I have had plenty of bad experiences at this jamba but continue to go since I work across the stree First experience I had, I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I walked to the counter where it says to pick up orders and the girl at the counter sees me, smiles then walks away. Then about 3 other people walk by ignoring me before somebody finally asks me if I need help. Second experience I had was this morning when I went on my 30 minute lunch to get a pitaya bowl. My lunch is at 9am so there's never anybody really in there, I order my bowl, mind you I'm the only customer in the store. The person making my bowl takes I kid you not 7 minutes to prep my bowl- usually I wouldn't care but the bowl base is pre made all the associate has to do is add the toppings. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I wish I there was a way to give negative stars, because I would. I walked into the store and there was no one to be seen. A moment later a cashier (Jenna) comes out and logs into her register and doesn't say anything. I step up to the register and silence, just her staring dead in my eyes. It was extremely uncomfortable. I then had to take the initiative to greet her, the person who works there. After my transaction was complete, Jenna informs me that they were missing a key ingredient for my order. If Jenna was more present and engaged during the ringing process she could've easily told me about the missing item and I would've ordered something else. I received a refund and left. I don't know what changes were made for this day 06Sep2020 at 0409 pm. A staff told me straight up that they were no longer accepting order as of 0400 pm. On there site it clearly says that they are open till 9pm on Sunday. I understand that it's labor day weekend but at least tell the customers for what reasons you guys cant accept orders, I would totally understand and not just shutting off people and telling them straight up that they were no longer accepting any further orders and walked away without any communication for such. I like Jamba Juice and the various drink options, so I come to this location from time to time when i'm in the area. The drink quality here is hit and miss depending who is making my drink. I usually stick with 2-3 drinks and the occasional seasonal one so I am familiar with how they should taste and what the consistency should be. Sometimes they get it right, other times they don't. I have been here at various times and it is never busy. sometimes a few other people, but that's it. The good thing is the drinks always are made quickly. The employees have always been friendly, but I find they are always chatting while filling orders and it doesn't seem to be work related. This Jamba has been feeling the stress of the pandemic for sure. I appreciate all the businesses that stay open, but the staff were a bit militaristic. I have two kids (6 & 8) my six year old's mask was pulled down slightly while scratching his nose, and without a beat or hesitation (Jessie or Jessica) abruptly shouted all masks have to stay on! My bad Jess, he's six, and his nose itched. You're more than 6ft behind the register, and nobody else was in the store, take it easy on the little guy! The manager was also testing all the employees mid transaction, as in while were conversing. Maybe the management is putting too much stress on General Jess and needs to take her temperature discretely out of public view. Might have caused the brief outburst? Parking isn't ready an issue, as it sits between the Black Angus and Chik filet. SUPER Friendly staff the few times I've come in and clean facility. They've always honored the BOGO events when it's advertised. I recommend the Aloha Pineapple our Mango Smoothie. Whenever they make a little extra, they've always given me the extra bit.
