Three words I use every time I'm here: Acai Super Antioxidant. The people here usually fill that eco-unfriendly styrofoam cup to the very top, which I so appreciate. The service is usually quick and friendly. The restroom is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic going through this place. Although this location can get busy on a hot day, it never becomes the zoo that the Serramonte location can turn into. I love, love LOVE that Sweet Waffle pastry they serve as well. Apparently so do a lot of other people, because there have been several occasions when this little treat has sold out when I was craving it the most. I always thought Jamba Juice is a family friendly place. Walked in this morning with my two kids, and also saw another family walked in behind us. As we stood in line, the music blasted out loud... 'fuxk you' and the next thing your heard was 'bittches'. I have never been into a store that plays these type on pg13 songs. Jamba juice... Soo good but damn its got so many calories!! Oh wth I'm still gonna have one! I love ordering the mystery secret menu stuff like white gummy and peanut butter cup. Of course you could run into a situation like me when I ask for the peanut butter cup, the server gave me this blank look and asked me how to make it. I told her I saw it on the Jamba website. She then proceeded to tell me she was never told how to make the special menu stuff and requested the assistance of another worker. Service is noticeably better here. For one, whenever there's a coupon, other stores would not accept it if I showed them the coupon from my phone. They never once gave me a hard time with mobile coupons here. Two, they have later hours here than the one at Serramonte. And last but not least, friendly staff here. I love that they mix in whey protein in my oatmeal for me and they don't judge me! They sometimes have issues actually charging me but at least they do it :) I usually go in the early morning and it's not very busy. This Jamba is my choice to go to because I don't have to fight through the parking situation at the Sunset location on Irving. We got there 20 mins before closing to get post dinner smoothies and the workers were cheerful and welcoming despite us interrupting their closing processes. Jamba Juice. It's located in Westlake center where it is crowded like 24/7. I don't even know how it's possible to be that busy all the time, but it is apparently. Let me recommend that if you drive, definitely park in one of the structures. It's sooooo much faster and easier than trying to merge your way through tons of peds and bad drivers. Gave this place 3 times to prove themselves after a bad experience. Every consecutive time I had the worst Jamba Juice experience. Major problems each visit- at the beginning of the day, they were out of strawberries, peanut butter, soy milk, and other ingredients. I was given a strawberry bowl, not told it was missing 75% of ingredients and they refused to remake it or give me some sort of credit. Another major issue is they make their bowls less than half empty most of the time, refusing to add anymore just to satisfy the customer. It's been years since I've had jamba juice, so decided to visit it with a friend couple of weeks ago. The hype of jamba juice is long gone, if you have a juicer and a blender at home (which I do). But, if you are on the run, and looking for cheery service and delicious blended fruits and juice and smoothies, it's a good place. I've been to many different Jamba Juice locations, and this one is definitely one of the best ones I went to. Not only is this branch located within Westlake Shopping Center, where there are tons of available parking spaces, but also the service is relatively fast. I typically order the Orchard Oasis, a drink that is not on the menu but tastes like heaven. The taste of this drink can depend on how well the person made it, such as the correct proportions of fruit and juice, and how well the drink was blended. I was definitely satisfied with my drink and the place is open until 9pm, which makes it a good place to visit after a nice meal! :) Only reason why I would not give it 5 stars is because this branch is not significantly different compared to the many other Jamba Juice location around San Francisco area. But since I live about 8 minute drive from here, I am more than happy ^^ read more

Oh the crowds! It was packed, but we had a coupon for two free frozen yogurt Whirl-Ins, so we went today... on a super sunny, warm Sunday in November in Daly City. Sun at Westlake is a rarity. We ordered and the woman at the register was really nice. I had a Minty Chocolate Chip whirl-in with dark chocolate confetti that my two year old and I shared. It was really tasty. We both enjoyed it. My husband had the mango pineapple whirl-in with banana and coconut, but he didn't find out until they made it that they were out of coconut. It was a warm day and they were crowded, so i get that they might run out of things. But - to not know about it until it was made? That wasn't too nice. And it seems that making the drinks takes priority over the frozen yogurt orders because we waited, and waited and waited and I eventually took the wee two year old outside to wait because he was getting bored and starting to get in the way. Hey, he was excited about getting a treat, who can blame him? But we were not too thrilled that all of the people who came in after us were out of there before us with their drinks.
