Do not come here, I took my car here last week, a simple oil change and car wash, since my new apartment complex does not allow us to change the oil in the street parking spots, I waited for 45 minutes inside, only to get told that my car was too low for the tracks... No big deal, I know that's always a possibility with driving a lowered car, what really got me off was the fact that they said they could not change my oil because whoever changed it last stripped the drain plug, the funny thing is, I have never gotten my Oil changed by someone other than myself, and I have never come close to stripping the drain plug... the "technician" even said that they tried using vice grips to get it loose! If you can't get it loose with the socket, DO NOT USE vice grips! You are only damaging the car and this shows the "technicians" are not formerly trained and most likely 18 year olds with no auto experience. Now, the simple oil change is resulting in taking my car in to an actual auto shop to have a mechanic work on it, not cheap, but far safer than ever bringing my car back to this want to be "auto shop" read more

Don't. Just don't. I let myself get talked into a wax because they showed me the detail bay was wide open. Well 45 minutes later my truck was just still sitting there. No work. I asked. A looooong lame story later about a misunderstanding and lost paperwork caused a issue they swear isn't their normal quality. So my 45 minute job is more like 2 hour job. If I had left it who knows if it would have ever gotten done. I am the one to catch the issue. I am not one to stiff people on tips. I know they work hard. But if you flat out can't do your job no way in heck will I be tipping or coming back for that matter. read more

I went to this carwash and got to works and all man it was terrible... I'm not a picky guy all but the service was terrible meaning the wash for the price they barely put on ANY armorall around the tires there was dirt still all around the truck. The interior didn't even get wiped down with a wet towel for the dust, it was everywhere in the dashboard on the stereo, a simple wipe would've done but nothing. Just terrible read more

I just left after getting my car detailed and I am definitely a satisfied customer. I drove up an hour before they closed with the most filthiest car ever. Camping in the desert did me real dirty need less to say. They were trying to turn me away but asked Danny if he would be willing to take it before they closed, and he said yes without hesitation. Some of the worst wash jobs I have ever got. Always trying to up sale but never deliver on their end. Car was not completely cleaned after both times they upgraded my express wash. Came out both times with a express wash but was sold or promised a deluxe wash for doing the monthly wash which is now canceled. Than they wanted to fix a chip in my windshield. They said if I let them I got a deluxe car wash. Didn't get even the windshield washed the floors vacuumed just a wash with the machine and a quick dry. Windshield repair was the worst repair I have ever had done. After a review they said they would contact me but I haven't heard from them. They can't even keep that promise. read more

Jackson's used to be our go to place for all of our cars. Sad to say it is no more. They used to do a great job for a "quick detail". It seems like they completely changed their staff recently and has gotten substantially worse. Every time you pull up to get the wash, even if you have monthly subscription, these people consistently ask to "upgrade" to a "better" wash. They try to sell you on the fact that it's a "slow day so we will give you a discount on a better detail" without telling you the price of the upgrade. They charged me around an additional $40 on top of my monthly subscription for a "deep detail on the interior and exterior". I watched these new employees do everything they typically do but much lazier. They weren't even looking at what they were wiping. They just stared off and lazily wiped my car down leaving streaks and an unfinished job. Then for the upgrade they sold me on without telling me the price, they took a green spray bottle and lazily sprayed and wiped the plastics on just the outside of my car. Keep in mind that this was the fastest wash I've ever gotten and I always go at low traffic hours and days. Thankfully I cancelled my subscription as I was paying for the "upgraded detail". I recommend you go to a coin operated self service car wash and do the same job, maybe even better, for $4 in quarters. read more

I came in with a car that had a moderate amount of cat hair on the inside and a decent amount of dust on the outside and a little bit on the inside. I waited an hour for my cleaning to be done, to find out that it had already been done. I come out to find that the marker is still on the window and wait another 10 minutes for someone to take it off. As I'm finally driving off I realize that there is still dust on the dash and all the same cat hair on the interior. Took way too long for a poor quality clean. read more

I have been a monthly car wash customer for over a year now and the service at this Tempe location gets worse and worse every time I come. While the gentleman at the express entrance was very helpful in setting up my renewal, the employees and manager at the end were extremely rude. When they finished my car, they simply walked away and said nothing to me. When I walked up to my car they rudely said you have to wait for a manager before you can get your car and then smirked. After I finally got in my car I overheard the employees and manager talking rudely about me and the experience we just had. I will really think twice before going back to this location. read more

Terrible experience. Pulled up for a simple oil change and car wash. The first guy asked what I wanted and I told him exactly that. He then proceeded to try to upcharge me on detailing and other packages. I said no. He then tries to ask 4 more times if I would like to upgrade. Again I said no (all 4 times). I just wanted an oil change and a simple car wash. The men that performed my oil change we very nice and polite. They gave me some recommendations on things I could do to keep my car in better shape but they weren't pushy about it and I only had to say no one time. They did their job well and efficiently. (The only pleasant experience) Then my car was washed. The car wash wasn't too busy. Only a few cars were there as my car was drying. The people cleaning the inside were rushing and running around and not paying any detail to what they were doing. So the inside was still dirty and soapy when they finished. The worst part was, during my wash one of my windshield wipers had been ripped off. So they sent someone into grab it as I waited. They brought it back to me and it was broken.... they handed it to me and told me to have a good day. They didn't try to put it back on for me or anything. I will not be returning ever again to get my car cleaned here. Not worth half of what you pay. Unbelievable. read more

