Me and my husband went in this morning kind of indecisive about what we wanted but knew we'd be difficult. The lady at the register and guy who made our drink made sure we were completely satisfied with our orders which I ordered a peanut butter mood and he tried a strawberry cheesecake. They made our drinks with no complaints and extra helpful making sure we knew all the deals and what all we could do to ensure we get the same satisfaction anytime we want to order our drinks. Weekly (pretty much) I am here. I would have to say, I couldn't recommend this particular Jamba Juice over other Jamba's. It's a smoothie place. Hit this Jamba Juice today with Hubby - I was jonesing for my fruit intake of the day and that 1/2 banana I had with my oatmeal this morning wasn't cutting it. They were totally packed, as usual, and we ended up waiting for 15 minutes. Although several of the other customers were complaining about the wait and problems with their orders, the staff were very friendly and courteous. Tons of options for everyone and the employees are super helpful and will explain the different smoothies (a few seems too similar to the average smoothie consumer). I like that they offer a rewards program ($3 off after you accumulate $35 and the occassional free boost). Service is fast, even when they are busy. You can watch them make your drink right in front of you so you know it hasn`t been sitting around waiting for you to buy. I work right across the parking lot and when I miss breakfast or I need some energy, I come here. I like to order the orange dream machine and enjoy with a pretzel. It's very delicious. I tried the chicken bbq flatbread for the first time and it was amazing! There's really no downside to it except I would like to see more enthusiasm and smiles on the girl's faces and one time I ordered a chorizo something and they said they didn't have any. I love it here, I come in so often that most of the girls remember my drink order. The girls are really friendly except for the occasional 'I'm too tired to smile' employees but other than that everyone is always high energy! One thing that throws me off is I order the same drink every time but it always tastes different when certain people make it, I think some of them short me on what I pay extra for and think it doesn't make a difference when it does. what's the point of calling in advance to make an order if they're not going to start on it until you get there? happened multiple times. Very slow service. I watched them stand around and play like it was a high school play ground, taking their sweet time to make everyone's drinks. Why should it take 15-20 minutes to finish three smoothies? It's great that the employees get along and love talking to each but it's not great to see this crap every time. I really wouldn't mind if they would get everything out in a timely matter. I tried calling recently and multiple times no one answered. I get there and see there's only one person working and no one is in the store. I ask her if it is too early for them to accept orders on the phone. the girl said no they do it as soon as they open. I asked her why no one answered the phone and she lied and said it must have been "the rush" 1. I called her fifteen, ten, eight, five, and three minutes before coming in (five different times). If there was a "rush" there would be people in the store. 2, I called the store while I was there and heard no ringing. no one answered again. No, there was no one in the back. I know because the door was wide open. But oh, it's the rush right? More like the ringer on the phone isn't on and your employee can't take responsibility for it. I always get super crappie service here. Why would the MANAGER ask me how long until I get there so they can heat it right before I get there, If they're not going to have ANYTHING ready when I get there. Jesus christ.... they asked me how long it would take so they could have it ready, and I told them exactly how long it would take and I get there at that exact time and they have NOTHING. they weren't even busy. Even if they're not busy and you can clearly see they're not busy, they lie and say they are busy. read more

Came in today with my toddler,she's been into smoothies lately lol After some hesitation in choosing what would be the healthiest option, I ordered the all fruit peach smoothie. I also let the girl at the register know it's for my 1.5 year old. I watched a guy make the smoothie in a hurry and hand it to me, off we go to enjoy our day. I tried and it seemed fine, I kept giving my daughter sips and she wasn't able to get anything....Hmmmm... I try it again and wasn't able to get anything through the straw. I look at the actual smoothie and it's just filled with peach chunks that would never fit into a straw!!! Some of these chunks were huge! What the hell? You had one job, how hard is it to make a damn smoothie?! At this point I'm a little ticked off. The reason for 4 stars instead of 1 is because I called and thankfully got a manager on the line (Meagan) who told me to come back for another one. I personally watched her make it herself, it was perfect! Happy baby=happy mama! Service is so important, even with a bad experience when efforts are taken into making things right, it changes a customers perspective. read more

Good service with a convenient location. My girlfriend and I got non-dairy, all-fruit flavors and walked over to the Barnes and Noble a couple of stores down and had fun browsing. My only gripe is that they skimped a bit on the juice, and there was significant amount of juice leftover in the blender before they capped our orders. My business partner and I went to this Jamba Juice today after opening an account at Wells Fargo. We ordered 3 smoothies and the woman at the register had an issue while taking our order. It appeared she needed help deleting a drink so she turned around to grab another employee by the name of Jerome. Jerome helped her with the transaction and then proceeded to say very loudly to the female employee, "You need to be smarter than this." My partner was upset by the public display of scrutiny and informed Jerome, "Sir, that is entirely disrespectful. If you're going to reprimand your employees at least take her in the back instead of in front of myself and 10 other customers." Jerome's shouting response, "Thanks dude, I'll manage my employees however I want." I plan on reaching out to corporate about this, this woman at the register was humiliated by her superior for the only reason to make this little man feel big. I strongly urge Jamba Juice to teach their management team better leadership practice. read more
