Pork Fried Rice: Medium dark color, but very light taste. Kinda like rice pilaf. Pork inclusions were decent, but no other additions like onion, egg, bean sprouts, etc. Still doable and somewhat enjoyable as long as you're not thinking of it as old school Chinese restaurant fried rice. Boneless Spareribs: A little thin, a little dry compared to similar Leominster joint Peking Garden. Tasty glaze but applied much lighter than Peking Garden. Maybe not enough pieces to justify the add-on. Egg Roll: Not crisp but not soggy. Very interesting filling of celery, pork, and carrots. Not that moist and not much for the eyes, but unique and tasty. Chicken and Broccoli: Long tender pieces of chicken, coated in a lightly spiced black bean sauce of sorts. Other restaurants couldn't take our NY Eve order but this place was happy to and the food was terrific. We ordered around $100 of food for 10 people and had plenty plus leftovers. They have a huge menu so there's plenty to choose from as well as combo meals (make your own) that are a nice touch. I'm not quite sure why the rating for this place is so low based off my experiences with jade ii. I've been here as a door dasher and they were always nice and the food is always done when I'm there. I've also eaten here as a customer and loved the food. I got two combo plates and crab Rangoons. They were both tasty and the portions were hefty so definitely worth the price. They also have a lot of deals according to the signs outside the restaurant and in the windows. I live nearby and will definitely be returning for food soon read more

Well this is a tough one for me because I remember jade 2 being a descent not great place for quick Chinese take out. I could always count on a good crab Rangoon but they were cold burnt and way to crunchy and the filling tasted funny. My dog wouldn't even eat one. The hot and sour soup was cold and gross. And the house rice noodles had no taste with canned shrimp and what seemed like Old food. For food that came right from the kitchen it was cold and heat lamp like. Some of the food was edible,so the 2 stars. We tried to order from our usual place, Gold Bowl, but couldn't get through. Desperate for Chinese food we tried the only restaurant on Grubhub. The hot and sour soup was hot. Shrimp lo main was bland with the tiny shrimp. So wrong. Chicken wings cooked but un inspiring. The house fried rice was white with small slices of ham and again the tiny shrimp. This place is barely mediocre. We will be sticking to Gold Bowl in the future. Moved back to the area less than a year ago. Was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was from here because I haven't had great experiences getting Chinese takeout from other restaurants. We found Jade II about seven years ago. I'm a frequent take-out diner... and a creature of habit. Though our order never changes - the service has. Tonight we ordered our staple setup - $47+ for the three of us - and got home to eat... our spring rolls smelled and tasted rotten - to all of us! Only one of the four we ordered was cut into. After dinner I called in to share my concern - both as a courtesy (in case they WERE rotten so no one would get sick) and in hopes that they would give us a credit toward our next order. In short, the guy on the phone (the same who had taken my order) effectively said I had ordered egg rolls - not spring rolls. "If we had made the mistake, we would taken care of it. But this is your fault. So there's nothing I can do." Alas - even if we HAD ordered egg rolls. They tasted ROTTEN. They SMELLED ROTTEN! In the interest of keeping a regular customer happy, I would have expected some courtesy. Instead, when asking if he was willing to lose a customer over four rolls I got "OK then - good luck" before he hung up. Though I can acknowledge that mistakes may happen - when a customer calls in to complain, there is a reason behind it. They wouldn't call if they were happy with the service / product. I own a small business myself, and if any of my employees spoke to a customer like that they'd be fired. It's sad to say we won't be ordering any time soon - if ever again. We got some rice, calamari, and chicken fingers. I really dislike chicken fingers, because let's be honest, you're pretty much eating dough. My husband called them back as soon as we unpacked the bag, and told them of the error. Now,I cannot attest to Jades side of the conversation, but my husband was left with the belief that they'd come pick up the chicken fingers and exchange them for wings. We waited a long time. He called back, and was told he could come pick up the wings. What? We ordered delivery. We should get the correct order. My husband said, "we order from you guys a lot .... And you don't care." This is my favorite Chinese food place in Leominster. All of their food that I've had is moist, flavorful and delicious. Their prices are great. Their menu is incredibly broad in terms of combinations. They have small and large sizes of most of their appetizers. They have really cheap lunch specials and a bunch of combo meals that cover almost any combo you might want. They deliver for $1.50 (minimum of $10 order).
