When you gonna get this car detailed?" Um, this 13 year old Jetta? Never, but thanks for asking. And if I am going to get a car detailed, I probably won't take it to the place that failed to vacuum my trunk, spilled random items from my glove box on the floor and left them, and then sent me off with a complimentary screwdriver and the dirtiest rag imaginable on my passenger seat. Perhaps, this serves me right for letting them change the cabin filter. Still- $35 for an oil change and car wash while you go do some shopping is not unreasonable. read more

After picking out 2 taquitos. I looked around for a wrapper. 1 stack on he counter. So I slide my taquitos in 2 of them. The employee wanted me to take the taquitos out the wrapper and put the wrappers back. not the food and just hold them in my hand. The Mgr said I can keep the food wrapped up. Then the MGR told the employee "that's why you need to clear the counter, stuff like that will happen". I walk up to the employee to check out and he starts to harass me about now the count is going to be off because of me. THEN, the employee wont give me my receipt but just stares at me. I call to tell the MGR and only get the Asst who was standing beside the employee harassing me the whole time. She allowed it, allowed the laziness. This 10 min altercation told me all I need to know about Jackson's and I will never leave my car with them. If they do anything wrong, you are the reason. read more

My car was broken into. I told them the shop got most of the glass out of my car but there was still some in places like my center console. They didn't tell me when my car was finished so I ended up asking if it was done yet, to be told it was finished ten minutes ago. When I got in my car I still ended up vacuuming it further as there was still glass in my car. Totally not worth paying for the ultimate car wash with extra cleaning on top of it. Also waited an hour (30 minutes was the estimated time) which would have been fine had there not been glass still in my car when it was "finished". Won't be returning. read more

This place is a rip off. I purchased a mini detail for $60 plus 15 % tip and was told it will take an hour to complete. I go outside in 10 minutes and I see my van parked on the side. When I asked why no one is working on the vehicle, I was told that it is done. When I looked inside, they did horrible job, even the mats were not washed. Basically I paid for mini detail but I got a regular car wash for $60. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Can I just say that today was actually fun waiting at the car wash? I took my car in for some serious TLC (i.e. detailing, oil change, etc) and everyone there was so eager to help out and get me what I needed. I had to wait a while because of the amount of detail being done to the car but they made the wait enjoyable. They checked in on me and gave me time estimates. At one point, I decided to walk over to grab some food in the disgusting AZ heat and, on my way back, one of the guys that worked there was kind enough to give me a ride back. As they were finishing, they called me out to pick up my car. Once I got out there, they realized they still had to touch up some areas. I didn't mind waiting out there with them and it truly wasn't an inconvenience by any means, but they gave me a couple of free car wash passes anyway for calling me outside too early. While I was out there chatting, I mentioned how I had tried to do my own headlights recently and that they were better but definitely not great. Danny (the guy in charge of the detailing) said that he could get them perfect again. I didn't think it was possible but I told him he could try if he wanted but only if I could help. They told me they didn't mind doing it but since I was insistent, they let me pretend to help for a minute. Once I was done, Danny took a buffing tool to it and honestly made them look brand new! And free of charge too. Then Thomas (I think I got the name right), the one running everything, had been out there with us and since I kept asking so many questions, decided to show me the polish that they used and let me play with it. It was a small gesture but it felt nice to be included since I find car stuff interesting. All I know is that if every car wash experience could be like this, I would go every day! Horrible service About a month ago I brought my car the filthiest it has ever been and the job was so good and so I bring my car in for a touch up barely dirty and underneath the mats and in between seats was not vacuumed at all, so in 103 degree I vacuumed my own car and yet I paid for the VIP service wash. The oil change was expensive, and every upsell was pushed. They told me my air filter and cabin filter were dirty, despite myself having changed them 2 weeks earlier. When I got back in the car, I noticed they listed my "next oil change" in 2000 miles. Today, my maintenance required light goes off. Apparently they never reset it. Paid $80 for an oil change and a "free car wash," and was hassled with upsells through the entire process. Would not recommend. read more

