Hands down the worst car wash I've interacted with. I roll up - I tell them the service I want - and they say "got it" - I had to ask what the next step was and the ETA (you'd think they would provide that information without asking). They tell me to wait in the lobby and it will be 35 minutes. Fine. I go in, wait - and pay my ticket with Heather. I sit down, staring at the mind numbing CHIVE video on loop they have in the lobby for one hour - I didn't hear them call my vehicle once. After an hour, I finally get up to ask the status of my vehicle - with the manager present - and he says "oh let me check!" and they respond over the walkie "oh that vehicle has been done for a long time now!". Sorry, come again? A long time? I've been waiting here over an hour and no one has the proactive ability to notify me? Heather sat there staring blankly at me - no reaction - just a dumb, dear in the headlights, stare. The manager apologized and says "we don't have a name system to notify people, usually people just leave and come back". Well, I was a customer that didn't leave and come back - I sat and waited - and waited - and waited - until I finally had to ask what was taking so long. I asked the cleaners out back if this negligence and complete lack of customer care was common and they said this happens all the time with Heather. Feedback: have your front desk take some dang initiative and pay attention to who is waiting for their car in the lobby - and also, adopt a name system if you have to - no one should have to ask YOU when YOU are done with the job. Give me a break. One star for the Neanderthal notification system you have and your linebacker front desk staff. read more

PUSHY! PUSHY! PUSHY! Be prepared to be hit from ALL sales angles as soon as you exit your car. My advice, LISTEN to the customer. It goes a long way! While the workers bust their butts and are friendly, it's hard to remember the friendly when you're simply annoyed after saying no numerous times. Shout out to Abel for being a friendly smiling face...he's always been great on the car wash side but wish the other departments were not standing right there to hound you as soon as you get out of the car. Here's the rest of my story: 1st visit car wash and Abel hooked me up with a deal on detailing. Sales man come up and tells me I need the crack on my windshield replaced. I let him know I am getting insurance worked out but thank you! I've been back 3 more times for car detailing, wash, oil change and every time I've had to repeatedly say no to everything they try to add on. Today I was going for a wash and almost didn't because I didn't want to deal with it but did because it's close. I knew I had 2 cracks on my windshield but didn't have the time to look into that today. No was not an option for them today. The guys called my insurance even after I said I didn't have my policy number and I just wanted a car wash. My insurance said it would have an out of pocket cost and I said I didn't want to move forward. Even after that, a different guy comes up and interrupts me while I'm on a call to tell me he called his 3 places and it would be $300...NO! NO! NO! If that's not bad enough, the cracks on my windshield were DOUBLED after going through the wash. Now, just read up on that and apparently you shouldn't wash your car with a crack. OK...why am I going to trust them now? If they were really trying to help, they should have said NOT to go through the wash as that could potentially make it worse. Anyone else find that interesting? Worst experience ever. Cars came out of the wash long after ours (verified by the times written on the windows,15-30 min after) and were wiped down and left even before ours was touched. My wife and I will be cancelling our accounts and going to Cobblestone. read more

Honestly the only way Jackson's is in business is because it is conveniently located. I have a fast pass, and part of the deal of a monthly fast pass is to get interior washes for small added cost. Yet every time I want my interior done, it seems every employee both inside and out is missing 99% of their brain cells. It's honestly so exhausting trying to convince multiple people that I'm in fact not crazy, while pointing to signs hanging everywhere of the advertised price. I always feel like I have Stockholm Syndrome when I leave there, and probably half the time after 20+ mins of fighting I just out right leave without any interior wash. read more

