I'm honestly shocked. My kid took literally one or two sips and then said, "Mommy, what is this? I feel sick." So I opened the cup... and this is what we found. The pictures speak for themselves. Is this really the standard now? Is business so bad that quality control doesn't matter anymore? Or is the staff just rushing without proper training? It's one of my go-to spots for coffee. Typically, when I go here, I order through the app first. Parking is tough no matter what time of day, so it's usually a grab and go kind of deal. I recommend ordering on the app. The store itself is decent enough size and clean. People who work there greet you once you enter. It's a pretty nice welcoming feeling. I'm not a fan of the new cups. Not being able to see my iced cold brew with the cold foam just doesn't hit the same. Don't get me started on the lids. So now we just go here in the morning to get my husband's drink. Like this location, near LL and Jollibee, not too far from home, staff is very nice, Service is fast especially online orders and star bucks app orders, so even if am in a rush or just want a drink the baristas are on top of things. Usually I would go Lucky but sometimes Starbucks is nice once every often, this location doesn't get too busy and if it is busy they don't mess up my order which is a big plus in my book. The coffee is good, but the fruit drinks or dragon fruit need some work or stop using a lot of sugar for taste. The company recipe needs work, if I want sugar or just simple taste, go to lucky and get a simply fruit punch, so please try not to give us a lot of diabetes or make a fruit drink that taste just as good as the real stuff. That's really the only issue I have starbucks makes great coffee but needs a lot of work for fruit drinks or non coffee drinks. I don't expect them to be like boba or the best of the best Strawberry Shake, but just tasty fruit refreshments that doesn't taste like cherry coca cola. Maybe it's my super picky Fruit mind telling me but that's just me, thankfully there's other places for Fruit drinks. If you're a coffee fan you won't be dissatisfied in this location and your feel better after a venti latte over here for sure. read more

I visited around 12 PM on a Saturday and, surprisingly, there was no line. Despite this, the staff was engaged in conversation, causing a delay at the register while I waited to place my order. As I was completing my transaction, the cashier resumed chatting with her coworkers and did not properly conclude the transaction with a thank you or any acknowledgment. I decided to try the new energy drinks and ordered the Melon Burst Iced Energy. These drinks are available only in Venti size and contain 140-205 mg of caffeine. The barista initially made the Tropical Citrus Iced Energy by mistake but corrected it and provided me with both drinks, only charging me for the Melon Burst. I preferred the Melon Burst Iced Energy over the Tropical Citrus due to its more robust flavor. The caffeine effect was also quite effective. read more

She ordered a peppermint mocha and I got a gingerbread latte for pickup (the deal on my app worked fine). Lets starts with the great: starbucks corporate is LUCKY to have the staff that works here. You can see it in them that they are trying their very best to smile, provide customer service and manage. Pretty decent Starbucks! Not much of a Starbucks girl but the coffee here is made quite nice. I also ordered a take away coffee to give to my kid'a teachers and it came ready with all the fixings. Service is also nice here. There's a few tables here but it gets busy and I think it's kinda small compared to other Starbucks. Not a whole lot of seating or privacy so I wouldn't recommend for a place to work or study. Cups were all in a thick paper cup for sustainability whether you get a hot or iced drink. I like the new cups! It felt good quality and kept my drink cold for hours. Will stop by here another time if I need a quick coffee. read more

It's not like Pike's where it's a wrap around bar (I know you read that review). They all have fancy coffee (hot and cold) and fancy name for sizes. Am not reviewing for food or drinks but I am writing a review for how the Temp Manager treating employees badly and not having a good customer service. This store used to have a good vibe and a feel at home ambiance and now it doesn't feel that way. The temp Manager, name Marissa has a bad vibe once she enters the stores and noticed that when she does work, no employees wanted to work with her. She doesn't give positive attitudes towards her employees and doesn't have a good customer service at all. She is too uptight and is so fake when greeting customers. Including when she comes in,she doesn't greet anyone especially customers and she has a frowning face. In the first place, she shouldn't be a manager when she can't even do a basic customer - employee relationship. She created a huge issues that store never encountered until she came along. Before she started working at that store, everything was great, customers were so happy and getting a long with the staff. I am OBSESSED with this coffee shop ever since Adrian has taken over. Our drinks come out perfectly and hot. His team loves him. He's funny and gets the coffee shop moving with amazing energy. Part of me thinks he's a plant from Candyland he's so wonderful. First, when we got to the register to order, the cashier answered the phone and left us and the rest of the line waiting several minutes. When another employee finally came over to take our order, he hit our order wrong and only got one of the drinks, and we only ordered 2. We then waited another several minutes for our order while watching the staff literally stop what they were doing to chat amongst themselves about personal things. This Starbucks is the worst. Two barista aren't wearing aprons, and the barista on bar kept touching her hair and kept taking to her other barista, gossiping and drinking their own drinks. The other barista without an apron was spraying restroom cleaner to kill a couple of flies around the bar, while drinks are being made! The spray ended up on the tea pitchers, yet they did nothing about it. It was also spraying onto another customers stuff in the lobby. That is bleach, and should not have any contact with beverages. They even left the bottle on the counter! The lobby is completely trashed, looks like it hasn't been mopped, and trash all over the lobby. Lastly, the baristas acts like they don't even care about working there. They were on their phones, gossiping, not wearing aprons. My drink was made completely wrong. The soy was not chilled nor shaken before pouring into the drink. The person on bar didn't even call out the drink, just left it on bar for customers to guess their drink is ready.
