The usual people who have been here are usually pretty cool. Idk if it's because I came in after the lunch rush, but the dude that helped me (Matt) was super rude and sarcastic. I had 4 drinks, a bowl and 2 ginger shots. He acted like it was a problem to split the transaction for the bogo and seemed like he was trying to rush me and like he had an attitude. The entire place was empty so I don't know what his rush was. When he was talking to the lady there making the drinks he was super friendly to her so obviously he wasn't just "having a bad day". Normally I wouldn't let something like this bother me, but i really don't appreciate wasting time or gas to come all this way just to be turned away. Closing hours on the doors say they close at 9pm...hours on the OFFICIAL website say 9pm...so why is it that when I arrive at 8pm the doors are locked and the workers are closing up??? No bueno. Probably the worst Jamba juice I have been to. They have super nice employees but...they were out of everything. They couldn't do light versions of anything because they were out of that base. Instead, they offered almond milk which I figured I would go ahead and try. It was terrible. It was a watery icy mess. Came here again because this is the only closest Jamba juice in town. Ugh. Once again, I always regret coming here and ordering Jamba Juice delicious bowls. I was annoyed that the price of them has increased. Almost $9 bucks for such a small bowl with barely any smoothie in it. I decided to try another flavor this time, because I seen someone order it at the Vacaville location. Again, I receive a bowl of extremely mushy bananas, and soggy blueberries, the smoothie mixed didn't look that appetizing. The color was way off from the actual advertised picture. I feel so disappointed and I've decided to never purchase a bowl from them again. I will stick to oatmeal at this location or smoothies. Service is always terrible to mediocre (at best). They never have the wraps I want to order by the time I get there; why does it say the breakfast wraps are available all day if I can't get one in the afternoon? If I do get a wrap or "flat bread" (flat bread? It's pizza...) it's cold or still partially frozen when I go to eat it. Which is really irritating when I'm on a lunch and don't have time to have them fix it... They never offer to cut the pizzas... ever tried to eat one of those when they're actually hot? I use to come to this Jamba Juice quite a bit when I worked in the mall and it's nice to see the quality is still pretty high! The people here are pretty nice and I've never had a bad drink. Stopped by here today to try out their new colada drinks (I had a coupon). They were a bit short staffed and there was a bit of a wait to order and get the drinks, but the girl behind the counter was very courteous and apologized for the delay, which is nice see! Conveniently located right off the freeway, lots of parking space, friendly workers who are quick and efficient. I get my daily vitamin boost for free, and I feel better about drinking this stuff to off-set the coffee that I buy next door at Starbucks. I get to the store they took about 1 min to find my order, the drink is in a refrigerator for I don't know how long I arrived at 12:06 was not thick at all anymore and my cheese bread. The girl helping me didn't know what to do when she couldn't find any cheese breads to cook so she asked at 12:10 finally, they happen to be in the freezer so she takes 4 minutes in the back, asks to get help cooking it takes about 5 more minutes. I've been coming to this place since they opened years ago. Most recently, I found myself in possession of 3 Jamba cards totaling around $25 and just asking to be spent on delicious smoothies. After school one day I took my daughter here and she's quickly become a fan (especially after 3 more weekly visits). I'm one of those people that kind of just orders the same thing once they find a favorite and my favorite thing here is the Strawberries Wild Lite (which in my opinion tastes very much like the original). On my last visit my daughter surprised me and said she wanted "the green one" in reference to their Kale-ribbian Breeze smoothie. The lady at the counter was accomadating and suggested that they could add a scoop of the kale into my daughter's smoothie to change the color. Turns out the Kale-ribbian breeze isn't offered in kid's sizes. The lady said it wouldn't affect the taste too much so I went for it and my daughter loved it. You can bet money that I'll be including a scoop of kale in every smoothie she gets now. The smoothies are great, the service is average and the inside gets loud when they're busy. My daughter and I usually sit in their outdoor seating area before heading back home with our treats in tow. I love that they have a book with calorie content for all their items too. However, I'd love it even more if some of that info was condensed onto the menu board. As it stands, you have to go to the other side of the bar to look up any info and then walk back over to get in line. To make matters worse instead of correction issue they continue to service store orders and then make your after. This place used to be so good and speedy with orders. The last 2 times ive been in, its been abismal. The 1st time we encountered not great service, the entire place was packed, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The 2nd time, which was today, was less people, yet people who were in line behind us got their orders first, and the wait was way too long for the amount of people in there, and once we got our smoothies, they were runny and borderline warm. I am military and commute to Vallejo daily. The posted open time is 0600. Today marks the third time that I went in at 0630 and the oatmeal wasn't ready. I went once closer to 0700 and it still wasn't done. This is really frustrating as this was my breakfast plan for the day. Food should be ready prior to opening.
