The wait time was about 15 minutes, and during that time, multiple customers asked about their drinks. The response from the staff was simply that they were busy and working on it, but there didn't seem to be much urgency or organization. The staff appeared overwhelmed, with items being left around, empty cartons not being cleared, and employees searching around for supplies like syrups. The person taking orders also seemed to lack urgency, standing around during slower moments instead of helping improve the flow. The location itself is beautiful -- the interior is spacious, clean, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. Due to the lack of organization and efficiency, I would not return to this location in the future.

I don't typically go out of my way to get Baskin Robbins now that there are so many ice cream shop options out there in town. I've gone here recently to pick up my birthday scoop, which I have been doing for several years. The store is on the older side, not the cleanest appearing, but I don't typically linger around long. The employees have been fairly generous with their scoop and I'm so grateful. I do try to leave a tip especially when that's the case. Thanks for making my birthday extra sweet!
