I went to Jackson's for an oil change ($20 with online coupon) and got a free express car wash. it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. There is zero organization or process, and the employees kept sending me around to each other. I would rather pay $60 for an oil change elsewhere and wash my own car in 150 degree heat with my eyes closed than go to this place. read more

I saw something disturbing at Jackson's today and I will not be returning. An elderly black man, who did not look homeless by any sorts but not wealthy, came into the car wash asking for a manager. Apparently the man who works the gas station was rude and possibly acted racist towards the man, if not, that is how he felt. The man asked to see a manager about the gas station attendants behavior. They lady at the car wash counter said they were not part of the gas station. They are both Jackson owned and on the same property with the name Jackson. The man knew this and again asked to see a manager. He was very upset and most likely rightly so. When a manager came they tried the same tactic claiming not to be part of the Jackson gas station. They did not treat him well and did everything they could not to deal with what his actual complaint was. Another man looked like he had been waiting to speak to a manager as well. Another lady had to wait an extra hour almost from what she said to me for her car because they didn't tell her it was ready. And then when leaving I saw some other customer who looked unhappy. About what I do not know but he was mad. I will not be returning and I suggest you do not bother coming here. On top of that my car was not cleaned inside or outside as well as I would have liked for the nearly 100$ I gave them. Seems like too many employees for not enough product. Bad business model. Poor management. All around waste of time. read more

This place is the worst. I've brought my Mercedes here twice and both times their equipment has pulled the side marker light out of my Mercedes. At least I took a video of it to show it was their equipment. I'm going to let my insurance company deal with getting them to repaint my bumper. As luck would have it, my insurance company photographed the entire car minutes before I got it washed. No other carwash has ever done this. After 2 chances I won't be back read more

Decided not to go to Lindstrom so as to avoid their wait (best car wash in central Phoenix, by the way). Jackson's did a fine job on the car but it was the upsell effort of the guy when I checked in that really bugged me. After several no thank you's on my part he persisted. That is not a good thing and will prevent me from returning. Too bad, as the wash itself was great! read more

My experiences here have always been terrible but today was the worst. I purchased a car wash while getting gas at the Shell right next to it. The guys working at the wash are like vultures creeping around everyone telling them their windshields have tiny microscopic holes that cause them to shatter more easily in an accident. I chose the wash above basic, no prices were listed next to it. They charged me $19 and said it would take 30 minutes. I told them I wanted to cancel and they were extremely unhelpful. When I pulled through for the $3 wash advertised the guy drying my car off told me I could not get a refund.. long story short. Don't go. I could barely pull around to get into the gas station to get my refund, which they did easily and were very understanding. I feel for the employees at that place. read more

This is the WORST CAR WASH CHAIN IN THE VALLEY. They have purposely broken parts that didn't have any relation to why I came in and then told me that if a light comes on to come back...obviously they knew of a problem they caused and didn't want to fix it, instead they tried to force to me to come back to charge me more and waste more of my time. Worst customer service. Also I can get free vacuums at any other car wash but these chains which defeats the point of coming to the car wash. I will never come here again. And I will make everyone I know work with know how terrible this place is. All of them suck! read more

The service at Jacksons car wash is deplorable and unprofessional. I have had a fast pass for the past 5 1/2 years. I will never go back to Jacksons car wash. I do not know what has happened in the last six months but their staff is extremely unprofessional! read more

Getting a good car wash here is a crap shoot. About half the time, I would get something decent. Otherwise recent car washes have resulted in: inside backseat and rear windows not done, dash half wiped, and most recently, back seat of truck not vacuumed leaving dirt, twigs, etc. I no longer patronize this car wash. read more

This is a great full-service place to get your car washed I really like it friendly workers and I will be recommending this to all my friends read more

