We were really happy w/ Jae & his crew initially when they first did the initial clean-up of our slope & tree trimming. We signed up for monthly maintenance for our slope & it was going well. In July Jae's team didn't come. Apparently, his wife sent a letter canceling the service. I never received it. I was desperate to find a good and reasonably priced tree service that would dispose of my large tree that fell on the side of my house from termite damage. I did some research online and found Jae's Tree Service so I called him up early the next morning. Jae was very friendly and professional on the phone, and even came to my property an hour and a half later after our phone conversation to give me an estimate for the work. Jae gave me a very good price for the work he planned on doing - even after adding a few other trees on the list to be trimmed since some of the branches were touching the roof. He said he would come back with his crew and trucks/equipment later, and just as promised came back within two hours to start the job. So prompt! These guys were great from start to finish! They disposed of 2 big trees that had termite damage, removed all the stumps and roots, beautifully trimmed multiple trees surrounding the house, and cleaned up the yard nicely after completing their work in a quick two and a half hours!
