I am a fan of both locations near me. I go to this location because the party warehouse is nearby (balloons for my son), and the staff is great, very approachable. She was very reluctant to give me any attention or help me, and when she saw me approach the register she walked away and had me wait on her to return. i love jambu juice and i crave jamba juice. but this jamba juice well... it's not up to par - the staff i mean. i understand all those high schoolers need a job but that's what the mall is for. the very first time i went there... i ordered a chunky caribbean passion, no boost. it tasted like powdery tap water diluted fruit juice. so i brought it back and told them. they gave me a sour face but still gave me a new one. the new one was satisfactory but still not perfect. the lines there are ridiculous. wait... The service is awful but the drinks them selves weren't bad.

There were three guys working this afternoon and they were all friendly and accomadating! Luckily no one was in line cause I took a little over 5 mins with my transaction. They all put in some type of effort with my order...and I love how they didnt shrug or had an attitude with my questions and order. I eventually had a pumpkin smash smoothie, doubled the pumpkin, minus the yogurt. I requested for probiotic boost but they no longer carry it;/. Im assuming their pumpkin puree was pre-sweetened because my drink was very sweet for my tasting.. but I take full responsibility to how it tasted due to my calling of doubling the pumpkin and ommiting the yogurt. They also have an option of adding greek yogurt! Will add that into my pumpkin smoothie next time! I live right near by and I go early in the morning and these works are horrible at what they do!!! They are rude, no emotional and just shitty service. I ordered their new yogurt as well as the new watermelon refresher ... the lady did not actually say that toppings are an extra 50¢ which is important to actually tell the customer! And both yogurt and smoothie did not taste fresh at all. It tasted like fruit sitting around for a bit + water. Fresh fruits would actually have a sweet taste which was not there at all. I always go to this Jamba juice and never liked the customer service too much, compared to other places I've been too. Some employees are rude and don't greet the costumer the way they should. They have gotten snappy with me and look angry to be there. But theres a newer employee who is always very friendly and greets me with a genuine smile. I believe her name is Serena! We shared a few laughs, even though I had a complicated large order she was very patient and I really appreciated it. I never write reviews but I think she deserves one, she was great. What to say about this particular Jamba Juice...well it's really like all the other Jamba Juices I have been too. It was easy to get to and find, lots of parking around it because it's in a shopping center, a few tables outside, clean as usual, and friendly staff. We mostly stopped at Jamba that day because we wanted one last chance to use a bathroom before heading on the road for four hours, but I am always down for a Jamba Juice. I got my usual, an original Orange a Peel. This Jamba Juice did a very good job (sometimes I have gotten the Orange a Peel and it has tasted really bad...like they had just blended a bunch of orange peels into my drink...). It was sweet and smooth, and all of the little pieces of fruit were completely blended so my straw never got clogged. They were also very nice and quick, I appreciated that since I wasn't in the best of moods that day. The bathroom key at this Jamba was a little silly, the tiny key was attached to a very large tuperware lid...because it was so big it was difficult to find a place to set it down while I used the bathroom...but I worked it out. read more

When I don't crave for a heavy meal Jamba Juice is my go to place for a replacement meal. Yep, you know when the night before you've had that steak and lobster combo meal and just feeling sluggish. I just pass by Jamba Juice and treat myself to an apple kale smoothie. Their juice menu has changed over the years. Oh my, did I say years? I think their first branch was back in the 1990s when the food trends such as frappuccino and smoothies took us all by storm. In my opinion, Jamba Juice would be a more healthier way to take in your calories than the *ahem* sugar laced "icedchino." Don't get me wrong, I love, love, love my venti caramel macchiatos. And I know there sugar in them juices too. But as I said JJ has changed their menu to fit today's latest health food trends. Aside from their known wheat grass shots they've added more leafy greens to mix into your smoothie. Yes they added kale to the menu and even chia seeds. So when you're on the go and no time to prepare a power juice smoothie JJ is the place. This particular branch (westlake) is pretty descent, clean and the staff is personable (evening/weekday shift group - you guys are Awesome). If you have certain allergies to specific fruits just tell the cashier, they prepare it on different blenders at back as a precautionary. Also have to add their secret menu drinks. Okay folks get your note pads out. These smoothies are more like a dessert replacement (for me) some are on the really sweet side and the others tarty. I find that not all branches have knowledge of all the secret menu drinks, but doesn't hurt to ask. Sweet secret menu smoothies: Apple pie smoothie (taste like apple pie), white or green gummy bear (taste reminiscent of gummy bear candy), sour patch kids( haha yes like the candy), strawberry dream machine ( taste like strawberry frozen yogurt), sunny delight (just a notch up from your regular orange juice b/c of the lime sherbet), piña colada (my fave, this drink will not disappoint), skittles (taste the rainbow!), Reese's pieces (want peanut butter?), orchard oasis (this smoothie has peaches pineapples, blueberries and strawberries), butterfinger (yes as in candy, this smoothie has carrot juice in it - I couldn't tell. Today I went here and they did not put in my order. We ordered a apple and greens and an Açaí bowl. They said ok they gave us the apples and greens but we waited for the Açaí bowl. But it never came. I asked them if the Açaí was coming they said that they did not have an order for an Açaí bowl. So we had to wait even longer for the Açaí bowl.