I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the service. I paid $25 for the VIP service, and when I was told my car was ready I did a quick once over. There was little evidence that the car had been vacuumed, and the center console was never touched. After asking the attendant to wipe the console, he started with a string of excuses and I had to physically point out the dirty console to him before he cleaned it to my liking. He told me I could go back thru the vacuum line which was now 10 cars deep. I declined his offer because I had already been there 45 minutes. I'm willing to wait for a quality job, but I was unwilling to wait any longer. I will not be returning to any Jackson's Car Washes again. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The management and staff at this place are the worst. Only nice one i chatted with was Stephanie in the lobby. I took my vehicle in for a full detail inside and out as well as an oil change. After a couple of other up-sells it cost me $400. I arrived at 4:00pm. They finished at 6:00pm. I had plans to go across the street to watch the UFC fights so the timing was fine. After the fights were over i get to my car and open the back gate to find my belongings (this is what has been done with my stuff before while getting it fully detailed) and there was nothing there. Only my drivers side mat with a plastic bag under it that was absolutely soaked with water. I found this out when i went to move it and it poured all over me. So after tearing my vehicle apart to find my stuff i went back to the gas station that is attached and the person working gave me the managers number since it is after hours. After i chatted with him we agreed that I would just come back the next morning to get my stuff. Well I arrive and they do not have it. I am not talking about some change and papers. I am missing my Ray bans, a key fob to my sons car, all of my work keys, my garage opener, my phone charger and a few other items. The manager tells me they have checked the cameras but they can only see one side of my vehicle so they are not sure what happened to it. He hands me a business card that has their corporate number on it and says i need to contact them. I call corporate and they tell me that they will contact the location where the incident took place and get back to me in a few days. Anyone see an issue with this system? In the meantime I have to go buy a new garage opener so i can atleast get into my condo, a new phone charger ( i drive a lot for work ) and a couple other items. Then have to go put together another set of keys for work. I still cannot get into my sons car. Two days go bye and nobody calls. So I called the location and the manager tells me there is nothing he can do to help except to give me some free services. I just paid $400 for your services and you lost around $500 in personal belongings. Why would I want that. So I call corporate again. They told me a manager would get in touch with me. This has been going on since October 6th and nobody has called me. Nothing at all. I just them called again and get told they will have someone call me tomorrow. Not going to hold my breath. After 20 years of going to this location (used to be Danny's back then) this is the second time i have had an issue. Danny's was very quick to resolve it last time. Jackson's has done nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was not even asking for a refund. I just want my stuff returned and or replaced. I don't think that is too much to ask for. They finally called after two weeks of nothing and did absolutely nothing. Only over was if i wanted some free car washes. This explains why they have such bad ratings at almost every store they own. They def do not know how to run a business and 100% do not care about their customers. Small claims court it is. read more

Why do I come in and 5 cars that came in BEHIND me get wiped down and on their way? This does not make sense. The gentleman explained the lineup but that is not how it should be. First come - first served? Why do i have to wait because my car was put in a incorrect rotation. I left with a dirty car and will not go back. read more

I visited Jackson's on Saturday and will Not return. I paid $39.99 for their ultimate wash and it definitely was nothing of the sort. There was dog food that has been spilled on the passenger side still there after I left the business on my way to a wedding. It was clear neither the front or rear had been vacuumed. There was still misc receipts and a cup under the back seat, the supposed wax job was no better than a wet hose over the Jeep and the car just generally not worthy of the $39.99 cost. I will not return to this business! read more

I had a pleasant experience with Paz and Shane. They helped me purchase wash vouchers. It was easy and hassle free. Not to mention my van looks great. Excellent work! Jackson's has my business from now on. Excellent prices and quality work. read more