So today was my second trip to Jacksons car wash. The first time I was so disappointed I got the VIP works. It took the guy less than 12 minutes to clean my car. When I asked him wow that was fast he said oh yeah there was no other cars,. Your four he should actually taken more time since he wasn't rushing . After I got in my car I was on my way to the airport to pick up my friend I had to remove trash my car nothing was wipe down,But the glass did not look clean on the windshield there was dust everywhere it look like A toddler did it. In fact when I was very angry but I had to get to the airport so I did call and complained. Now the manager Ivar Lopez was very apologetic, and sincere. He said that he would take care of me on my next trip and my carwash will be on the house. Well today I took them up on that offer. I am very very pleased they did an immaculate job on my car today. So I take my truck for a wash. After they pull it out of the wash, it sits in the sun without being moved forward as cars ahead are completed. Needless to say the truck was covered in sun-dried water spots. I ask the have it run through again. This time it's in the shade in line, but they take so long for get to it, it dried. Once they do get to it, attendants do the windows, wheels, and inside oiling (I call it that because dash and arms rests are dripping with something oily). The outside body of my truck didn't not get a wipe down. Spotty, dirt, and bird droppings left on it that running through the wash didn't get. Do not go here. You'll be wasting your money and leaving disappointed. read more

These guys are the worst! Trying to up sell me on a better package car wash. I couldn't get an answer from your top sales guys on what they do with just a basic wash. They didn't care they just wanted your money. Vacuuming was bad, except the one young kid who picked up the slack the other guy didn't do because he had to get back to his buddies conversation. Interior job was absolutely garbage. I had what looked like mud streaks swirled all over my black leather seats and an overused rag left in my back seat. It was awful! The worst part of it all, my back window is a blur and I can't see crap. I'm assuming some cleaning solution they were using isn't meant to be rubbed on windows. I'm not really sure why there's so many poor reviews on here. I have their $40 a month subscription and they do a great job every time I take my car through. I had a subscription to cobblestone before when I used to live near one of those and I think Jackson's does a better job, and their express wash tunnel is definitely, hands down better at removing bugs from my windshield than both Costco or cobblestone which are the only other car washes in the valley I've used. And Yes, the guy at the front tries to up-sell me every single time I bring my car to get cleaned, but so what, just say no thanks it's not hard! read more

I said I wanted the vip wash 4 times and each time the attendant tried up selling me other options in excess of or around $100. Dropped my Ford Fusion off at 12:07. They even wrote the time in white marker on my window. I went inside, paid, and waited until 12:48 for my car to be finished at the other end with the drying. In the meantime, 4 cars who were 100% behind me in the line (based on the white marker on their window), finished before mine. A young man who had 2 cars there, a Cadillac and Mercedes, took about 4 guys to clean his two cars, which left one guy to man the remaining 6 cars that were in line to be dried. I then get in my car to find out the interior was still not cleaned, which I paid for on the Works package. $16.99 to get my car washed on the exterior, with a mediocre interior wipe down, and waited 41 minutes for it all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I mentioned it was slow, he merely said, "Keep your receipt in case of raincheck." read more

They are not very busy and I've been waiting over 30 minutes and my car isn't through the wash yet. They also spend a lot of time up selling when all you want is a quick wash. So frustrating! Brought my car in for an oil change, got home and saw they had the engine wrong and used the wrong oil... when I brought it back they insinuated I was wrong. We finally had to pop the hood so they could see for themselves they had it wrong. They were nice and re-did it, but never admitted the error or appologized. I've been a customer at Jackson's ever since they took over the Danny's franchises. I was usually satisfied with their service even when they raised the prices of hand washes. However I got a hand wash on Sunday and I was told once again that if it rains within three days bring it back and they will wash it again for free. I never once tested their policy but when it rained that Sunday night I thought I'd bring the car in for my "free" wash. Unfortunately I was turned away saying they do not honor the three day rain policy with hand washes even though that seems to be one of their selling points. I have specifically asked before about the rain policy with handwashes and was told that all washes are covered. To say the least I was very disappointed by their blatant lying and will be taking my cars elsewhere. read more

I went in to get my car's interior detailed and was very disappointed. The employee who inspected my car was trying to sell me additional services to purposefully increase the price of the detailing. I requested just an interior detail and was charged an additional $70 dollars for pet cleaning even though there were only a few dog hairs in my car, but I obliged thinking they would do an even better job cleaning. My total was $250 for the interior detailing so I had high hopes that my car would look great after, and I was very much let down. The surfaces i.e. cupholder, dash, etc did not look like they had even been wiped down or vacuumed, and I could still see dog hairs on the floors. Additionally, the trunk had not been vacuumed at all. When I brought this up to an advisor, he quickly "fixed" my requests but it was still very poorly done and in my opinion, very unacceptable.
