Never had a problem here. There were a couple times where small details were missed, like dust on the dash, smudges on window, etc., but if you mention it they're happy to correct it. I actually wanted to come to Yelp to give them a positive review knowing this car wash had a lot of negative reviews. They seem to have turned over a new leaf. All of the employees, from the guy that vacuums your car all the way to the guy you get your key from at the end were polite and borderline friendly! The wash process is still the same and I didn't have any problem with the wash itself ("The Works"). Yes, they offer the usual upsells but I felt no pressure. I had actually started avoiding the place for a lot of the reasons people mentioned here. It was just convenient to go yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. Zero stars if possible. Service is trash. I had a monthly vip fast pass ($40 value. ) plus I would pay more for hand wash service. Service is a joke. Hand wash is a joke. Takes hour plus to finish and still shitty work. Car sometimes has more spots on it then when I brought it. Manager Tanner didn't seem to care much about customer service or customer retention in regards to trying to keep customer. I was given a corporate number that nobody ever answers or calls back. Don't waist your time or money. If anything go up the road to lindstroms family wash in Indian school rd. MUCH BETER SERVICE ! Jackson's car wash sucks. And I will never ever go back. Do not go here!! I took my truck in for detailing at Jacksons Car Wash, 1954 East Highland on 4/12/2021. The vehicle was returned to me with black smudge marks on the driver door, dust on the drivers side inside and the outside driver door, lower part of the panel, was missing a huge 5" x 9" spot of white car paint! The paint had been scraped off clean, completely down to the bare metal! I pointed it out to the person who handed me the keys. He said, "the buffer will do that." I spoke to Matthew the manager and he said there is no refunds and I cannot get my money back and no refund is available for the 2nd detail purchase I had made for another car. This was a $499.99 loss!! That was a double slap in the face!! The salesman, Carlos said the car was too old and already had a spot on the other side that was missing paint. Worst car wash place ever! They forgot to tell me my car was ready and I ended up waiting over an hour for my car. My car was just left waiting out in the heat (115 degrees) for god knows how long and my groceries were ruined because of the heat. Well I had to get my windshield fixed about a month ago and was offered free car washes. Today I went to have my car washed and was literally asked 7 times what I wanted. Sent my father here (Snowbird). He's 90 and has big accessibility issues. He goes over Sunday afternoon sometime around 1pm the 24th of March. He stops back at my house on the way back to his Condo. He has a gray Seinna Van with a rollater in the side door and a scooter in the rear (only 3 seats). He asks for the Full Service car wash which he said was a $40 dollar job. Looking at the online menu I can see this is a cleaning inside and out with a few other options. When I go out to his car he's complaining about spots on the front glass. Then I look and their's spots on the top of the dashboard. Crap all over the carpet in the back. I said UFB to my Dad. He said yes I've just been ripped off. I said let's go back there right now. He doesn't like to do this. He just never goes back. He admitted he didn't have a receipt and paid them in cash so he did not have to walk in. Again Rollater/Scooter. They probably just pocketed his cash. Said it still took like 40 minutes (his perception). I look around the outside. Real rushed job with no attention to detail. Even had a huge gouge scratch on front bumper (maybe not them but Dad couldn't explain and was not there last week). But they figure some stupid 90 year old man who can't even use the internet's not going to complain. But they were wrong about his son. read more

Based on reviews I was hesitant to go to an old favorite for oil change and car wash. The initial greeting was just ok. Kept being told to wait a minute. Took a lot less time and Brian who did oil change was quick, friendly and not pushy. Car looks pretty. I will continue to use this place . read more

Horrible management! $300 and $40 tips - I paid for Int/Ext detail, Sunday 6 hours & bumper was knocked off- Detail manager Jacob agree yo responsibility & Monday said would re attach it- to my surprise- I only wanted $60 refund to pay someone to bolt it on ( clips broke ) tabs split, left car again for a full day Monday & when picking it up, zip ties with bumper hanging down! I asked David Castillo for refund money to have repaired properly & Manager said he would NOT assume responsibility, even though staff on for Sun when damaged already did. He was rude, indignant, arrogant and said " I have no boss, just me- if you contact corporate they won't do anything but send it back to me" No compensation, no repair- now after $340.00 I have to pay another $60-120 to repair what they damaged!!! read more

My favorite car wash had closed recently so I thought I would give Jackson's a try... as I pulled up, I got nothing but sales pitches from these guys trying to up sell me... oil change.. windshield replacement... car servicing.... I explained THREE TIMES that I have all of these things done at the dealership. Then they go on and on about "end of the month deal" for a car wash... I had to cut them off and state "I just want my car washed!" Nothing is more aggravating then pulling into a car wash just to get sales guys trying to get an up sell out of you at your window. I took my car for an oil change back in January 2020 the next day I went to California and when I got there my father checked the oil and the oil level was low and it never marked in the car, now I trusted the place again and went to get another oil change with a new problem to be fix, however when one of the managers was done fixing I turned it on and a vibration started in the car something it didn't happen before nothing to do with the new problem. Do not go here! I paid $60 for a light detail and I had trash left in my backseat, dust everywhere and crumbs still left on my carpet. When I asked to talk to manager he said they would look at it. Then he proceeded to laugh with front staff about me being upset...right in front of me. Worst customer service. I would think I'd at least get discount. I've been going to Jackson's for a long time {different locations and this one multiple times}. This is not the first time I've experienced a bad wash from this location; however this was by far the worst. I purchased the VIP package and I tip ($34) total and definitely expect much more than what I received today. I wont be returning to this location for sure, but most likely no Jackson's again. I can do a better job myself, so this is what I will do from now on until I can find another car wash. read more