Usually when I receive crappy service, I speak with the people who provided the service so that the issue can be fixed, but how many chances should you give someone?? I have been going to the Jackson's off Highland in Phx for a year now and every single time I go in I give them the benefit of the doubt and think this time will be better, well I've simply given them way too much credit and I will NEVER take my business there again. There has not been one single time that I have left there without having to ask them to go over things they missed. Windows are ALWAYS smeared, around gear shift NEVER wiped clean, rims are ALWAYS still dirty and the worst part of all of it is the vacuuming! I have dogs that shed like crazy and I bring it in on my shoes and don't frequently vacuum the car, so there is usually quite a bit of fur on the driver's side. Just yesterday I went in begrudgingly to the same location and was just as disappointed as always. Apology after apology, excuse after excuse. I can understand once or twice, but every single time for the last year?? It's a pattern and I will happily show you a couple pictures I took yesterday after my $50 (including tip) car wash. Never again. Remember, the photos I am posting were taken right after my "cleaning" THIS IS ACCEPTABLE? This time I didn't even waste my breath pointing out how bad they SUCK, I left never to return again. read more

This is the Worst Car Wash in Phoenix, don't go here...Today either their car wash or employee scratched the crap out of the side of my truck. I pay $40 for a VIP wash, my floors are still dirty and I basically need a 2k paint fix up. read more

I have been going to Jackson's for many years because the car wash close to my home was high pressure. After dealing with Daniel today i'm tempted to not go back. Hi pressure sales tactic and was twisting his words as to say I couldn't get a rain-check wash with the basic wash I was purchasing. The sales crew inside was trying to up charge customers for their oil changes as well. Stop trying to screw your customers... it's only hurting your business. read more

Went to get my truck clean and the guy sold me a detail thing for $130 but I still get my ULITMATE wash for free. They did a HORRIBLE job cleaning my truck. Must have used a dirty rag to wipe down the dash. Dog hair not vacuumed. Stuffed the trash that was on the floor in the console and door cup holders. I went back to get a refund, because I'm NOT going back to get it detailed there. NO REFUND!!!! Just a gift card of $130. TOTALLY RIPPED OFF read more

Not sure why this place still open horrible service. Went there to have my suv detailed and end up doing it myself pay for nothing.

Went today to get my car washed and got the basic wash. Car was certainly clean afterwards... and scratched. Needless to say I won't bring my car here again. Was a chaotic mess and a guy also tried selling me a $200 detail for my car. Told him no a few times and he wouldn't leave me alone. Gotta love unsolicited over priced add ons from a low quality place just trying to take every cent they can from you. read more

Do not go here! My husband checked in our van to get detailed here and they said it would be done in 1.5 hours. I came back in 2 hours through Lyft. I told them I'm here to pick up our car and the girl radios the technician who responds two hours. The girl did not say anything and just had the radio answered my question. I told her they already told me 1.5 hours and now I have to wait another two hours. She asked if I wanted to speak with them instead of saying sorry and try to make the situation better. She was nicer to any male customers and laughed a lot with her co-workers. This was so unprofessional and we spent over $100. Absolutely the worst place we have been to! read more

Destroyed my car. The service guy was complimenting my car and we were looking at the wheels on the back (which is where my gas tank is). Here now waiting for my car to finishing being cleaned. Not one employee working on washing, drying or cleaning the cars is wearing a mask. As I type the have a Covid 19 "safety measure" playing on their loud speaking. This is infuriating. How about those who are high risk having their cars washed? Having someone in their car breathing and let's face it, even panting in this heat is the last thing they need. I won't return to this car wash. I have been coming here since 2000 when it was Danny's. Never. Again. read more

Paid $40 (VIP) and $10 for my matts cleaning. After the wash it looked like I instead if VIP I got the basic! It was not all wiped down. This place treats you like shit. They try to sell you packages and then do not honor them. When my lease on one of my vehicles was up I cancelled the auto payment with them 3 times. Of course it did not cancel and they tried to make deals with me to give me free hand washes for the money they owed me. Of course again because I lost a paper they wrote on they will not honor what they gave me even though the lady remembers writing the paper. I had to dispute all the charges. Just save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not bother going to this place at all. They had the nerve to tell me after I cancelled my account that it was my fault and I should check my Credit card more often! They are nasty to you unless they are trying to sell you something! read more

