This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. However the Tiki Bandit, Frankiestein, Dr No, ScruV and numerous others might speak to you. I've been to Frankie's a few times about 10 years ago, so it was nice to stop in with a group of buds and share some convo as well as meet up with my oldest best friend and her wife, who ironically is who I came to Frankie's with those first times a decade ago. All tiki drinks are currently $15 and well worth it. You're able to drink, gamble (at the bar), smoke, converse, sway (good music) but limited space and enjoy the night or day away.