Paid 30$ for interior exterior hand wash and the interior was not touched. Seats not vacuumed, cup holders not wiped, dash board still had dust on it, and exterior had microfiber red fibers all over the car. When this car wash was previously Danny's i promised my self never to come here again, after it was changed to Jackson i thought i should give it another chance, but its just the worst car wash ive ever been to in my life. I can wash my car myself for 5$ and with no experience washing cars, it looks much cleaner than what they gave me. The manager was kind enough to take it back and redo it without any argument but the situation could have been easily avoided. They have supervisors picking up microfiber cloths up off the ground that could potentially pick up rocks when it hits the floor and they go wipe your car down it could scratch your car , then when you call them out on their stuff they get mad at you like you did something wrong disrespected ,very unprofessional as a supervisor highly recommended of NOT taking your car. read more

I took my car to this location and ultimately left after 35 minutes and my car was still in the cue for drying, windows etc. The car wash itself was handled quickly but they only had 2 people drying and cleaning windows etc. It took them an average of 7-10 minutes to finish each car. I was 6 or 7 cars back and could not wait any longer. This is not the first time I have had to leave this location. It is obvious they do not have enough people to handle what should not be an overwhelming number of cars at any time or their training is really bad. I purchased a $25 VIP wash and ended up cleaning my windows myself. I spoke to the clerk behind the counter and explain situation - thinking I might receive a complimentary wash in the future. She just said "sorry". There were 12 cars still waiting to be dried when I left. Overall very poor service! read more

First my car looks NEW! Danny the detail manager hooked me up. they spend a good amount of time on my old 2003 4Runner, mainly because of the interior was stained from having two kids in the car for the past many years. But now! it looks great. They did forget to put out little clip on trash bag/can in the vehicle afterwards, but a quick call to Anthony the man inside and he said to swung by and even gave us a free wash. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you are press for time only do a Basic, or VIP wash. Went in to have my car detailed to give to my niece. I asked them to call me when they were finished because a full detail would take a few hours. I went in after four hours to find my car sitting in the parking lot. A man walked up to me and handed me a key that was not the correct key. Once they found the keys I gave them, I opened the door to see the steering wheel was not wiped down and there was still a giant coffee stain that was untouched. I pointed out the problems and went back inside. After the fourth time checking my car, I went to the manager and asked for my money back. He tried to offer me free car washes on different cars and I just asked him to do a full detail on the car in front of them like I asked. After another two hours, I came back to find my car still dirty. The manager said there was nothing they could do, the dirt was set in. Luckily, a Clorox wipe was able to clean what their "professional grade" cleaning products could not. My hands were able to reach the Cheetos their vacuum could not reach, and my at home spot cleaner was able to get the set in coffee stain out. Last time I. I want to give a huge shout-out to JAY FRANCISCO for going above and beyond to save my dumbass. Like straight out of a nightmare, I accidentally sucked up one of my airpod earbuds. Jay immediately went into action by shutting down all of the vacuums (don't worry, nobody was inconvenienced. I was the only vehicle there at that time thankfully) and retrieved my property from the vacuum garbage abyss. I tried to offer him a decent tip and he adamantly refused because "it's his job". Spent almost $1000 with Jackson's to get my A/C fixed. A/C lasted three days before I took it back because it was leaking antifreeze. They gave it right back and said nothing was wrong. Two days later the A/C is completely out. Many more issues and miscommunications took place during one visit. Very poor service. read more

Took our car in with an appointment for a car wash and interior detail. We were immediately bombarded with sales pitches for almost 10 minutes. Was told it would take maybe an hour so we went and had lunch at the mall and walked back. We waited for over 2 hours and we were not even told when our car was done. Inside of car looked good but the outside looked sub par. We had to go find our keys, They forgot to put our floor mats back in, and side mirrors weren't wiped. Very disappointed. read more

I paid 20 bucks for the works interior and exterior cleaning and my car still had dirt and bugs stuck to the outside and my interior was still dirty and had spots all over my dash and screen. I told them to wipe my passenger seat down as it had a water mark and they said I would have to pay 50 dollars to get it detailed. They also said they were gonna put the black ice air freshener in and I didn't smell anything. The vacuuming was the only good thing but I could've done that if I knew that was the only thing they would do well. I brought my car to my moms house after as she has car cleaning products and she and I cleaned my whole interior after with soap and water and armor all with a dollar store microfiber cloth, and got all the spots off the outside with canuba wax. I should've paid my 64 year old mom instead when she did a better job than the professionals! For 20 bucks they should definitely live up to what they say they'll do for the works wash. Won't return anymore. I've gone here numerous times and have never left feeling my car was as good as I hoped it would be. After reading other reviews I can see I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience here. read more

