and he'll wash my truck for free. I told him I wouldn't be coming back for any services in the future and asked for a refund and he stated he couldn't give me a refund. The exterior of my truck is just as dirty as the inside after they have washed it. I don't recommend this place. read more

There should be a negative star rating. My trip starts with the typical chipped glass windshield overview followed by the commission sales guy trying to up-sale. However making this the best part was when my car was returned to me full of streaks where it set in the sun long enough for the water to dry. Why you ask???? There was a guy with a Porsche so they all focused on his car and ignored the others hoping for a tip. After pointing out the streaks to one manager (who was whining the other manager didn't do any work) and watching the guy re-wipe the streaks, rims and windows with the same towel, I simply left. I did stop again at the vacuum area where I spoke with "Jeff." He did apologize and laughingly gave me free rewash coupons. But I ask you, why would I come back to only have my car half-washed again? Jackson's.....you can't treat people like crap. They will go away as will your job once everyone sees and receives the same piss poor customer service. Also, please do not insult me with a reply instructing me to call the "facility manager." Unless you're coming to me to rewash the car, gas is too expensive to return to Jackson's to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. read more

Poor job on every aspect of car cleaning. Paid for "VIP" clean and there is dirt, and streaks on outside of the car. The inside is still covered in dirt and hair, they sprayed something but did not whipe it up it is dripping all down my doors. Went to Jackson's today because I have a gift card. DON'T GO THERE! Here's why... 1. Took an hour to get my car washed (I arrived at 11:05 and left at 12:10!!!). 2. They left dirt and bugs on the grill and trunk. 3. Paid for scent but it wasn't applied. 4. The staff drying and applying sprays at the end were NOT wearing masks! When I mentioned all this to the supervisor at the exit, he didn't care. So why go?! read more

Absolutely do not waste your money on a detailing here paid $160 for my car to look like I drove through a rain storm. Supposedly the manager was going to help fix it so I brought it back after sending pictures to the technician that did my auto glass the manager did nothing but argue with me and tell me Everything that they weren't supposed to have done. read more

You can get your car washed here for $3 or $6 or you can pay more, depending on the services you want. For $3 you will get the dust off your car and it will look great. For $6 they will hand dry your car and it will also look great. This is quite a large operation squeezed into the back corner of a busy shopping area right next to In 'n Out Burger so it is always busy here. The most difficult part of getting your car washed is deciding which lane to drive into. I am only reviewing the express car wash and have no experience with the more extensive and expensive car detailing that they offer. However, judging by the number of employees and the lines of cars, they must be doing something right. read more

Had no problem with the $6 express car wash (if you check in on Yelp before you pay, there is a $3 discount--making the wash a total of $3). Of course, I've saved the check-in offer for later! Our car was a total mess, as it had been sitting out for a couple of months (poor thing) and must have survived a few horrendous haboobs! But after this car wash, it was perfect. Two guys hand dried any water as we drove out, which was a nice added touch. I did notice several cars being hand washed and detailed, so there's that option if you don't want your car touched by a machine. I'll be back to use the check in offer, for sure. read more

Paid over $250 for them to remove swirls and water spots on hood. Waited almost 4 hours. -Had wax residue left all over on car, -Windows we're not clean at all, -Interior was good, -Seats were still wet with no plastic for me and my son -They avoided giving me my air freshener (black ice) -They charged me $25 for gas after they told me it was free with my package -I tiped $10 (SMH) -they wanted to fix my tiny little chip in windshield for free through my insurance but never even fixed it. That call took 30+ mins for something I didn't need. But they insisted Got my car back, looked ok after I made them wipe it back down. Was given car back from them outside of the sun (under a garage) looked ok. Super shiny. I see the car in sunlight, car has WAY more swirls then ever. Swirls are kind of deep. The front hood looks HORRIBLE! At night, you can see all of the buffer marks all over my car. My car look absolutely worse and it looks horrible. I took it to another shop to make sure I wasn't over reacting, and they Told me they really fucked my car up and alot of people complain about Jackons car wash. I came and spoke to someone the next morning and they offered to "try it again" but will not refund me. I told them No, if you couldn't do it right the 1st time with hardly anything wrong with it, then No I don't trust you to do it again. They said it might need to be re painted. I filled a claim through my insurance and am never going back. Getting ahold of corporate this coming Monday morning. read more

