I had to go on here and share what a kind and thoughtful experience I had. This day was a hard day already since it was the anniversary of a passing. Because of that my fiancé had placed a DoorDash delivery from this location but unfortunately the Dasher took the order... He called this location and the team was so kind and helpful with what happened that they made us a new order and waited for me to get there. Once I got there, Christian, the manager was so kind and understanding that he reassured me that they are making a new order. Christian and his team were amazing the whole time. I couldn't say this more but my experience was so good that I also called Starbucks to let them know about the great experience. Thank you Christian and the team! Barista doesn't know how to make a proper drink. It's always bitter and doesn't have enough of sweetness. Even if you want less ice, they put a lot of ice making it taste like water. Paying $7 or more for this sht? It's just that it's the nearest starbucks to my office. But yea, barista here should do better!! read more

I'm honestly shocked. My kid took literally one or two sips and then said, "Mommy, what is this? I feel sick." So I opened the cup... and this is what we found. The pictures speak for themselves. Is this really the standard now? Is business so bad that quality control doesn't matter anymore? Or is the staff just rushing without proper training? I would give zero stars if can. Staff won't even look at you when you're in front of them. I have to pick up a big container coffee. Worker name Margo who is done bagging item just move on in doing next order without asking of if I need help. I was carrying my 9month old baby in my arm and she was sleeping at that time but no staff even bothered to ask if I need help. Store is not that busy and I just got ignored. I order from home, gather my bags, lace up my shoes, drive to the gas station, fill the tank, drive to Starbucks, park, and stroll across the parking lot, but my coffee is still not ready when I arrive. It's one of my go-to spots for coffee. Typically, when I go here, I order through the app first. Parking is tough no matter what time of day, so it's usually a grab and go kind of deal. Like this location, near LL and Jollibee, not too far from home, staff is very nice, Service is fast especially online orders and star bucks app orders, so even if am in a rush or just want a drink the baristas are on top of things. Usually I would go Lucky but sometimes Starbucks is nice once every often, this location doesn't get too busy and if it is busy they don't mess up my order which is a big plus in my book. The coffee is good, but the fruit drinks or dragon fruit need some work or stop using a lot of sugar for taste. The company recipe needs work, if I want sugar or just simple taste, go to lucky and get a simply fruit punch, so please try not to give us a lot of diabetes or make a fruit drink that taste just as good as the real stuff. That's really the only issue I have starbucks makes great coffee but needs a lot of work for fruit drinks or non coffee drinks. I don't expect them to be like boba or the best of the best Strawberry Shake, but just tasty fruit refreshments that doesn't taste like cherry coca cola. Maybe it's my super picky Fruit mind telling me but that's just me, thankfully there's other places for Fruit drinks. If you're a coffee fan you won't be dissatisfied in this location and your feel better after a venti latte over here for sure. read more

I visited around 12 PM on a Saturday and, surprisingly, there was no line. Despite this, the staff was engaged in conversation, causing a delay at the register while I waited to place my order. As I was completing my transaction, the cashier resumed chatting with her coworkers and did not properly conclude the transaction with a thank you or any acknowledgment. I decided to try the new energy drinks and ordered the Melon Burst Iced Energy. These drinks are available only in Venti size and contain 140-205 mg of caffeine. The barista initially made the Tropical Citrus Iced Energy by mistake but corrected it and provided me with both drinks, only charging me for the Melon Burst. I preferred the Melon Burst Iced Energy over the Tropical Citrus due to its more robust flavor. The caffeine effect was also quite effective. read more

Pretty decent Starbucks! Not much of a Starbucks girl but the coffee here is made quite nice. I also ordered a take away coffee to give to my kid'a teachers and it came ready with all the fixings. Service is also nice here. It's not like Pike's where it's a wrap around bar (I know you read that review). They all have fancy coffee (hot and cold) and fancy name for sizes. Am not reviewing for food or drinks but I am writing a review for how the Temp Manager treating employees badly and not having a good customer service. I am OBSESSED with this coffee shop ever since Adrian has taken over. Our drinks come out perfectly and hot. His team loves him. He's funny and gets the coffee shop moving with amazing energy. First, when we got to the register to order, the cashier answered the phone and left us and the rest of the line waiting several minutes. When another employee finally came over to take our order, he hit our order wrong and only got one of the drinks, and we only ordered 2. We then waited another several minutes for our order while watching the staff literally stop what they were doing to chat amongst themselves about personal things.
