What's open on Christmas Day? Okay so my friend wanted this boba tote for Christmas but what she didn't tell me, probably because she didn't know is that you can't buy it! So here I am on Christmas last minute trying to get something that can't be bought LOL Okay, so they are open today Christmas 2025 with a great egg puff and drink special. Really like their drinks so it's not a complete wash that I'm here. Grabbed a couple drinks and their egg puff to go and that is what my friend will be getting for Christmas then LOL

Stopped by here while I was doing my oil change, cozy place in the plaza. Ordered my go-to Thai Iced Tea, the Service was quick and fast! The place itself is simple, some chairs, some tables, order at the counter or on the machine, I saw some students hanging out, which reminded me of hanging out at the local boba store when I was their age. Definitely a nice spot to hang out and wait, including if you're getting an oil change!

I've had Tiger Tea & Juice and couple times now and I think they're overall a solid option for boba and milk tea. This was my first time at this location, and the plaza is a quite busy, so it might take some time to find parking. I decided to give the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea a try this time and it was pretty good and enjoyable! The tea flavor was strong and it satisfied my cravings.

I miss the Tiger Tea & Juice in San Jose, it was one of my go tos for many years. Happened to see this shop in the plaza I was getting my nails done in and knew I needed my brown rice milk tea fix. Was able to order on Snackpass and got my drink in less than 5 minutes. Milk tea was great and not too sweet at 75% sweet, boba was nice and chewy. Staff was also friendly. Will be back when I'm in the area!

Solid spot to grab refreshments. Love the interior and music. Got the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba, Matcha Taro Mochi, and their egg puff. Can never go wrong with Jasmine, but not a fan of their boba. Not fresh. My boo enjoyed his Matcha Taro Mochi at 25% sweetness. *Gasp* Their egg puffs are crispy! I've had terrible experiences getting egg puffs at places other than Eggettes, but Tiger Tea does a great job. Hoping they'll start doing a nutella egg puff variety. ;) Next visit I'd love to try their watermelon lychee, watermelon cheese, or their brown rice milk tea.

Decent boba drinks but nothing spectacular. Overall ok on taste and flavor. Smoothies were a little water-down. Slightly more expensive than industry average. If you want a sufficient amount of boba balls, then you'll probably need to purchase double the amount. I hate getting nickel-and-dimed.

The place is clean, and organized. The milk tea is interesting with Mochi. The milk tea itself, even with 50% sweetness still a little bit too sweet for me. Overall, the quality of the milk tea is good!

Haven't been to this plaza for quite some time and parking is still just as horrible - so busy! First time trying this place. We placed our order at the kiosk - quite a few items to choose from - and only a short wait for our drinks to be ready. I went with the Strawberry Matcha Latte ($7.75), 50% sweetness and light ice. It was just the right amount of sweetness for me. There was real strawberry bits at the bottom and both the strawberry and matcha flavors came through. Pricey, but a good drink.

Yummy boba drinks, great pick me up after grocery shopping. I ordered the grapefruit green tea w aloe and liked the flavor. It tasted fresh. I tried the teas my friends got and liked the quality of their drinks as well. Think I paid around $7 for my drinks which unfortunately is kind of standard nowadays. Nice for a quick stop or to sit and chat. We ordered at the kiosk so can't say much about the service other than it was fast. Solid boba tea spot!

Good boba spot...I liked the Ghirardelli series. Wish they would have more coconut flavors. Not a long wait, easy ordering via two kiosks. Minimalist seating indoors. Love having boba spots at skyline plaza!

Busy shopping and eating area. Parking can be challenging. Order on the kiosk. They have indoor seating and a restroom. Got black sugar boba milk tea and a strawberry peach with aloe. All good and would come back. $6.75 for the black sugar with boba is a good deal $7.85 for strawberry peach with aloe is on the high side. Service was fast and very nice. She had to come around and show us how to order the strawberry peach we saw in the window. Order strawberry and add on peach.

It's okay? 3.5/5. Roasted Oolong MT 6/10 - not strong roasted flavor - tea flavor is ok but watery - not creamy but I feel like that's because of the milk tea use Honey Brown Rice MT 7/10 - tea flavor is there but again not creamy...I just have a strong feeling it's the creamer they use - definitely get 100% sugar for the "little sweet" taste because their drinks are on the less sweet side Overall, service is unremarkable. We ordered through a kiosk which I LOVE. But the drinks were ok. No reason to drive out of the way to come here but if you're shopping at 99 ranch, it's an ok pick me up on the way home.

