He totally eased my fears and told me that hot tubs frequently get pin hole leaks in some of the joints and fittings. He even took me over to some of their systems on display to demonstrate where and what to look for in determining the type of leak. The best part was his recommendation of a product called "Fix a Leak" and how to apply it to my system. With one bottle and little expert instruction from Don, I fixed my hot tub in no time and it barely cost me any blood, sweat and tears as I had feared it might. Thanks Don!

Within the first two years of ownership, I was also required to replace both the pump and the control panel, incurring approximately $300 in service call fees alone, not including the cost of the parts themselves. Now that critical replacement filters can no longer be obtained, I've concluded that it is no longer financially reasonable to continue investing in this unit. Before reaching that decision, I contacted Marquis to inquire about purchasing a replacement cover. Because this is a single-person hot tub with a unique shape, it requires a custom-fit cover. I was quoted $600 for a cover that Marquis already has in its warehouse. When I asked whether the price could be reduced given that the model has been discontinued after such a short time, I was told the quote already reflected a $200 "discount." For a product discontinued just four years after purchase--especially one for which essential parts are no longer supported--this response feels unreasonable and deeply disappointing.

It's not huge and the aisles are a bit narrow but the signage is good, lighting is nice and bright, and associates are super helpful. Prices are on the higher side but the parking lot is pretty roomy and even better, there's a Trader Joe's next door so you can do one-stop shopping.
