This is my experience of my 18 minutes inside Jamba Juice on 5/26. Upon entrance it was not busy, there were 3 customers who were waiting for drink, and no other line. I ordered 1 medium drink. As I am waiting for my drink, it is clear that there are no smoothies being made because the blenders are in clear view. The staff is arguing back and forth about some sort of the equipment is not working properly, which is I fine, I understand things stop working randomly. After several minutes of bickering between employees, a customer goes behind the counter to help employees fix whatever the problem was. During this, an employee takes off her apron, exits the building and goes to her car(did she quit? Or was her shift over and she didn't want to help fix the issue?) As the CUSTOMER is fixing the machine, someone new walks in and places an order. The machines begin working and orders are being made, the first drink that is made is of the customer who just placed her order? I had already been waiting over 10 minutes, who knows how long the people before me have been waiting. Everyone's order is now completed except mine. Another customer walks in, and he Must be an employee on his day off, he was talking with all 3 other staff Members like they were friends. I see both of our drinks being made in the blender at the same time, he gets his first, my drink continues to sit in the blender. I can hear the employees look at me and say "she's mad". To be clear I have not said a word this whole time. 2 more minutes pass by and the employees are doing literally nothing while my drink just sits in the blender. I guess he decided I had waited long enough, gives me my drink and says "here you go" no sorry for the wait, no have a nice day. Nothing. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any food and drink establishment I have ever been to and it's not even close. I notice this location also has a 1 star review YESTERDAY. Maybe get some new staff. Truly unbelievable. I hope someone from Jamba Juice reaches out to me. read more

The employees are very kind & helpful. They've given us some good suggestions. Their smoothies are good but I love the smoothie bowls best!

This Jamba Juice was very clean, and my drink was made pretty fast, I got the Pomegranate Paradise, the only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't blended enough and their were huge chunks of mango that wouldn't fit through the straw....it's ok though I didn't die. The employees weren't very talkative, but they made my drink fast so I guess it's ok. read more

Who doesnt like Jamba Juice??? I consider myself a smoothie connossieur & I must say that Jamba Juice smoothies are pretty darn good. My favorites are the white gummy bear (off their secret menu) & mango-a-gogo! I am writing about this specific location because I go there at least 4 times a week & pretty much get the same thing: A single wheat grass shot, 12 oz cup of fresh squeezed oj (to chase down that unpleasant wheat grass after taste & sometimes a cup of banana oatmeal. Best jamba location I've ever come across. The workers are extremely sweet! This morning I had the pleasure of being served by a very nice welcoming face by the name of marissa or Melissa, she was extremely nice and helpful, she kept the smile on her face and even brought my drink to my seat! Tried to call ahead for an order and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for half an hour as I commuted towards their location. It meant no sale for them. No business should be so busy they can't pick up the phone. Highly disappointing. read more

Finally got the time to write a review about my BOGO experience at this Jamba Juice location. OK, who doesn't love Jamba Juice BOGO?! It's such a GREAT deal.. but apparently, to these workers - it's too much work!!! The rating is for the service.... the drinks were good and can't complain! Anyways, I came in here with two other friends and we noticed the had a sign outisde that said "CASH ONLY". We had to go to the bank and pull out cash (such an inconvenience!).. we came in and the worker there said the system was down so she had to write all the order and calculate everything. We wanted to buy 2 drinks and get 2 free but she gave us a HARD time saying that we came in as a group and each group is considered as one customer therefore only get one BOGO. I proceed to tell her to point me exactly where it states that on the coupon but of course, she didn't have an answer to. Then she replied "That's what my manager said, but for TODAY, I will do it for you." As if we were committing a crime! OMGOODNESS.. she then gave us instructions that we need our separate coupon and credit card to pay to get a discount (we had to REMIND HER that the system was down and we would be paying in cash anyways). She calculated everything and the total was around $18.00 for 4 drinks. We asked why it was $18.00 when we get 2 free? She said "Oh, I only took off 1 drink because it was on the same transaction". We laughed and said "Okay, can you put it into two transactions then?" She rolled her eyes and did it with an attitude but we were like, the system is down so it doesn't really matter, just more work on her. Long story short, she made us feel really uncomfortable as if we were ordering like 10+ or something drinks! I'm just saying that we are all customers (individually) and not as group = 1 customer. I don't know exactly where in the Jamba Juice's regulation that it stated that so please refer me to that if so! I wished I caught her name. Next time, I'll just go to a different Jamba Juice location because they obviously don't mind doing their job correctly. read more

Teach your employees common decency, respect and customer service. I love Jamba Juice! I like this location because the staff here is always friendly also the one on (Laguna Blvd by TJMaxx) is a great location as well, very friendly staff both places! ! They always greet you with a big smile and make sure to say hello when you walk in. I recommend the Pink starburst, Razzmatazz, White gummy, Mango-a-go-go and strawberry surf-rider! Those are my favorite! Some are sweet and some of them are sweet but sour but somehow they balance it really well. If your looking for a good smoothie then I would recommend Jamba Juice!!!! read more

Drinks are great!!! Service not so good!!! I ordered 2 of the same drinks, but in 1 of them I ordered an energy booster. I stood there watching the employee make the drinks and not once did I see them put in the powder for the energy booster. I was also watching them pour the drink from the same blender into 2 different cups. When I asked if they put the booster in my drink the employee lied and told me yes. Drinks are great but don't expect them to put the booster in them if you like to order boosters. read more

This is definitely my most favorite Jamba Juice EVER. I can't say it's solely because their drinks are consistent (everytime I've stopped by the drinks and food have been great though) but it's more because it's so convenient. I go down Waterman to get to Highway 99 every time I drive down to the bay area (which is pretty often, about every other week or so) and I'm usually in such a rush to go that I just need something quick and light on my way before I'm stuck on the 99 stretch. Usually I get here around 10am or so and there aren't usually big lines. Service is great, I always try to chat with whoever is taking my order and they are always so cheery and nice. Service is also quick and efficient! My go-to drinks I always get are the Mango Mantra and the Strawberry protein smoothie. Try their oatmeal and acai bowls as well! I definitely think their acai bowls are a bang for your buck, it looks small but its a lot of food! Also, there are so many stores and coffee shops around here as well (Old town Elk Grove is right down the road)! read more
