    Red curry and drunken noodle
    Erin M.

This is more of a to-go place but does have indoor and outdoor seating. We got the shrimp fresh rolls, red curry and the drunken noodle. All the entrees were big portions and piping hot! This is a really fast and affordable Thai option in downtown Georgetown!

Mediocre food. Service is terrible. Decor is a letdown. The server with braces seems inept at best. He couldn't seem to figure out the three tables in the restaurant. One guy got up to request sriracha, another table had to flag him down to pay. We had to flag him down just to order. Won't be back.

I have heard great things about Jaiwai from my friends who frequent the area. This was a great spot to meet up with a friend and catch up over lunch. The lunch prices were good! $2 off their regular price for our dishes. I got the pad see ewe with pork, which I really enjoyed. The only downside was that the vegetables were very undercooked. The carrots and especially the broccoli were hard and tasted half raw. My friend got the green curry fried rice and said it was spicy and really good too. The service was fast, and I appreciate how our server told us to take our time after we paid. The parking spots in front of the restaurant were full, but I found nearby free street parking. They could definitely add some decor to liven up the atmosphere.

I have been coming here since I was a student at Southwestern! I really love the flavor of the dishes as well as the generous portion sizes. I'm glad to see they're doing well - they recently added booths, expanding the seating inside. Jaiwai is an essential when visiting Georgetown and adds variety to the square!

A gem of a spot for Thai food in Georgetown, TX. The place looks slightly uninviting from the outside but it's all about what comes from the inside, right? Their 5/5 spicy level isn't that spicy if you tend to eat spicy food often. Jaiwai serves up what we believe is the best pad see ew in the Austin area. We havent found another dish on their menu that we absolutely have to get each time like the see ew but we're working through the menu. The service was good too, I've always liked the staff here.

Popped in on a whim after shopping at Old Navy a few doors down. VIBE: Very pleasant seafood restaurant vibe. I didn't feel like I was inside a massive shopping center -- it had a nice seaside charm. At the same time, it was very welcoming and unpretentious. Casual, not at all stuffy in any way. MENU/FOOD: Great! Ample diversity. Whether you want to stuff your face full of fried food or eat healthy, they've got it. I had the Omega Bowl (salmon + rice + veggies) and it was delicious. We also shared the coconut shrimp -- really good. I almost forgot -- my kid's burger came with French fries and they were great -- I stole most of them. KIDS: At first, it didn't seem like a particularly kid-friendly spot (I didn't actually see any other kids there during brunch on a Sunday). However, we felt very welcome with our two toddlers (3.5 and 1.5). They have high chairs and a kids menu (a mix of fried seafood and usual stuff like hamburger). Additionally, both our waitress and the manager (who were extremely kind and understanding) both mentioned having kids as well. SERVICE: Excellent. Our waitress (Sarah, I believe) was very nice and attentive. The manager stopped by to see how we were doing -- also very nice. The hostess? I'll let you guess... also very nice. Even held the door for me when I was leaving since I had a small baby stroller (believe it or not, that's somewhat rare).

I'm used to having a thick 2-3 inch piece and they butterflied it. Was a tad dry very unlike a sea bass. This dish needs a jalapeño or poblano cream sauce! I'm thinking this was not real sea bass. Tasted or looked nothing like it. I'll try something else next time. Always consistently good here and we love the service! Hard to come by these days.

I ordered medium rare steak that was cooked perfectly. It was tender and well seasoned. The wagyu burger was well prepared and tasted great too. Usually, I get the chicken and dumplings. I was celebrating getting a new job so, I got the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the cut wasn't good. It was thin and had thick gristle, throughout. I assumed that I would need salt. I asked for flakey salt. The sweet waitress/bartender, brought me kosher salt in a nice container. The salt helped! However, the steak was too far gone to help. It was closer to medium and, again, the cut was bad. (Note: I didn't complain! I'm sure that if I would have, they would have done anything to correct it!) The positives? The green beans were AMAZING! Still a bit crispy and tasted great! The mashed potato's were good. I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was wonderful! The service couldn't have been better! I love the bar side of Wildfire! The seating can be private or meant for people watching. It's very comfortable! All in all, this is the place to go! The service is always amazing! I didn't enjoy the ribeye but, I'm a steak snob. Wildfire will always be my "go to" spot! Sit in the bar area and you will get the best service! Edit to say that the regular bartender is fantastic! He always has been!

The food was really good, but they forgot two sides, including one that was part of my dad's Father's Day meal which was disappointing after the drive. I called and requested a refund for the missing items. Later, someone from the restaurant called me back, but I missed it. When I returned the missed call, I was transferred to the owner, who said, "You're calling me about coleslaw? I don't know anything about that and I'm really busy today, it's Father's Day." What made this especially disappointing is that I was simply returning their missed call... When he pulled up my order, he dismissed the issue with, "Oh, these were just entree sides." He offered a gift card, but I requested a refund for the items instead since I'm unsure I'll be making the far drive again in the future. The conversation ended with him telling me he had a line of people waiting. Mistakes happen and missing items can be fixed. What was disappointing was being treated like I was the inconvenience when I was simply trying to resolve a mistake the restaurant made and returning a phone call.