I was harassed to purchase an upgraded package which I did not want. When I said No for the fifth time, the employee tisked at me and walked away without a Thank You. The first thing I saw in the lobby was a plethora of political tchotchkes- and not my politics. Just having it, regardless of affiliation, is in poor taste. Then, I waited. And waited. I watched several cars that came in after me get through the final wipe down line ahead of me. No line management at all. Finally, my $40 spent was a waste as dust and hair remained on my dashboard and the windows hadn't been cleaned. This is probably the rudest experience I've had with a car wash. I had to repeat myself over and over. After telling the service advisor Daniel what I wanted he insisted I get the VIP which I dint want. When I asked to describe the scent I asked for he didn't describe it and automatically wrote it down. He wrote the wrong scent down but it was his demeanor that bothered me the most. Being in the service industry myself I'm aware how important customer service is all about. I don't mind getting top value options but not made feel inferior because I didn't go with what he wanted. Took forever to get the detail, paid for a complete detail in and out. Over $300 Absolutely horrible job. Truck did not look like it had been waxed at all. Dirt all over the interior. Mats were in the back of the truck had not been washed. Door jams were filthy. Do not come to this place. They do an absolutely horrible job. Please close this place and fire all the individuals involved. I took my new car here with swan wing doors. I asked for the car to be hand washed and handled with care. After being haggled for 20 min. trying to convince me to get a detail job they took 50 min. for a basic wash and on top of it broke the suspension system in my swan wing door. David the manager said he would review the tapes and call me the following day, guess what no call and now I am going to start litigation. Please do not go to this business. Update: Surprise, surprise...despite the damage that was done there was no offer to fix the door. Claimed it was "normal wear and tear" despite clearly seeing the door opened far to wide and the door clearly being broken after entrusting it to their care. What Matthew is saying is a complete lie regarding trying to make things right. Making things right is not breaking the door by handling things with care and if god forbid you damage a car you err on the side of paying for the damage you did. Several comments on this thread reveal that Jacksons may damage your car and will likely refuse to compensate you. That was my experience. read more

Holy crap! The guy asking me what wash package I wanted was way to hardcore pushing me to pony up $250 for a detail at a later date. I had asked for extra attention to the dog hair in back seat and after 5 minutes of sales pressure and me continually declining he then informed me that there was an extra $10 charge for the dog hair. The guy doing the vacuum did a good job and the other workers were kind and hard working but will most likely not be coming back. They did offer to take off $3 when I shared the experience but I declined since they also confirmed they do charge extra for pet hair. read more

During my lunch break from work the other day I went to this location that is closest to my office to get an ultimate wash. First I was really disappointed that I was not allowed to use a coupon I had for $10 off the wash. I had previously purchased a basic wash at the NorTerra location that I did not use that same day. Today I decided to upgrade to the ultimate wash and after already telling the attendant that this was the wash I wanted, the cashier told me she could not apply 2 discount codes. I was not using 2 discounts as I had paid the full $14.00 for the basic wash. Nonetheless, I was on lunch and wanted a clean car and needed to get back to work so I lost out on the use of the $10 discount. The more serious problem though is that they did a lousy job. The outside of my car was not very clean and the inside was worse. There were water spots still on my windshield and the hood and trunk are still dirty. It was obvious that they did not even do a thorough job of wiping the interior. There was still trash in the door pocket and dirt and crumbs in the center console, among other things. I contacted the shop asking for a refund or coupon for a free ultimate wash but they did nothing. If I got the free wash certificate I would have gone back to the NorTerra location as I have never had any issues there. I got a car detail on my 2016 Volvo XC60 it was supposed to include a full detail in and out and was convinced it would be the total package and would cover everything I wanted (it was over $250 detail job) and I told the guy "im trusting you so please make sure it's done correctly and I don't mind waiting extra time as I'm in no rush and just want what I am paying for" it was half a job at every angle. The exterior still had streaks and dirt left in cleaned, they broke a plastic piece on my ac vent, didn't even dust the steering column and when I brought it up I was offered a $15 off coupon as if the problems could not be resolved. They said because they had a queue and couldn't clean it now. Absolutely the worst job possible. You can wash it yourself easier and cheaper. My detail guy charges a little more but it's absolutely worth it. If he was available I would have never came in the first place. They stole my AirPods so I went back and spoke to the manager and he was fucking useless because he didn't know how AirPods work. He said there was nothing suspicious on the cameras because they didn't take long on my car at all... but you can literally just grab them and go. These mfs are grimy. I had a pretty crappy experience here. I stopped by because I was running errands in the area. All I wanted was for them to detail the interior... after enduring relentless up-selling and and an infuriating autoglass guy who wouldn't take no for an answer until I really put my foot down, I agreed to a $40 package (car wash plus interior vacuum/scrub/polish). They left me waiting in the waiting room (where they told me to go) even after my car had been done for a long time, it turns out. When I finally found it and checked it out, turned out they had done a really bad job. Some areas were left totally unvacuumed. There was still dust and sticky stuff on the dash, etc. The outside looked pretty good, but it seemed like they'd barely even tried to clean the interior... which was why I went there in the first place. After I complained, they re-did it for free after that, but it all took so long I was late for my next thing. I won't be back. read more