Purchased a $30. Car wash that wasn't worth even $10. We were assured that a complete vacuum of entire interior , all entire doors and back hatch was covered at this price. Nothing was touched!! We live 100 miles north of PHX so thought we would come home with a really clean car. We called and asked the manager to avoid our debut card with a full refund. We were told that wouldn't happen. I have a 4Runner and a tepui tent on the top of my car. This is my first time washing the car with the tent on top. The general manger said I needed it hand washed and he'd give me a deal. I was grateful and excited. Originally supposed to be $70.00 but he gave it to me for $50.00. I got my car back snd the entire inside still has the same layer or dirt and dust. After paying $50 for a car wash I was upset. So I asked someone to re do the inside. Afterwards; the front looked much better , I tipped well and drove off. I didn't think to check the trunk. I got home and checked the trunk... there was still a layer of dirt dust and rocks. The pet hair was still all over my car as well but I didn't get as upset over that because I know pet hair can be a special detailing service and is tough to remove. I went back to Jackson's and kindly asked them to finish the car wash I'd pay for. They told me the don't vacuum or wipe the inside as part of the "hand wash car experience". I think that's ridiculous for a car wash that is supposed to be $70.00. I am underwhelmed and disappointed. Every visit: great vacuum and BASIC wash. Wait time not bad ~20-30min. Only complaint is inside window cleaning sucks. There's always thin film buildup on inside windshield that I hope gets cleaned. I've asked before if they can make sure they go over good inside windshield. The guy yells over to young guys with request but never gets cleaned 100%. After every visit I have to get my windex and clean. Might have to do with the 2 quick sprays of window cleaner they apply and quickly go over with cloth. read more

Do NOT go to this place! Came in for an oil change and car wash. They try to upsell you everything they can that you don't need. To make matters worse, they broke a part of our oil pan cover in the wash because it wasn't properly secured back together. They claimed no responsibility for this and showed complete negligence for their actions. They tried to take the broken piece and secure it back to send us on our way. We insisted to get the part from a local dealership and put it back the way it was. They didn't try to compensate us for their negligence or reimburse us for the the extra 3 hours we had to wait for the repair. Instead, they were content trying to make us believe that part was broken when we brought it in. We'll never come here again. read more

So where to start. A couple of months ago I had an issue with my car being damaged here at the carwash. Later on that day I received a call from the store manager his name is Ivan, he told me to come in and talk with him. I came back and sat down showed him what was wrong and he fixed the issue. Since this store changed store manager it has gotten so much better. Pancho in the make ready is also always willing to fix the problem he also helped me with the issue. After this I really recommend this place to anyone that washes their cars on a weekly basis the fast pass is great and for a one month charge you can literally wash your car one a day every day. This place has great customer services even though it is a chain of car washes it still gives you the at home feeling that makes any business so much better great place, great people read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Not only did they barely clean my car.... leaves still on the floor mats, seats dirty, ect but they broke off my antenna during the wash. They told me they couldn't find the antenna anywhere in their car wash. Probably because they knew they completely broke it and threw it in the trash. Not only did I have to pay for a new antenna but because they completely snapped it off it damaged the entire compartment. It cost me over $200 to fix it. They would not pay for the damage and would not accept responsibility. Would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Would give it negative stars if I could. Have a Yukon Denali that I took here to get an oil change and paid for an ultimate wash for also paid for the fast pass on 2 cars and paid for another oil change on another car of mine so gave them plenty of business. Well I got home that day and realized the right side of my car was messed up. The paint was scratched and the side trim was also pretty scratched. I have OCD and know for a fact it was not like this before and it's not like this on the other side so I took it back and showed them and they said they would review the camera. I also called the corporate office and let them know and told them I would be filing an insurance claim to get it fixed but they said they would most likely take care of it. Well that didn't happen they said they reviewed the cameras and couldn't tell and that it was hard to zoom in that close and see yet the left side is perfectly fine. Like I said I know for a fact how I brought the vehicle in that day and I know it was caused from them and the only thing they were willing to do was give me a free detail? Yeah I'm good why would I want a detail from a place that ruined my car. If I were you I would stay away and use a detailer. read more

Was there this Saturday for an oil change and my car had seen seen a couple of bad mishaps so I did the full detail. After over three hours I got my car and I see the detail wasn't very detailed. Not a big deal at first glance since like I said my car was really bad. Then after putting my floor mats back in I see that there is still some stuff under my seat. The saving grace after all that time is that the staff were so very polite.
