We had heard that the food was good; only to be greatly disappointed. We read the reviews and tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt since it's under new ownership. We ordered spring rolls, cheese rolls, chicken pad Thai and teriyaki chicken. The spring rolls we're OK. The cheese rolls were not great. The chicken pad Thai was not edible. The noodles tasted like they were burnt. The sauce was not good. The chicken tasted as if it was reheated in the microwave. The chicken teriyaki was equally disappointing. So disappointed today as a friend and I ordered our lunch there today. Right away we were giving our soup, 40 minutes later we had to ask the waiter where our food was. About 10 minutes later he comes back with some ridiculous story that the cook threw away all the order tickets and our must had been thrown away. Although everyone that came in after us had there food we were the only ones that did not have any food. Really!!?? SMH!! So we told him to place the order and make it to go. This is my new go to Thai place. The amazing eggplant with fried tofu is just that - amazing! Place is a little hole in the wall so not good for a romantic date, but great for Saturday lunch or weekend dinner - we get it to go a lot as well. Food is great, prices are decent. Service needs work. Dined alone and ordered my dish spicy. It came out and wasn't spicy at all. They remade it after I pointed it out. The dish was good but I can't get over the customer service. It was not busy whatsoever. My water cup was not refilled until I had to wait to flag someone down. The wait staff is not attentive at all. I wasn't asked once about how I was doing. I saw some reviews on service but thought what the heck the food sounds good. This place has decent food but limited gluten-free options. And whatever they take out to make the few dishes that they do offer gluten free makes them pretty bland - to the point that it's not really worth it, in my opinion. This place is one of my favourite thai food. My favourite is Angle Hair Pad Kee Mao with pork (spicy). They provide a good amount of food. I like how I can choose the spicy levels and proteins. Tom Kha soup is also my favourite, especially for the winter. Their food can be make gluten free or vegetarian. I haven't had any problems with their service or foods, so I will give them 5 stars. read more

My biggest complaint here was the service. I was told this place was often busy so I'm not sure why there weren't more people working. I went my entire dinner with no refills on my water even though I asked several times. First time and left more than happy! My service And my food were 5 starts easily!! I started with a Tom Yum soup, it was a deep red color and the flavor was OUTSTANDING!! It was so rich and loaded with chicken and veggies. I've never had that kind of soup before and I tempted to drink the last drops it was soooo good!! For my entree I had the Pad Thai, and it was top notch!! I love Pad Thai and it's hard to find Pad Thai this good! I went with tofu, but they had chicken, pork, beef and shrimp as an option. When I ordered the tofu, my waitress asked is the eggs were okay in the meal, and I appreciate that attention to detail, even though I am not vegetarian or have allergies, I was just trying to eat lighter, it's a good quality of the waitress to pay attention to those small details for people who are on diet restrictions! Don't post reviews often, but this was so good I had to. Recently moved here from Denver and this is the best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand. So glad to have this close to home. The food was great. But the service will keep us from returning. Don't know what was worse, the water refill for the child that took 20 minutes (we can see the waiter horsing around and polishing wine glasses from our table) or the sloshing around of the dirty plates while the waiter restocked our empty plates by size.