Had my car detailed there. They put everything into black trash bags. When I picked up the car and asked where everything was they said in the bags. I trusted them and left. When I got home and emptyied the bags, we realized they stole items. Its sad that you cant get a car washed without them stealing. If I could give this a ZERO star, I would. I have had a car wash pass through this location for over a year now and have had nothing but issues since opening it. Last month, I traded in the vehicle that pass was on and in the process of removing the pass it ripped. I stopped by Jacksons and cancelled the pass the day before I was due to be charged again. The girl that cancelled my pass informed me since it was so close to the date I may still be charged but to call if this happened and they would reverse the charge. Well, sure enough, I was charged... and then I was charged AGAIN this month. When I called about the issue yesterday, after noticing the 2nd charge, they told me no problem to just stop by and ask for a manager and the manager would be able to refund both charges. I just stopped by there about 30 minutes ago and spoke with Jeffrey Schurz ("manager") who quite clearly had zero idea what he was doing. After I had been waiting 20 minutes, he apologized and blamed it on a "new system" and not knowing it yet (which I understand), until I realized it was just an excuse. The lobby associate did not seem to have any issue reading clearly that I was charged and the correct amount I was charged for. Jeffrey, initially agreed to refund me $48.98 (when he read my pass was $24.99), however when I showed him my bank statement and that I had been paying $30 (and associate showed him where the computer said I was paying $30), he then had several excuses as to why he would no longer be able to refund me the charges- including claiming that I got a car wash with the pass 2 days ago (which again is 1. physically impossible 2. the screen clearly said "car was pass" aka I was charged on the 8th, per usual, as I said). The only resolution he was willing to give me for this inconvenience was "try calling corporate". Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other car wash. Cobblestone and SuperStar is always excellent service and where I will be taking my money from now on. Keysha is amazing and very knowledgeable. I watched her go above and beyond to show good customer service to not just myself but also several other guest during the 30 minutes I stood there waiting on the manager. read more

I started laughing out loud when the fourth guy approached me with a great 79.99 deal. Was pretty annoying to be honest. I told the autoglass guy i already had a windshield replacement scheduled and he went on to bash the company i scheduled with and said they used cheap windshields and were under investigation for insurance fraud. If you are woman trying to go here they will try to scam you! I showed up for an oil change and a car wash with detail and the guy firmly insisted that I had to pay $299 to get this taken care of! He basically tried to strong arm me into paying way more than I need to and try to take advantage of the situation. I walked over to the next row where he didn't know my best friend was getting their car serviced and when I asked them what they were paying they said $90 for the exact same thing for the exact same oil and wash. The sales guy started to panic and retreat when I brought it up and put his head down then said ok so same thing as them ok ok... really?!!! This is ridiculous a woman should not have to be taken advantage of just because she's getting her car serviced. There's a reason why reading these reviews there's a common theme that women are being taken advantage of this is not OK. I come here for both of my cars and oil changes. They remember me every time and they try and teach me things when I come in and park my car. I appreciate that. The guys are always pretty nice. They always do a great job when they clean my car. -one negative- they always try and get you to buy something else like a power steering flush or fuel injection flush. But these cost $80 and it's pretty dishonest. Not necessary most of the time. Other than that I like it here! The waiting area is great and accommodating! Decided to try Jackson's again. Never again. I drive a small hatch back and I paid $30 for a VIP. I get home after the car wash and open up the rear hatch. They hadn't cleaned or vacuumed or anything back there. I call and I'm told they only do the back if you request it. How am I supposed to know that I have to ask you to clean the whole car, otherwise you won't? I would think for a VIP wash, they'd clean the whole inside. read more

My husband brought his truck here yesterday to get his oil changed and his truck washed. The oil change was fine, the wash part was a very bad experience. He said the staff were squirting each other with the window cleaner bottles, making cop siren noises because there was an officer getting his car washed. The truck was not even washed correctly, dash board still has dust, Windows are completely dirty. Immature and unprofessional staff, not a good way to run a business. I give them a big fat zero, I paid for a detail, you buy it then bing it back for the detail at your convenience...but you must make an appointment. I made my appointment for 10 am. I dropped the car off and they told me it would be three to four hours. I cam crack at 2pm and they hadn't even started on the car. I wanted my money back and they refused, said I had to speak to a supervisor, no supervisor was there so they took my number and said someone would call me. It is going on 9 months and haven't heard one word, nor did I receive a refund. NEVER will I return and you shouldn't either!!!! I had to give a 1 because they won't let you give a zero read more

