No matter which Dutch Bros you're driving to and almost at anytime there will be cars in front of us. That's why they have so many more locations in Elk Grove and Sacramento. Honestly their drinks are more towards Teens because they are very creative with the drinks and lots of sugar and caffeine in the menu. I really appreciate how fast they managed to make the drinks and lines go super quickly and workers are friendly making it a fun experience . My second favorite location! Dutch bros seem to be popping up everywhere so it's nice to have options. This location is off the busy intersection of Calvine. There isn't too much food places around here, mostly garages and shops. This place is nice as everytime I have come here the line has been pretty short. Not being on the corner of a Main Street is a place. Service: Staff is great and friendly as always. Quick to get our order and by the time we get to the front it's ready pretty quick. I prefer the unsweetened drinks but this place has a lot variety and trends toward sweeter side. However their cold brew and americanos are pretty good! read more

Great newer DB location, which helps cut down some of the traffic at the Sheldon location. Or at least provides another lesser busy DB option, in the South Sac/Elk Grove area. I tend to visit this spot before hitting the freeway, and going North on 99. But it's definitely a good option for anyone, getting on and or off the freeway. I've never have had a problem here, and do enjoy that this spot (probably because it's tucked away from the main intersection). Is overall a quicker DB option then one at Elk Grove Florin & Sheldon. Typical order is a Vanilla Iced Brevé, but sometimes venture out into one an iced Rebel drink. read more

We come here often, I really dislike the 2 line lane, some customers are rude and just pull right up in front of the two cars that have been waiting for someone to come up and take our order. I've been to other locations where the worker takes the order of the person that was waiting first. Very annoying when you have to go to work. Is this first come first serve? Another Dutch Bros opened near me and I'm so happy that I have many choices to go to now. This place is a hidden gem tucked behind a gas station and automotive center. How convenient it is also beside a Cinnabon outlet. It's not as busy as the other locations but it will just be a matter of time when people will discover it. Order takers were very nice. I don't know who Dutch Bros thinks they're hiring at the Orchard Loop location, but the barista working the mornings is an absolute nightmare. Her attitude is beyond trash--it's downright disrespectful. With the condescending tone she used, she has no business working with the public, let alone handing anyone a cup of coffee. All I did was calmly tell her I was there to pick up my prepaid order, and she barked at me to go through the drive-thru. I told her, again calmly, that I had already paid online and was at the walk-up window as instructed by customer service. Instead of doing her job, she refused to hand over my drink or even tell me her name. Another employee--a young guy--eventually gave me my drink but refused to give me her name as well, even laughing about it. She also had the nerve to tell me, in the most snarky tone, that she "told me last week" to use the drive-thru, which was total nonsense. I contacted customer service, and they clearly said I could walk up for my online orders. There were three staff members: an Asian woman, a white guy, and the rude, snarky employee who clearly has zero respect for customers. Honestly, if this location wasn't convenient to my job, I'd never set foot here again. If Dutch Bros doesn't want to lose loyal customers, they need to deal with this disrespectful employee--fast. I won't be the only one taking my money elsewhere if this keeps up. Get it together, Dutch Bros. This is the third time this same barista has been disrespectful! The managers and usual work staff are great. However the new employees seem to intentionally try to screw you every way possible. That being said the manager a probably realize this and have the senior staff always making the coffee. Things to consider, new people will snap at you because they forgot your straw, not care enough to add the tip when you tell them to, and most importantly they won't press the back space so you can log in for your scanned app. Love this new generation of work ethics, where they learned toxic is ok when it's not. read more

I came in this morning to get a drink for myself and some muffin tops for my coworkers and I. I was using my credit card, but unfortunately it kept declining. The Cashier was kind enough to give me the order. I couldn't even tell her how much that made my day. I hit a large sized tree branch pretty hard that morning and just wanted a snack and drink to calm down. I didn't have another card, or cash to use, so I really appreciate her kindness. I've driven by this location so many times, had no idea where they were and that they were even open. But, I am very glad that they are! They are hidden behind Arco, next to Firestone, very easy to miss. Not super loud like the other locations. The lines are short, everyone was super friendly and drinks came out Awesome!!! read more

From getting dairy based mills when I order oat or the wrong drinks entirely. I go to this location purely for convenience. Tonight 9/20 was the last time I ordered two hot drinks they were hot at all. One was an americano we got cold coffee (cold brew) in a hot cup the second one was a latte again a cold pour in a hot cup.
