Jae's Grill is a Windsor Mill staple. Whenever I have the opportunity, I go for lunch. Service is extremely fast and the ladies that work there are very nice. A lot of people do carry out but there is also plenty of space inside to dine in. My favorite items are the cheesesteak and the jumbo shrimp combo. I plan on trying many more menu items but can't go wrong with the classics! read more

This is my go-to place for a great bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel, breakfast sandwich. They make it fresh for you. Service can be longer if it's busy but it's usually worth the wait. I haven't tried any of their other food items. They have lots of tables and chairs for dine-in as well. read more

They were not lying when they said, how big the Shrimp were, this picture does not do it any justice, they are way bigger than they look. They give you six and I could only eat three. I absolutely LOVE local neighborhood deli! They normally have the best food, at the lowest prices, with the friendliest service! Jae's Grill is no exception. I ordered my family lunch randomly during a week when we were all off together, which is rare. I had a taste for a deli sandwich and I found Jae's Grill after a Yelp search. Boy, am I glad that I did! I ordered us all shrimp salad sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised which I got the order home. I expected small, precooked shrimp, but actually got some pretty sizable fresh shrimp! The salad wasn't over saturated with mayonnaise making it a mess to eat. I discovered this place last summer while working down the street from it. The food was always good. Especially their breakfast. Lucky for me I have the same summer job this year so I'm back at it! Today, Wednesday 07/25/18, I ordered a BLT on sourdough toast and some crinkle cut fries. The sandwich was great. Slathered with just the right amount of mayo. The fries weren't as good as they usually are. They were kinda dry but hey I ate them anyway. I'll be back again and soon and will make sure to post more pics of food. Their French Fries are the best crinkle cut and perfectly fried delicacy east of the Mississippi.

Jae's does it again! Their third location just opened up and it is the biggest one I think. They have their full menu, complete with daily specials like a turkey and brie panini! My favorite of course are their hot subs esp the turkey with hot peppers and grilled onions, MMMMM! Their fries are crinkle cut pieces of heaven! As always, fast great service and reasonable prices. I have ordered from Jae's Grill twice now and the food has been excellent! The service is fast which is critical as I am usually in a time crunch at lunchtime. I have tried their Reuben, the Philly cheesesteak sub and their fries. Everything was quick, good quality and with generous portions. You had leftovers the next day... I work in the area, and frequent Jae's about once every week or two for lunch. Always fast and flavorful, and reasonably priced. They've got the magic touch when it comes to their fries. Hot subs? Always great! Love 'em! So why only 4 stars instead of 5? Breakfast. I ordered breakfast for the first time since I've been going there. Service was a little slower than normal, but still reasonable. However, everything I had was bland. Eggs. Home Fries. No salt or pepper. No onions in the home fries. And not a crisp edge to be found anywhere in the home fries. If there was butter on the toast, I couldn't find it. To my surprise, even the scrapple was bland. Not sure what brand they use, but I'm not a fan. If I go back for breakfast again, I'll have to go with bacon. My only other breakfast gripe is that they don't open until 7:00 AM. Even 30 minutes earlier would be a help. Overall, though, I still love them for lunch, and recommend them for a fast, reasonably priced, tasty meal. read more

It is so so so so so so hard to find good food in this area, but on one hot day in June, I saw the light and it was coming from Jae's Grill. I walked in...and saw people eating, talking...enjoying life so I knew I was in the right place. I went up to the corner and order a wrap. Waited maybe 8 minutes...and was served my wrap. So, I've been going to Jae's Grill pretty much daily for a few years for both breakfast and lunch because it's rather convenient, the staff members are friendly and the food is good. After this morning I will not be going back. I ordered a breakfast burrito and watched as the lady making it put the egg on the grill then with one glove on her left hand grabbed raw chicken from a tub to put on the grill. She then went to where the gloves are stationed and I thought she was going to replace the glove before proceeding to make my burrito, however, she only got another glove to put on her right hand and then proceeded to make my burrito with the glove covered in raw chicken juices and marinade still on her left hand. read more
