I know they were trying their best to keep up with all the orders but I waited 40 minutes for my order while everyone who ordered after me got their orders first. Not only that but one of the smoothies from my order sat out for 30 minutes before the rest of my order was finally ready and when I asked them to remake it they seemed bothered by my request. I would suggest that they make the complete order in the order they're received, it seemed to me that they were making random smoothies from random orders before one was complete. I just came into this Jamba Juice tonight while it was starting to rain. I took my niece with me to grab a quick drink and as I was walking in, a female employee, a little thick and possibly Filipino or of Asian decent, was coming out to take out the trash and I asked her if they're still open because it was empty inside and I didn't see another employee. She looked at me and rolled away with her trash not saying a word or acknowledging we were customers about to enter. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. My niece and I went in anyways and was waiting for help. Another female employee possibly Filipino or Asian as well was on her cell phone in the back and finally came to take our order but didn't even welcome us in or said hi. She gave us the most horrible attitude and the bitchiest customer service I've ever had in any Jamba Juice. She had a resting bitch face the whole entire time. I tried to get her attention to scan my app for points but she just wanted to finish the transaction. I then asked her can she still scan my app but she threw the receipt at us and said you can do it yourself but of course in a rude way. She made our drinks pretty quick with no effort which resulted in my Strawberry Surfrider to be very bland and watery. My niece said thank you to her even after being treated like shit but this employee didn't even respond to us or cared. There was nobody in the store so it wasn't like she was extreme busy or overwhelmed with work. As we were walking out the other thicker employee came in with such a moody bad attitude almost hitting us with the trash cans. Not even an "excuse me" or "sorry" was said to us. As a manager of a restaurant myself I find these two female employees behavior disgusting and unprofessional. Yes we're in a pandemic but the store was not busy at all, there was no line, no customers, nothing to overwhelm them. The one employee on her cellphone and was most likely upset we walked in cutting her conversation short. I hope the manager finds out who these ungrateful girls are (working on 12/28/2020 around 6PM) and consider retraining them on proper good customer service. I'll never be going to this Jamba Juice location ever again and will be letting everyone In my industry circle, friends and family know not to as well because their attitudes were so disturbing and disappointing especially for their community. I understand mobile orders but even the people behind me in line got their drinks. While waiting I counted 3-4 mobile order pick up and At least 3 people received their drinks that ordered after me. They had 5 workers at the time not quite sure of how they choose to fill orders but it's not efficient. The worst Jamba juice branch ever. It happened today around 6:15 pm. My friend and I were on the line, and these two ladies who work there don't go to the cashier to get our orders. They keep on doing other orders very slow. We've been waiting for almost half an hour in front of the cashier. I been coming to this place for about a year now and the service just got so bad in the last 3 months they have nothing but young kids working with no supervisor on shift and the one supervisor that I saw looks like she is like 19 years of age with no customer service experience. I waited for 50 minutes on Monday for my oatmeal all they said was sorry for the long wait after I had ordered this on line and arrived at the time I was supposed to and still waited 50 minutes to get my order. This is a negative review of the staff; one in particular who happened to be the cashier and also the one who blended our drinks. We ordered one of their new veggie and fruit juices. After handing it to us, he clearly stated "IT'S ONE OF HIS FAVORITES" only to turn around and tell his co-worker "IT TASTES LIKE SOIL". I doubt anyone enjoys the taste of dirt, so I'm assuming he was talking sh** about his own product loud enough for his customers to hear. Pretty lame. This Jamba Juice is my go-to location when I need a smoothie fix. Alot of people do not prefer these "chain-type" smoothie joints - but I don't mind them at all. Jamba Juice in particular is better than Juice it Up. I have heard some good things about Robeks (located across the street inside Cerritos Mall). As a plus, Orange Dream Machine here is never a fail. I want to do their wheatgrass but I heard that all the health benefits are overhyped. Can someone let me know the real deal about Wheat Grass Shots? Oh, one more plus: the brought the drink out to my table. The only bad thing about this Jamba Juice is the parking situation. It's always crowded. The workers are always very nice and accommodating. I usually go here in the morning so its not too busy for me. During the summer though it gets pretty bad but I've never had to wait more than 10 mins for my drink. Honestly, I think Jamba Juice is way overrated and deserves 1-2 stars. I much prefer the smoothies of Juice It Up. Jamba's smoothies are too thick and sugary, and seem not as fresh as the ones at Juice It Up. However, the oatmeal at Jamba Juice is so delicious, it actually sort of redeems Jamba in my eyes. I've never been a fan of steel cut oats, but the oatmeal for Jamba is chewy and delicious, especially with the various toppings. I had Berry Cherry pecan, which was sooo good! The pecans especially! Jamba's smoothies suck, but their oatmeals = amazing! Especially on Wednesday, it's only $1! You can't beat that. :) EDIT: After going off to college, where there's no Juice It Ups nearby, only a Jamba, I've since grown to like Jamba Juice better. I walked in and there was one man sitting and waiting for his order and two other gentlemen who had just placed their order. The two employees who were working both made eye contact with me but didn't make a sound. No greeting, no "just a sec", nada. After 5-7 minute wait I placed my order was not given or even offered a receipt. I asked for one simple adjustment to my order (just put the 12oz in a 16oz cup please) and even that was missed. I went here a couple of days ago and order a drink and one of my biggest pet peeves happened. I don't understand what it is so hard by greeting a customer but as I walked up this young man with a close pin in his ear didn't say one word and just waited for me to order. How about instead of spending so much time on how you look for work you spend on the correct way to work at work. A greeting isn't very hard to do rather than dead silence. After partying hard on a Friday night, my woman and I were suffering from a 3.5 star level hangover so we needed an instant hangover cure to get us up and I was just not feeling for some hot menudo... What's better than a cold, nutritious, hydrating, healthy fruit drink for a hangover cure anyway? Quick Note: These branches were a staple during my previous battle with weight loss... Oh how uneducated and naive I was to think that everything in Jamba Juice was healthy. At this specific branch, the location is great. Can be seen from the street, but have to go through whole business complex of other tempting food just to get to it. The service was great for today. There were two unsleepy, upbeat staff members who greeted us as their first customers of the day. I was really looking forward to getting a wheatgrass shot for detox but oddly enough they didn't have any... So instead I got my usual - Protein Berry Pizazz (it's really called a Protein Berry Workout but I liked the name of it before they changed it) and my girl got the Cold Buster. I added a multi-vitamin, energy booster (vitamin b), flax&fiber, and immunity (vitamin c) boosts because I knew it would help me in the long run to fight this horrible hangover. Within 1-2 hours, me and my girl were feeling right as rain. During my high school years, I would go to these branches religiously a week. I ended up trying all their flavors, even the "o so secret ones" (which are the classics with a couple of substitutions or add ons and sherbet) and I honestly didn't like the majority of them. They're way too sugary and some of the flavors doesn't taste what they're named after. That's why Protein Berry Workout is my drink of choice, plus it's healthy and preboosted with whey (which is something they didn't have today either so instead I got a soy boost...) Overall, my drink was amazing as always and my girls Cold Buster tasted like sweet menudo (doo doo). I'll only go to Jamba Juice for this smoothie and it's worth the cals plus the money.