If I could give them more stars I would. I was getting gas and accidentally locked my keys in my car. Jay the Manager, Scott and another guy unlocked my car for me and kept me calm. That was something they definitely didn't need to do since they were closed at the time, but I'm really thankful they were there to help! I highly recommend this place! Paid $150 for a detail. They told me they could get out some light scratches and give the car a really deep clean. Dropped the car off, three hours later I'm back to pick it up. The wash was mediocre at best. Bird poop still on the roof. The spray they used to clean the interior had sprayed onto the gauges leaving a residue that I had to wash off. The inside of the windshield and mirrors were still streaky. I would not mind this for a typical wash, but this was no $150 detail! Not the biggest deal, but my opinion of this place was sealed by what came next. When I got home, I realized they had forgotten to put some stuff (windshield shade, umbrella, etc) back in my car. Annoying but it happens. I called the next day and told them about the missing items and asked if I could come pick them up the following weekend (I can't come in on week days due to my work schedule). They said yes no problem. I went back to pick up my stuff, and when I arrived it was no where to be found. Well, I got the umbrella but nothing else. They also had a huge stash of windshield shades and other stuff, items I'm assuming they forgot to put back in other people's cars. So now my car is about as clean as it would have been with a $30 wash, I lost a bunch of stuff (including a gift from a friend that I can't replace), and I'm $150 poorer. $20 for a wash that included "interior", correct me if I'm wrong but "interior" should be vacuum and at least wiping down the dash and center console. For having to wait 45 minutes I would think my car should be sparkling by the time I got it back, but as you can see from the photos not so. It appeared a large portion of what should have been vacuumed out of my seats was just left on the center console, and the dash was not wiped down. I even pulled the vacuum out where they parked my car to get some of the dirt out of my center console. When I got home I found streaks on my hood, dirt spots, and bird dung still on my car. I feel like I overpaid for a sorta clean car that smells nice. If anyone knows of a placce that cares about the quality of their job please let me know. read more

I took my car in for a detail this past weekend with my boyfriend. The man that helped us refused to look at me the entire time, and only addressed questions to my boyfriend despite the fact that it was MY car being detailed and I was the one paying. He also seemed like he was high on something - he didn't make much sense when he was talking with us and he randomly burst out laughing about nothing several times in the few minutes that we were speaking with him. I was genuinely a bit afraid of him. When we picked my car up, I noticed that two of the magnets on the back of my car were missing. They told me they didn't know where they went and that they were sorry they lost them, but did not offer to do anything to fix it. The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is because they did a decent job on actually detailing my car - with the exception of my middle console, everything was pretty clean and smelled fresh. read more

This place is very convenient for me since it's very close to home. It's my go to when I need a quick wash. Unfortunately, it's rarely quick. The guys at the car wash seemed to be a bit understaffed when it's busy. The workers do a good job and take their time on my car, it just usually takes a while. Seems like some of the mangers of the Car Wash care more about what you're paying for and less about the customer service. The other day when I got a $5 wash, one of the guys gave me a tire and window shine for free! The workers themselves I give a 4-5 stars the washes are always great, but the management and efficiency of having a quick car wash is a 2 star at best. I'll raise my rating if I see better efficiency, and I'll be coming back (when I have the time). read more

Paid $200 for the car detailed. They didn't vacuum properly and I had to point out what they missed. They don't roll the windows down to clean it all, they used so much product on the dash that it was dripping... if you want your car detailed this is the last place you should go. I get normal washes there and my car looked like it had a VIP wash on a busy day (which is half done) when the car was there for 4 hours. I'll keep my 200 and detail my own car. read more

There also doesn't seem to be a system in place for serving customers in the order in which they came. I'll watch 5 cars that came after me leave before they even touch the inside of mine.
