Needed a pick-me-up this morning on the way to work and ended up stopping here. First, I was not aware they opened so early (6:30 am), and was pleasantly surprised. Second, the employees at this location were amazing! I was immediately greeted by two smiling, friendly faces. After ordering the oatmeal, the employee mentioned Wednesday's oatmeal is only $1.50- well worth it- and invited me back on Wednesday. My oatmeal and juice were prepared very quickly and taste great! So, on top of good food and drink, the employees at this location are A++. If you are struggling one morning, stop in for a smoothie/juice, and an oatmeal. My husband stopped by a few weeks ago to buy us Jamba and was turned away at 8:20pm because they were already cleaning the blenders and closing up. What's upsetting about this is that the store is open until 9pm and yet they refused to serve a customer that came in 40 minutes before closing. My husband was also in his military uniform during this visit and I think it's even more disgraceful that he was turned away. read more

Friendly staff. The drinks aren't consistent, but they're always tasty. What grinds my gears is I always get a cup that's dripping smoothy on the side and I get it on my shirt or all over my hands before I realize. Next time I'll come prepared with paper towels. read more

I ordered an orange carrot karma and realized it was tasting different on the way home. My daughter said i should take it back because it only tasted like orange and the color wasn't right. I went back and told them i don't think they put carrots in it and didn't remember hearing it seeing them do the carrots. The sales staff at this store was fantastic! I am highly allergic to Strawberries and I wanted a smoothie for breakfast. They guy that helped me went into the back and opened up a fresh container of ingredients to make my smoothie just to make certain there were no trace elements of strawberry lingering around. A-OK. I came here with a gift card last night. I'm not really a big juice or smoothie drinker, but figured I would use my gift card. I ordered a matcha smoothie. Service was good, although my sever looked confused when I asked if I needed to pay extra to have soy (being a new customer to this place) in my smoothie. We later saw the Tuesday special where you buy a smoothie and get one for $2, so they had to open up our tab so we could get another one. My matcha drink was decent, the normal cost was about $5.20 for a medium size. A bit overpriced in my opinion. It was decent, but nothing to write home about. Not sure how likely it is that I will return, but overall it wasn't bad! read more

It's the overall convenience of being near the bookstore, Target Greatland, the Golden 1 CU. There's just a whole bunch of establishments I frequent in this Plaza. I love it. This Jamba stays open pretty late too. They are either 30 minutes or an hour longer than the Rocky Ridge like location. The staff is nice as usual. Jamba must have great training for their employees as I have a consistent experience at any location I go to. This review lacks the 5th Star only for the driveways, entrances into the Plaza location. Aging is apparent here. This was the happening place in the late 80s. It could use resurfacing and painting of the lanes. Folks can drive 3rd world style here sometimes. read more

Stopped by before taking my husband to the hospital. I tried calling ahead but was told not possible over the ohone. The other location in hazel always take my phine order. They were out of watermelon and its what we came for then when i returned to order the cashier a larger guy was chit chatting about personal stuff with a group of girls rather then having urgency to take my order. The girl behind the counter was hustling but then after placing my order the guy was making mall kinds of noise scraping the chairs across the floor . i think in retaliation for me interrupting his convo. read more

I went in this Jamba Juice store on 7/8/13. And the first thing that employee Stacy told me that there system was down. I made my order and offered to pay with cash. She explained to me again that there system was down and they could not accept cash. When she explained the situation the first time I understood it as the debit system wasn't working, not one time did I hear that could not accept cash. The thing is she when she told me that she could not accept cash she explained it to me in a very rude manner like if I was stupid or something. I love Jamba Juice and this experience will not stop me from doing so, but this is not the only Jamba Juice in town. I will not be going to this location anymore. Beside the one in Rancho Cordova have better employees that treat customers the way they should be treated. With respect. Not like Stacy who has the personality of a robot. read more

I have a deep love for Jamba Juice. It is sort of nostalgic to me.. I have been visiting California for many years and always make a point to visit a Jamba Juice before I return home to Virginia due to the lack of proximity to a Jamba Juice in my area. I moved to California for about three years and spent a lot of those days slurping down a Jamba. Mostly stuck with my Razzmatazz I, again, drank when I was younger. Recently I have moved back to Virginia and there are no Jambas anywhere near me where I live now; the closest ones are outside of my state and at least a 30 min drive. The employees were extremely fast and friendly, although there was some difficulty getting our order down. One person in our group had to wait a bit longer to get her food too. I love the location! It's near Target, Barns & Nobel (my two favorite stores), Starbucks, Cold Stone, Bath and Bodyworks, Banks, the mall etc. I was welcomed with a hello and a smile - always a good start. I usually get a Strawberry Whirl every time I go to Jamba Juice and I wanted to try something new. The cashier answered all my questions as I tried to figure out which one I wanted, so definitely a plus for customer service. Ended up coming back within the next two days. I had no idea that if you buy the $10 tumblr your drink is free. And every time you bring in your tumblr in the future you get 10% off. So of course my husband and I got tumblrs for us both :) They were quick getting drinks out and friendly when you got them. Only thing I would suggest is to specifically ask them to rinse the tumblrs since they grab them from the display area near the cash register. Everyone seems to pick them up and touch them without buying them. Overall, we definitely will be back! read more

Walked in and walked up to the register. The Brianne or Brianna (whatever that b*t chest name is) asked what we would like to order. I ordered a Caribbean passion and my boyfriend asked for a berry protein smoothie. She asked, looking high as a kite "which one? I don't know that one?" My boyfriend replied "my friend said he recommends the berry protein smoothie?" She told us she didn't know what we were talking about and asked us to step aside and figure it out. She helped 3 other customers before returning to us and the official name of the smoothie that was on the display directly behind her head was "BERRY PROTEIN WORKOUT" We ordered that and she said "oh yeah" and giggles furthering proving my assumption she was high. Our smoothies were liquid, we had to freeze them when we got home and I called to complain about her later. I hope she's fired because she didn't do any sort of good job at her job. I LOVE this place, would visit more often, but I just purchased a Ninja blender to make my own smoothies. But, every now and then, if I'm traveling, I treat myself! Yummy! Although, the location can get "horrible" after about 10am! I suggest get there as soon as they open. read more

Wow so disappointed with this location! Worst experience at a Jamba Juice I've ever had!! First off, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Toilet was visibly dirty, sink was grimy, trash was overflowing into the ground, and no toilet paper was on the rolls (there were rolls sitting on top of the toilet, but none on the roll holders). Then watching the girl make everyone's orders was like watching a zombie. She was moving so incredibly slow and dragging her feet! And to top it all off I ordered an energy bowl and I received it without the granola. Why didn't this zombie jamba worker put granola on my fruit, yogurt, and GRANOLA energy bowl?! Wow! This Jamaba made the best smoothies. The employees were friendly and interactive. Of course it's loud, but the music was good and vibes were right. Even though it was raining crazy and super cold BF and I thought Jamba was the best idea. We usually get the pumpkin smash while its in season. Other places make it too thin and others make it with not enough flavor. But this Jamba got it right. I think all Jamabas have a weird smell, like old juice and sour sugar..lol read more
