Mangonada and Thai green tea
Michael O.

Super duper good mangonada. The chimoy only makes it better. This was a non-spicy but it had just the perfect bit of tang. Would definitely come back again for it. My partner really liked the Thai green tea and said it tasted just like it should be. It wasn't too sweet for her and was very good. Overall, the service was very fast as well. We waited at most 3 minutes. The workers were very friendly and it was a very relaxing place to be. The area had a couple places for sitting.

Small joint shop, other side is Lollibowl. Great to grab a sweet treat after a meal from there. Limited seating! Lots of variety with their drinks, so many specials, and interesting combinations. Very cheap, our two large drinks with toppings were $10. Service was great, the baristas are so sweet, patient, and well acquainted with the menu to answer any questions. They also have snacks like popcorn chicken, calamari, and fries. Yummy! I love it!!

Ordered the Mango Yogurt. It was really good not too sweet. Interior was nice and clean. It was connected to their restaurant Lollibowl. Great quick service.

I've been coming here for years! They have the best smoothies and such good snacks for amazing prices. Where can you get chicken wings or calamari for $4.25?! We love coming here and then waltzing over to lollibowl for a quick lunch, which is also amazing.

Lollicup is one of those boba shops that have been around, since before boba was mainstream. Its in an outdated plaza, facing the street, attached next to Lollibowl (the restaurant side). They have all your basic drink options like milk teas, slushies, smoothies, etc as well as all the basic snacks (hello popcorn chicken and mini corndogs)! My daughter's fathers swears they have the best thai milk tea. If you like a super sugary one, this is the one for you. It's super sweet and creamy! My personal go to is their strawberry yogurt, which is listed under their "specials." It's basically a gogurt but I ain't mad at it. They have a plethora of toppings you can add into your drink but we're basic b*tches and prefer to not chew anything when we're drinking our drinks. They allow you inside now however they still require masks to be worn indoors. They have a little plastic screen and microphone speaker for you to speak into. It can be a little difficult to communicate with the cashier, so be patient and speak loudly and clearly so they can hear you! They take cash and card or apply pay!

Just wanted to share pictures of an updated menu with increased prices and hours of operation. Both lollicup and lollibowl are closed on Mondays! Honeydew, lychee, and now green mango snow are a few of my favorites. Prices did increase over the years, but still way more affordable than the Grove. I did feel like their popcorn chicken and fried calamari isn't as full as it used to be, but it's still under $5!

Few words. Best coconut shake in the world. Fair price. Just hard to get in if you're driving towards the place going north.

Mochi donuts are honestly one of my favorite things to pair with a drink, and these definitely didn't disappoint. For drinks, we ordered the chizu pink peregrine tea, which was so good. Light, refreshing, and the creamy cheese foam on top added that perfect little extra flavor that makes it feel more special than a regular tea. Everything came out quickly, the atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and it was just one of those easy, happy stops that my daughter and I enjoy together. It's definitely becoming one of our regular treat spots and don't forget their app for quick runs. Final verdict: absolutely worth it.

Stopped by on a Thursday in the late afternoon and was surprised to find the shop completely empty…read more I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was, especially the drinks and soft serve. With prices seeming to go up everywhere these days, this spot felt like a great value. I ordered the Hojicha Latte, while my sister got the Boba Sundae with half matcha and half seasonal mango soft serve. My drink came out almost immediately, which makes sense since it was pre-made, while the sundae took a couple of minutes to prepare. The Hojicha Latte was delicious with a rich, roasted flavor that was smooth and satisfying. The sundae was equally enjoyable. The soft serve was creamy, the boba was soft and perfectly chewy, and the seasonal mango flavor reminded me of mango pudding--sweet, fruity, and refreshing. The matcha paired nicely with the mango and added a nice balance. Overall, this is a great spot if you're in the area and looking for a reasonably priced drink or a refreshing sweet treat. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu!

Not much service - I ordered on the kiosk. I ordered their Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba and a bubble waffle. For a tall cup, they do not give much boba. Milk tea tasted like creamy water. The boba was a bit hard and broke apart when biting into it. The bubble waffle was super dry and tasted a bit flat / plain. I came here because of the cute Shiba theme they have. I originally wanted the Shiba-shaped mochi cakes they had, but unfortunately they did not have it at the time I visited. Overall, I felt like they have a cute theme going on and it is cool that they have Shiba themed items available for purchase as well, but the drink / snack I got was not good.

Wushiland Boba is my new favorite spot for boba in Sac!…read more I found out about it from a recent Feed Mei Mei YouTube video, and of course I had to check it out asap. I looked up the origin and it turns out Wushiland is a spin off from the Taiwanese boba chain 50嵐 (if you speak mandarin, it says Wushi Lan). Located on Sutterville in a tiny strip mall with minimal parking right next to the Freeport area where there are plenty of good eats, some of which are my favorite places in Sac to eat at, Wushiland is in an optimal location. Bright, clean, and with a decent amount of seating, you have the option to order from kiosks or up front at the counter. The AC was blowing cold and a nice respite from the El Niño heat. The workers are friendly and drinks are made quickly. Be advised that the drinks are voluminous, especially if you're like me and ask for less ice. Coming from someone who considers Chicha San Chen their favorite Taiwanese tea chain (but alas we don't have it in Sac), the difference in quantity is huge. Obviously if you're looking for a refined style of tea chain, Wushiland doesn't compare, but still the taste of their teas shine through and there is a good variety for everyone's palate. The first time I tried their earl grey tea because I have been craving an earl grey for a while, and that was deliciously smooth. The mini boba were so fun to chew on, and I usually prefer them over the regular size. They provide a ton of boba here as well. The next time I had their yakult green tea and that was very refreshing indeed. Both times my husband went with fruit teas, and had nice remarks to say about both of his drinks. He also tried their new QQubes and their texture was very QQ (I had a sample). We will most certainly return to Wushiland, especially since it's so accessible. Prices are standard, and honestly for the amount of tea you get, it's very worth.

Wushiland has some pretty good milk tea and fruit tea drinks. You can get brewed teas, yakult teas,…read morebrown sugar drinks, macchiatos and even ice cream drinks, which not a lot of other boba shops have. And you can get an extra shot of tea if you want your drank strong. Prices range from $5.25-$7. I've tried the roasted oolong milk tea and the grapefruit green tea and they've been on point. I usually get them both at 50% sweetness. Another thing they offer here that some other shops don't have are the mini boba balls. My friend ordered the uji matcha latte macchiato with the mini balls, and he wanted another one to-go! The shop is a tad small and cozy(ish) since the seats and tables are close together. The theme is very colors of a bee; black and yellow. There's a long bench with cushions so it's a good place to sip and chill, and people come here to study it seems. Ive been here a few times mainly on a Saturday and all 3x it's been busy. They have 2 kiosks you can order from, or you can order from a human. Wushiland choose a good area of Sac to post up shop because it's the currently the only boba drink shop (for now) near Hollywood Park/Land Park and very close to Sac City College. They're located in the corner of a strip mall type plaza. And parking isn't too bad. Overall, good drinks for a reasonable price and service is decent. They have a fun logo, too. I would definitely come back here to try more of their drinks!

Parking is pretty easy in the shared surface lot, but you may have to walk a bit depending on the time of day. Of their standard Che drinks, the ones with coconut milk base tend to taste pretty similar but with different textures depending on which toppings you get. I'm a sucker for pandan jelly, red bean, and mung bean, so any variation usually hits the spot for me. The Vietnamese coffees do run on the sweet side (even when asking for reduced sweetness).
