I went to Jacuzzi Brand hHot Tubs of Portland, and Mr Dustin the salesperson helped me. I wanted information on how to treat my hot tub in the new house that I just purchased(I never had a hot tub). We recently worked with Nick Christensen to find a deal on one of last year's models. He alway responded quickly to my emails, and understood our needs perfectly. In person he was just as awesome, listening rather than giving the hard-sell. He even came in on his day off to meet us at the showroom. We saved about $2500 on the deal, and he even took off another $100 when we opted not to take the steps. The hot tub is coming in a few days, and when it does, Nick says to give him a call and he'll talk us through the initial setup, going beyond the manual to make it easy on us. Dustin---what can I add that the other reviews didn't. I have had spas/hot tubs since 1979 when they were made of redwood or cedar, so have really have been through the gamut of selection and long term use. I have to say that Dustin ranks at the very top. I currently live in a floating home and needed a spa to fit on my second floor balcony. Dustin, bent over backwards to not only help select the perfect spas for my needs, but didn't stop after the sale, but trouble shooted the whole delivery process, arranging the barge for delivery to my dock and placement. I went into jacuzzi hot tubs of Portland for the first time over the weekend. I was there to purchase some chemicals for my current jacuzzi and also to look around to possibly upgrade to a newer model. My boyfriend and I were helped by Dustin and were very impressed with his wealth of product knowledge and his attentiveness. He gave us a lot of information on a couple models and really took the time to get to know us and find out exactly what we were looking for.
