So I went to pick up the items I come home and EVERYTHING SHRUNK! His pants were shorter then my husbands ankles and his shirt sleeves and the length of the shirts were all shrunk big time. I was in shock my husband was so mad and so we called the place right away he says gets aggressive and says I don't believe it being them in. So I brought them in and show them and he just kept arguing with me. Coincidentally there was a lady behind me and heard the conversation we had she whispered to me and said I just had this issue here too, and that's why I'm here as well. So i told him and he wouldn't do anything about it. So I reported him to the BBB and they will be hearing from them. A lot of money on clothes ruined for a place that I trusted. Do not come here, I would never Make a review like this but I don't want anyone to have what happened to me happen to them. He tried to give me credit to bring my other clothes LOL. I said like what are you saying?! first I'd never trust you second you ruined all of our expensive clothes what credit?! You owe us money and he wouldn't do anything about it so I reported him.

I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. When I went to wear it I noticed a piece of wax or glue stuck to the left shoulder area which was not there prior to...I work in a sterile clean environment office and would have noted that! I brought the shirt back and went to pick it up an low and behold the glue spot was removed as well as all the color! Furthermore, the collar lost color from aggressive heat. I negotiated a small credit as the owner refused a cash refund for the shirt, worn only twice. I will NEVER return to this place as my clothes are expensive and part of my occupation.