This was my first and last time here and I was not pleased, I just left the facility and picked my car up on 6/20/19 @ 5:51pm and my car was waiting for me (awesome) but when I got there the sales guys were talking amongst themselves "who got the Volkswagen?" once we finally figured this out, the guy asked someone else to assist me with my car. Once I got to the car they handed me the keys and left. The reason for my visit was a soda explosion which was disclosed but when I got into my car the sticky residue was still there! I have pictures with times and dates to prove my car was just there and nothing was cleaned! When I got there I told the guy what was my main concern (soda exploded) and my car is still sticky, on the steering wheel, middle console, ceiling, and cup holders are still sticky with residue. As if they hadn't even been wiped. I know sticky messes are horrible and you cannot clean everything, but NOTHING was cleaned. For a $200 job you would think they could wipe down your console but sadly that was asking too much. The guy in the beginning, Tony, was extremely pushy about adding on the exterior clean but maybe this was too much to handle but Tony for sure for what he wanted which was me to spend twice as much as I intended. Due to this being my last visit I am not looking for a gift card, or any coupon. Like I said, I'm out $200 with a dirty, sticky, shiny car. read more

I actually wanted to come to Yelp to give them a positive review knowing this car wash had a lot of negative reviews. They seem to have turned over a new leaf. All of the employees, from the guy that vacuums your car all the way to the guy you get your key from at the end were polite and borderline friendly! The wash process is still the same and I didn't have any problem with the wash itself ("The Works"). Yes, they offer the usual upsells but I felt no pressure. I had actually started avoiding the place for a lot of the reasons people mentioned here. It was just convenient to go yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. This is just based on my one recent visit. Let's see if they can keep it up. read more

I was very disappointed with the level of attention that was given while washing my car today. I paid over $20, which I do not mind, however, the hood still had spots across it, the carpet had grass and debris throughout and the interior hadn't been wiped down at all. When I pointed it out to the attendant, he appeared to be surprised that I was not happy with the wash. He let me know I would need to get back in line and wait for my car to be washed again. I passed on his suggestion as the line had grown significantly by this point. I would encourage anyone considering going to Jackson Car Wash, to look elsewhere! A total waste of money!!! Been going to Rio Salado wash for almost a year. Price of VIP went up to $30. On my last wash after I left I noticed the chrome piece of my rear window was half off. I returned next day, was told manager would come out, he never did. Windshield replacement guy comes over says he will repair if I get a new windshield which I did need due to pitting. An employee used black electrical tape to tape down till I could get fixed. 2 hours later the tape has melted in the heat and peeling off which caused the top of chrome strip to come off. O return same day Now manager finally comes out. He will look at camera feed from day before and get back to me. 2 calls over days later and never spoke to or heard from manager. I went to nearby auto body repair shop had it fixed for $40. I understand damage may happen in the carwash, it was the way they handled it. Never going back! read more

Went for the Veterans Day wash and purchased the VIP. They vacuumed the car in 30 seconds and did a poor job! The detail being preformed was slow and extremely poor!!! There's still bug guts on the front of my car! The windows were poorly cleaned inside and out!!! I brought my car in to be detailed yesterday 2/16 as I received a gift card (also paying additionally out of pocket) First off, they are extremely aggressive in trying to up-sell you on ALL the services they offer! Secondly, they are extremely overpriced for the outcome of services they are providing. I negotiated a deal of services to be provided in which I did NOT receive them all (headlight restoration) Also simple task for an interior detailing of a vehicle such as whipping down dash, cup holders, handles etc were not done (my car is kept very maintained) Thirdly, they did not even have the common courtesy to call me when my vehicle was done! I was told they were slow and it would take two hours and they would phone once done. Four hours went by with no call, I called them myself and was told my vehicle had been done. Once arriving to pick it up, couldn't get with anyone in detailing to assist and had to ask another nice guy working there to assist me. I usually am a very generous in tipping, but did not tip at ALL due to the above and will not recommend this place to anyone! read more
