We have been using Jae's Tree Service for several years, and they have always provided quality tree trimming with a professional and friendly team. Jae's has trimmed our fruit trees and a huge Carrotwood in our yard, and the results are beautiful every time. Recently, we had to remove a large tree from our property, and Jae's had the entire thing cut down in a few hours. They returned the next day to completely grind down the stump so that it is well below the ground level. They hauled everything away and left our yard neat and tidy. Probably the best part about this company is that the employees are kind and friendly, eager to work with the customer so that every detail meets the customer's expectations. I had called and made an appointment to have Jae come quote me for some tree trimming and he seemed great when I scheduled the appointment for two days from the call. Jae was a no show with no phone call or text saying why he didn't show up so I called and left a voicemail asking if he was still coming. I missed his return call and got a voicemail later that evening around 5pm saying that his young son had gotten hurt at his babysitters earlier in the day and they went to get X-rays to see if his arm was broken his so he had panicked and dropped everything and apologized for the inconvenience and that he would offer a 10% discount and to give him a call back. Being a mom I completely understood having your child get hurt and left him a voicemail saying I would love to reschedule and not to worry about it because I understand putting family first. The next day I got a call back and he didn't seem to know anything about my call because he asked where I was located and said he received a voicemail saying I needed a quote like I had never spoken to him before so I mentioned the voicemail he left me about his son etc. and he said that he didn't remember ever scheduling an appointment with me in the first place and that his son was kind of hurt but he kind of beat around the bush about his sons injury. It was a really strange call and I was super skeptical so I said I didn't need the quote anymore and I was good. A few minutes later I received the following text from Jae: "i'm sorry my son didn't get hurt but i don't remember you on my list for a estimate i do apologize for the inconvenience and if you are interested and asked him and I will give you a 15% discount of anybody's price that is in a written contract for your inconvenience have a great day and a happy holidays" After that text I was definitely not going to book with him because he lied about the situation and even though I did appreciate his honesty after the fact and attempt to make the situation better I was super disappointed because I saw so many good reviews about his company. Maybe I caught him on an off day and his company does a good job but just wanted other people to know what my experience was with Jae and I think customer service is key when trying to book peoples business. read more

I called Jae Tree Services for an estimate. We set up an appointment for him to come out the following morning. Jae showed up on time gave me quote for my trees to be removed. His quote was a bit pricey but reasonable and what I enjoyed about Jae is that he explained the process of the tree removal to me, so I went with Him.