Decided to give this boba place a try, but was sadly disappointed. My sisters and I ordered different drinks with varying sweetness levels, and for some reason my big sister who did the lowest level of sweetness came out (barely) sweeter than my sister and I's. Don't get me wrong I also don't like when a boba spot has too sweet of drinks, but this one is like flavorless quite literally. I got the Strawberry Cheese, which is supposed to mimic Strawberry Cheesecake, but it's just watered down strawberry slush with mostly ice and water. Plus I wanted to mention prices are quite high, which would be understandable if the flavor was actually there and consistent. The interior was nice though, and so were the staff and the actual boba. UPDATE: Little sister unfortunately got sick from the Strawberry Banana Smoothie!

I ordered the Guava Jasmine Tea, and it was chef's kiss. As a self-proclaimed guava connoisseur, I'm usually turned off by artificial guava flavoring, but this tasted incredibly fresh and natural. The guava was perfectly balanced with the floral jasmine tea, making it both refreshing and dangerously addictive. In fact, I had it three days in a row. No regrets. I also tried the Oolong Tea with Yuzu Cream, and the experience was just as memorable as the drink itself. The staff called me up when my order was ready and explained that they wait until customers arrive before finishing the drink because they freshly shave the yuzu on top. It felt like a mini show and made the experience so much more fun. I can totally see why it's become popular on social media--it's one of those little moments that makes the drink feel special. The tea itself was surprisingly strong too--it definitely gave me a caffeine boost and even kept me up one night! Between the quality ingredients, refreshing flavors, and thoughtful presentation, HeyTea has quickly become one of my favorite tea spots.

If they're busy, they might forget to call your name and you'll need to go get the food yourself, which is frankly impossible to fathom when you come from San Francisco. But Pacifica is different, y'know?   Anyway.  ------------------------------ First, the turkey sandwich. 5/5 I'm guilty of expecting the meat to be the focus on a sandwich, but in this case the turkey was the filler, which, as a carnivore, is there a better meat filler? Bread, dijon, lettuce, turkey, queso. The dijon did for flavor what the lettuce did for texture, throwing in a twang that kept the sandwich interesting. Its creaminess tag-teamed with the cheese to keep the sandwich in one piece. Great sidekicks. The turkey was... Nothing special. Clean but mundane, for the star of the show was the bread.    Some of you might roll your eyes.  No shiet, Sherlock.  THIS. IS.  A bakery.   Cuz some of you might roll your eyes.  It's just bread.    But this isn't wonder-bread. It's dense. It's got a chew.   The sourdough is minimally sour, hearty, with a thick, hard crust, and made matrimony with the turkey. A lil bit of salt, the slightest tang, tango-ing into a single texture. Those of us who've had an egg sando in Japan understand how the softness of the egg salad made the softness of the bread fundamental. The turkey here wasn't slipping anywhere, though it complimented the meatiness of the bread. This, sandwich, needs, teeth.    I hope you weren't expecting to eat turkey without teeth. Perhaps that's tofurkey you're thinking about.   The crust was hard too. A well supported, almost crunchy hardness, and a far cry from the st-ale pork rind that the free bread in Mont-real would remind you of. I ended up turning the sandwich sideway as if I was enjoying a taco.   The best panera you'll get and a supreme sleeper.   ------------------------------ The second sandwich: 4/5 The sesame studded hoagie, on the other hand, was nothing short of Guns N' Roses. This sub had a KISS of intensity from the seared meats, a KISS of spice from the mayo and capocollo, a KISS of sharpness from the provolone, and a single leaf of romaine to give that little crunch and freshness, so you can tell your mom that you ate your veggies. There's going to be a rock concert in your mouth. With each element in a bit to prove their existence, it ended up being too intense for us. With these all being strong flavors, it's amazing that you could still taste everything. And they work well together. It's just that your taste buds will send an SOS, walking out of a Black Sabbath concert feeling a bit drained, like Spongebob breaking down after working the tables at Squidward's five star restaurant. The crustiness of the roll, the studded texture of the sesame, the meat escarpment slipping out, you will have no more desire for thee. Water. Something to cleanse the mouth.   If you're one of those among us who gets sweet emotions eating curry without naan or rice, this could be your bad medicine.   * Keep it simple, stupid.
