Caught red-handed. Yes, this is my custom mocktail almost each morning when I feel like getting out of bed

Great service. Clean. Safe. Quiet. I can hear my earphones. Perfecto. Delicious. People here rock my socks off. They read newspapers. No loud laughter. Just calm and relaxing

Peet's Coffee Review: Exceptional Service and a Perfect Caramel Macchiato** My recent visit to Peet's Coffee was truly a highlight, largely due to the outstanding customer service and the consistently high quality of their beverages. Upon ordering my usual Large Caramel Macchiato, I was met with a genuinely warm and professional cashier named Fran. Her cordial demeanor and bright smile immediately made for a pleasant interaction, setting a positive tone for my entire day. The coffee itself was, as always, a delight and certainly didn't disappoint. It was perfectly prepared, delivering the rich flavor I've come to expect and love from Peet's. This consistent quality, combined with the inviting atmosphere of the store, solidified my positive impression of this location. I must commend Fran for her exceptional customer service; her friendly approach truly elevated the experience. Such positive interactions with staff significantly contribute to the overall enjoyment of a coffee run. The great ambiance further added to a perfect visit, making it a highly recommended spot. Ferris did a great job! As well.

Peet's Coffee at 153-B Serramonte Center, near the Nordstrom Rack, continues to be a favorite coffee and espresso place. Staff members are welcoming and nice, place is clean and well-stocked, seating is tough during the day but I usually take my HAVANA CAPPUCCINO to go! Big bonus: This is one of the few locations open late until 8PM!!!! S-C-O-R-E!!!!!

Pumpkin Chai Latte and Apple Danish

A great beginning to the end of October with the iced pumpkin chai latte and seasonal apple danish. I highly recommend this pair if you want to taste October before we bid it adieu. I'm sad that I've only just now come to Peet's to try this as I would have been obsessed with this combination all Halloween season! The iced pumpkin chai tastes very unique to the PSL at Starbucks. Its full bodied flavor is full of pumpkin spice with the right amount of a melodic chai ringing in the background. The apple danish was delicious, especially warmed. Sweet, creamy, and a bit of apple spice to remind you it's fall --the best season of the year!

    Colorful decor.

Peet's Coffee may not be for Mr. At least the experience we had at this location wasn't a hit. Dear Hubby and I were running errands in the area. We decided to give Peet's a try, versus our regular spot. Only the cashier was friendly among the staff we interacted with. The other crew members seemed robotic and like they wished they weren't at work. The coffee drink was BITTER, I mean disturbingly so. It was not pleasant to drink. I am frugal enough that I didn't throw it out, but I really didn't enjoy the taste. For the reasons above, I don't think we'll be returning to a Peet's anytime soon.

Came here after having some lunch eats from Jagalchi with a cup of their Dark Roast and a Brownie. Not crowded when I came and there was plenty of indoor seating. Cashier, Calrabelle who was working at 1 pm on a Saturday was friendly and courteous.

I've been going here on and off for a few years. The location isn't really on the way to the work, so I'm not able to go here as often. My drinks are always on point here. People who work here are super nice and helpful. I love the guittard brownie, especially since the chocolate is made here locally in Burlingame. I had it not warmed up, and it was heaven. It's chocolate and not too messy. One of my go-to drinks is the black tie.

place is very nice and ambiance is great. staffs are polite and attentive but why no sweet peach flavor available while it is your new menu. should prepare more for that because your peet's on the beach tastes good. three stars at this time cause baridi mule is just so so...

Very busy Peet's. It's small inside with just a few tables. Decent place for a coffee.

Whenever I am in Serremonte I do come to this Peet's Coffee location. It surely has people coming in to get a drink. Every time I come to this location ai I been getting great service. The inside of Peet's Coffee is well maintain. They surely make sure that the tables are clean up after each sitdown. Serremonte is lucky to have a Peet's Coffee in the area.

Located in a rather dense part of Daly City, but with a little effort, you can find a spot to park. NOTE: There are meters on Mission Street that only take quarters! You order at the counter, then take a seat. Nice variety on the menu, both breakfast and lunch items (eggy thangs & goodness between bread). A couple of Latin items. A small choice of baked goods and a self-serve water station. Ordered "The Scrambled" w/ ham and cheddar, potatoes... no choice on toast, just straight unbuttered wheat, so you'll need to request butter if you want some. Also got a large latte which was delicious! Everything was brought to me, which was nice. Only saw one staffer up front (they weren't busy), and she was super friendly and upbeat. Can't believe I haven't been here before, but I will be back as I'd like to try the Baleada, which is egg, bean, and cheese in a tortilla... simple, but looks tasty. Also, prices were very reasonable! Go, go, GO!

You order and pay at the counter and they'll bring you your dish if you want to dine in. There is metered street parking at the front, but you can find residential parking on the side streets. The ambiance of the cafe was simple, warming and welcoming; a quiet and relaxing vibe. Service overall was great and dish came out decently fast. They cleaned up pretty quickly as well when a table was finished. I wanted something a bit light so I opted for: 1) American Omelette(6.5/10)(~$12) - A decent and light breakfast plate. The omelette was a thin egg omelette a bit of a departure from your usual diner fare. The ham wasn't diced either, it was just 1-2 deli sliced ham placed in between with your choice of cheese(provolone, cheddar or swiss). For sides, you can either get a salad or potatoes. I went with the potatoes and they were grilled really well and seasoned just right. It also came with a sliced wheat bread. It was an okay dish, but if you want something more filling, I would try something else. 2) Drip Coffee(Small)(7/10)($2.75) - Just your usual house coffee. Overall, taste was good without it being overly bitter. A adequate cup of coffee that will wake you up in the morning. Price was very reasonable as well. 3) Pupusas(5.5/10)($4.50) - I ordered a pupusa to go as I wanted to give it a try for lunch. It was an okay pupusa; I ordered the chorizo one....but couldn't really find it in the pupusa when I got home. Just refried beans. It was freshly made though since it took awhile to get it. The pupusas aren't on the menu in the cafe, but it is written on the board outside. It came with a bag of mild salsa and a bag veggies on the side. Overall, I've had better pupusas on the Mission and would skip this. A decent neighborhood spot to grab a quick bite if in the area!

TL;DR: expensive drink but worth every penny…read more I popped by on a random weekday afternoon after a client meeting and was looking for a sweet treat. There was no line at all, so my drink came out really quickly. Service was efficient, and basically non existent since you order on your phone, and pick it up from the counter. They have some seats indoors and a few benches outside, it's pretty spare and basic inside which is all you really need in a cafe. I saw a lot of people getting takeout, and some small groups around tables chatting. I was debating between the matcha and houjicha, then got intrigued by the black sesame, and finally after much internal debate, decided that black sesame + houjicha would work best together and wanted the einspanner. They honestly have so many intriguing options like Earl grey matcha einspanner??? Banana pudding?? I have to come back. My only complaint is the price but I guess everything is expensive these days. $8/9 for one of these drinks hurt my heart though. On the flavors: while I wish there was more black sesame (I always do), this was one of the most satisfyingly black sesame items I've had from a cafe. It went really well with the toasty roasty notes from the houjicha and I think they added enough of both amidst the milk to make it a very satisfying drink. This can be rare because a lot of places drown out all the flavors with too much milk. The best part though, was the einspanner - the sweetened whipped cream on top really brought the whole drink together and was so delicious. It made it just that little bit more decadent. I got it at minimal sweetness and at first though it wasn't enough, but I was glad I did as I worked my way through the cup, it was perfect.