REGARDING JACKSONS #8109 My name is Amir and on 12/27/19 Mr. Guy, Employee# 45493 sold me two complete exterior and interiors. Sale# 70925382168. He said I can come back in whenever and get the 2nd complete exterior and interior whenever I want. I have the receipt in hand. He said and I paraphrase "it's raining today so I'll make you a deal." Fast forward to 2/14/20. I bring the same car back in and Carlos Llamas Employee# 40700 looked up my car via license plate and said that my pre paid exterior and interior is in the system and it will be ready by the end of the day. At around 530pm MST I called to see if my car is ready and Zach the Detail Manager said it never was a detail because it would have came through my department. I said we all make mistakes, and I need to be in North Scottsdale by 9am 2/15 to make a living like him and my car being detailed depends on it. And for the mistake I wanted to give Jackson's an opportunity to rectify their miss. He then passed me onto Facility Manager - David. David said "I report to nobody" when I said I hope you will give me one complete exterior/interior for the trouble caused on Valentine's day. That Carlos inadvertently or mistakenly misled me on. Mistakes happen. I get it. I've been taking my car to Jackson's for over a year and have referred plenty of clients. David then said "Nobody else will do that for you, I'm not going to offer you anything besides what I said" which was getting my headlights cleaned on top of the detail that was missed. I wanted to make sure I heard him correctly so I asked once more if he truly reports to nobody, has no performance Management reviews, and the only place I can call is corporate. He then said the following which I confirmed with him. David- "I don't want to waste your time have a good day" Me- "Are you hanging up on me?" David- "Yes." *Phone hung up* Jackson's: is this how you treat your clients???? I called corporate and left a message. Now my car is left at Jackson's. I won't have a car to get to work. Worst car wash ever - worst customer service. Boycott this place. Just took my truck to get washed, paid for VIP. Watched truck in wash and as the truck is about to finish I watch and hear a panel being ripped off. Talked to the manager and wouldn't do a single thing. They cleaning was just ok. It was certainly not worth $25 for the V.I.P. The vacuuming job was sub par, I think they just run the vacuum over the fabric once and pay no attention to what's left behind. The exterior wash was also disappointing. They did do a good job wiping down the interior surfaces and dash. The only way to get the interior wiped down is to pay for the V.I.P. The cheaper washes do not include it. This felt more like an expensive basic wash. I would have given them another chance in the future if it wasn't for the man harassing me about the tiny chips, not cracks, in my windshield. I had to tell him 'No' 5 TIMES before I finally walked away. I'm not paying this kind of money at a car wash to be harassed and questioned. And it's none of his business who my insurance carrier is, stop the harassment! I should only have to say no once. read more

I have been going to this Jackson's for a coulpe years now. Before - they had ripped me off, but I gave them another shot several months back and they had gotten the job done. Well....this is the last time. Long story short - the nice sales guy talked me into getting my leather seats "cleaned, detailed and looking brand new". I paid the extra $50 and said yes. Well....that didn't happen. There was no deep cleaning, the leather (which admittedly needed a good cleaning) looked exactly the same. The guy who finished cleaning my car gave me some BS excuse "the package must have been miscommunicated to you"..and then tried to upsell me further. After dropping $150 on wash and gas, I got hosed and ended up bringing it home to finish the job. These guys will never see me again. There are way too many other small, mom and pop places that'll commit to what they are selling. Stop going to Jackson's. read more

