I normally wouldn't leave one of these, but since the store didn't have any comment cards I felt I had to leave something. My wife, and I came in with our 2 year old on 3/12/17 at about 1pm and was blown away at what I saw. I saw a crew of happy kids, working with​ a sense of urgency to quickly get smoothies out, something I have seldom at any Jamba Juice since I used to​ work here a decade ago. The two leads and whole crew should be commended. You recaptured what the customer experience for Jamba was supposed to be all about in the first place. I went twice in a row over the weekend and both times my drink was not very well blended. The matcha kale smoothie had pockets of matcha powder that was not mixed in. Not pleasant to chew on. I am not really a super juicer person but, I went in today to use my free small coupon that I received for giving blood. I ordered a chocolate one because the 28mg or grams, not sure, of protein appealed to me. The calories were the same as if I had a steak dinner, that did not appeal to me. They are SUPER perky here. There is never a long line to order. However, for some unknown reason, sometimes the drinks do not come out in the same order that people placed their orders. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmkay...... Maybe my smoothie got sucked into a vortex? Did you have to go re-formulate one of the boosts? When going in on a hot day then expect the place to be packed as everyone waits for their thirst quenching smoothie. Every time I go in here, always got great customer service. I most often order my usual either the strawberry wilds or apple and greens both are my favorite because of their sweetness and freshness level. BUT - last time I came to JJ, I tried one of their Sweet Street Waffles. Hot out of the oven! SO tasty, it tasted just like a typical Belgian waffle with syrup. Went in. The employee was nice enough but didn't even ask me if I was a member or not. I brushed it off since that's not required (I think:/). I bought one of the tumblers and thus got a free drink which was awesome. However after I finished the drink and was washing the inside of the tumbler, there was a hunk of hair and other "I don't know what" trash inside the rubber band if my lid. This is a decent jamba juice. I work nearby so I pop in often. Staff is friendly. Downside, it is always so hot and humid in there! I break out in a sweat just while I'm waiting for my drink. Ew. I asked what on the menu was gluten free they had no answer all three girls on staff asked each other and could only come up with "umm" "ugh" "I Don't Know" "well maybe". The girl who helped me seemed to have a serious dyslexia, made me repeat everything I said so many times and just couldn't understand what easy on bananas, sub strawberries means. I'm only giving them a 3 star rating because when my wife and I walked into their store, it felt cooler outside than it did inside the store. I couldn't believe it. When you walk into food store, you would expect that it feel nice and warm in the winter and cool and refreshing in the summer, depending on the season. This felt like you stepped into a sauna. I went on 7.13, and they still don't seem to have climate control working! I have to agree that the air was cooler outside than inside... the staff seemed pretty punchy with each other, and because of it, one of my smoothies was done, and because of the staff bickering, it was left in the blender a tad bit too long, and was more melted than I would have liked.
