She was very nice and very efficient she gave us some suggestions and I loved the way she waited on us. I thinks she is do for a promotion or a paid day off. I actually think this place had ok food. But absolutely terrible service from their hostess- not sure what her job description is if seating is in an empty restaurant is a chore. Stopped into her after helping for chicken wings. Seemed like a pretty cool bar. I feel as though they need more tv in the bars. You can only see "the game" if your sitting on the corners. We live very close to here so decided to come for some wings since they advertise themselves as having some of the best wings in the city. I got the super hot wings which have a habanero sauce in it. This was decent but grossly overpriced for what you get. They also call them "jumbo wings" but truthfully they're just normal sized wings. The poncho wings were a serious disappointment though. They're grilled and while I like a good char on my grilled meats as much as the next guy, these were flat out burnt as you can see in the picture. The atmosphere of the bar seemed nice for sporting events but go elsewhere for wings. The drinks are relatively expensive too although they do have a big selection of beers. read more

I went went a group of 4 and we weren't officially doing the challenge but wanted to see if we could still take it down. The burger came out pretty fast considering the size and the service was good. So the first time I "came here" was Saturday at noon. I was hung over and decided to sleep in the car while my friends went in and ate. Downside, it was absolutely freezing outside. Upside, I got to eat all their left over wings in the car on the way back, for free :P anyways, the wings were sooooo good that my boyfriend and I came back here to celebrate me passing my last preliminary actuarial exam. We called ahead to reserve a table for the NBA finals. We were seated at a table with views of multiple TVs. The place was standing room only, so I'm glad I called earlier that day to reserve a spot. They had an impressive beer selection and we tried several brews between us. The James Beard burger was fantastic! It was HUGE. After half the burger and some fries, I was stuffed. The wings left something to be desired - they were a bit soggy for my liking. Admittedly, I am a wing snob, so the wings will likely pass muster with most people. Ok, so I must say I was highly disappointed in the food in this establishment. Robert, the bartender was really cool and the manager was very accommodating. Other than that, the food was subpar. If you've ever had wings and BBQ below the Mason Dixon, you will quickly realize how lucky you truly are. I'm from Atlanta and visit Texas, MS, & Memphis quite often so I know good wings and BBQ. DO NOT expect the same delicacy as we've been so graciously offered growing up in the south. Also the Brussels could've been crispier but instead were kinda soggy as were the wings. First things first, don't even think about ordering anything here except the wings. I'm sure the other food here is great, but the wings will make you want to leave your wife. The sauces are absurdly good and none of them will disappoint you at all. If you get anything else except the wings, start with some parmesan garlic fries...then eat some wings. Second, our server Alonso was in a class of his own. He was attentive and we never felt like we were waiting on him. He also had great recommendations on beers and drinks. When you go here, you should request to sit in his section, you won't regret it. Great happy hour specials! Until 6pm you can get a variety of appetizers for $5. There aren't drink specials, but with food prices this amazing it all evens out.