I want to like this place but the manager is making it impossible. Someone on their staff broke the seat control wrap ( the clip that attaches it), a few weeks back. I didn't notice it until I was on the freeway heading home and although I've had my car washed since I hadn't had the time to address it until today. Today the manger told me that because I had waited, they will do nothing. Not only that he was rude and cocky- not to mention not very bright. I don't expect a lot from a car wash and to be completely frank I'm not shocked they declined to fix what they broke, but I do expect at the very least a little common sense. The elapsed time has no bearing. The manager just needed a reason so that was it. -Prologue (added 11 days after initial review )- I called the number the same day the manager posted his response about wanting to make things right. They guy apparently doesn't indicate it's a hand wash and it is run through the regular car wash WTF!! I wish I could get my money back. It's an OK place. It's not terrible, but honestly I prefer Cobblestone for its spaciousness at its locations like Greyhawk, Scottsdale, North Phoenix, etc. This place has decent lanes for entry, but once you enter the ACTUAL car wash itself, you have to do this weird turn. In smaller vehicles, like a hatchback sedan, no problem! But if you have a van, or a truck, you might be curb bumping. Sure it might be easy to say, "Pft, I'm a badass driver, I'll never hit a bump!" but the number of times I've seen people bump their vehicles here against curbs would disagree with that sentiment. Sometimes they run membership specials, the first time I was there, they were upselling the monthly membership at a discounted rate of $15 buck for something that normally prices at $30 or so a month. Since I had already planned to move from Phoenix to Los Angeles, I opted out, but, for those of you in Phoenix, this may be something to consider. But again, I still prefer Cobblestone. At Cobblestone you get free vacuums to self-serve with, whereas here it's full service, meaning you have to leave your car. In the hot weather that typically plagues Phoenix, that's not something I want to do often. read more

I just got back from getting my car washed here and then doing a little shopping. it was crowded and took a long time but I was okay with that given that it is a Saturday morning. I was in a hurry and just jumped in my car and the front of it looked great. we got back last weekend from a trip to San Diego so the back of my car had sand in it that I didn't want to vacuum out myself. also had kids footprints on the back of the front seats that again I just want it cleaned off by someone else. I don't think they even touched the back of my car from the front seats back. I'm attaching pictures of what it looked like. It doesn't look like they even touched it with a vacuum. The kids footprints still all over the backs of the front seats. On top of that it now costs $25 to get this wash. I think this is the last time I will be going there. read more

Just had an interior and exterior detail. The interior was fine, although they missed some very obvious spots on the inside windshield I noticed in different lighting. But the exterior was where the issue was, specifically the rims. My rims came in better shape than when I left. I got home and noticed a simple wipe with my finger and I pulled black soot off. Cmon guys, you charge some 150 and you don't pay attention to BASIC detail? And he told me they didn't have the basic cleaning solution to take the spots off the rims. You're an auto detailer, how can you not complete such a simple task? I should have paid attention to the poor reviews. Go somewhere else. The main pro here is they're nice people. if you like to be harassed by people trying to up-sell you over and over again after repeatedly saying no, jackson's is the place to be! I was naive and bought into their $245 detail, when all I needed was my mats and seats cleaned. I didn't want exterior, and then they kept asking and gave me a managers discount and I stupidly agreed. I waited two hours with my toddler for a detail and they never even touched my car. No one ever gave me an estimated time. They make you pay before you even have the car cleaned so I felt stuck there with a tired and hungry kid. I finally asked if I could come back another day and took my car and left. I've tried reaching corporate and the actual store to demand a refund but I can't even get ahold of anyone. Under new management (yet again) so I thought I'd give them another chance. It's one thing to upcharge me because I have dog hair in my car...It's fine. My car was filthy so I paid the $99.00. I go to the front desk to ask if there's a diff wifi I can use because this one isn't strong. They said "yeah -it's not strong". So here I am 45 min in, a sitting duck waiting...having to hot-spot w my phone to barely be able to get this review typed. We love this car wash. They are always friendly and and always offering a good deal! Service is big to us and we always leave happy. We had the car detailed it took an hour and a half but came back looking gorgeous. They pay attention to detail. Usually when we leave other car washed there is always water lines from water in the gas tank or from under the side mirror but not here. I went through the car wash and I asked the worker with the band aid below his right eye 3 times to not use the hand mop on my car as it's leaving swirls on my driver side back quarter panel. I asked him in front a manager. Immediately after the conversation he went back to wiping the same spot with the hand mop I asked him not to use despite me honking at him. When I confronted him about it he said he did not hear me despite being involved in the conversation. Well this company apparently has gone down - way down. I have come to this location for years with prior management. I dropped my Tesla off for a hand wash and returned to find a quarter size gouge in the front bumper. The manager in duty wrote the report and told me don't worry they are a reputable company. I would receive a call from their corporate office within 48 hours. No call so I waited until Monday 4 days later. I couldn't speak to the person who would help me but the woman I spoke to took the message and assured me I would get a call back the same day. Nothing. Two months of effort no results. We came here & purchased the VIP wash. As our car pulled up, the worker proceeded to dry the car and after that, using the same rag started wiping windows, never once using the cleaning sprays.
