I spent a lot of them time spitting out the chunks because I'm on a juice cleanse and this was not fun and took away from the enjoyment of the drink. I will probably not go back to this location ever again. I'd recommend the one on on Bellflower and Willow actually, if it's not too far out of the way. I promise they never get it wrong. read more

I am not known for going to this Jamba Juice. And I am a woman who loves her Jamba Juice. This is the closest one to my house, and the service is always awful. I asked the upbeat girl if I could have a Berry Bitten (the twilight smoothie, I might not be so much a fan of twilight, but I do love this smoothie) and she said something along the lines of "Oh I'm sorry we can't make that." I was about to interrupt her when she quickly changed her mind. Apparently they can make that smoothie. Uh, yeah I get from another Jamba Juice. Religiously. This isn't the first time, they have messed up on our order by making smoothies wrong, almost never have positive attitudes (save this gal), and generally not somewhere I want to go. This place is way more friendly than the Cerritos location in my opinion! A friendly welcome when you come in the door and always have what you want in stock! Their layout is convenient and not as awkward as some others. It's usually very cool and air conditioned. they have restrooms at this location which are kept up nicely! Parking always sucks but if you go on Sundays when chick-fil-a is closed you can park over there and walk :) read more

This is by far the worst jamba juice ever, wish I could give them lower than one star So I walked in during my lunch break and it was very busy as time passed they had already served everyone's drink including of those who got there after me. So when I got up to tell them they had completely forgotten about mine, ten more minutes past and when I asked them if mine where ready they said no. I completely flipped on them and asked them for my money back. I ended up spending my whole lunch there and was late back to work. Never again will I be back there again. read more

I only give the 5 stars for the manager. Me and the boy went there to order some açaí bowls and this couple had some card they wanted to use.. Well the card couldn't be used at this location. So you know the cashier explains it, and at first the customer said "ok but it doesn't state that on the card." The cashier then explained the difference of a franchise and corporate. The couple then walks away. 5 mins later the same couple comes back in to try again with a different cashier. The manager steps up and explains the EXACT same thing the cashier did. The women then said "can I get your name and badge number? I want to call corporate!" The manager nicely says yes and writes down her information and hands it to the lady. Kudos to the manager for holding her ground and not losing her cool because some cheap ass can afford an açaí bowl or didn't want to pay full price. read more

I love Jamba Juice and I always have a good experience. I ordered the Strawberry Surfrider and everything was delicious until I got to the bottom. Sometimes all the fruits aren't blended completely leaving chunks which is fine with me, I love that part. However, when finishing the chunks I felt something sharp in my mouth. I picked out a piece of plastic, which was very sharp!! I love Jamba Juice and this location, but they need to be more careful, completely ruined my experience today. read more

NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Ordered my favorite... 16 oz BANANA BERRY...... And was told that they do not have "banana berry" anymore, but the "strawberry blueberry" flavor would taste exactly like it, just has a new name. And I asked "So it has the same ingredients as the banana berry, except it's called strawberry blueberry now??" ---JUST TO CONFIRM THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT SHE MEANT...... and she said "YES! :)" (I also noticed a sign that stated some flavors have been removed from the menu, but they will still be able to make it.) Soooo I said "Okay well as long as it tastes exactly the same I'll take that" when I received my drink, I thought it looked smaller but didn't think anything of it since it was in a new styled cup..... 1) it tasted nothing like "banana berry 2) they gave me the wrong size cup. After going to another location nearby (Atlantic/Carson) I realized the Lakewood location had given me a smaller cup than what I had ordered, and the other location also stated that "Banana Berry was never removed..." This place has gone down hill. At first when my daughter and I walked in, it was quiet and the floors were disgusting! A guy took our order and then he and another gal began making our drinks. When my daughters drink was done, the guy who made it poured it into a cup and then poured the leftover in another cup. He put my daughters drink on the counter and walked away drinking the leftovers and never came back. Meanwhile there was a long line forming. With four on staff, not one person acknowledged anyone for approximately 5 min. They did not even look up! After almost 10 min my drink was done and the gal called my name slid both drinks towards us on the counter and did not make eye contact or say a word. Subpar. USED to go to this Lakewood Jamba location often, & my drinks USED to turn out well. The last few times I've been though, including today, my drink has not even been drinkable whatsoever. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch or a fluke the first time, so I went back to try it again...but it keeps happening! And the drinks aren't super cheap. My go-to is a peanut butter moo'd, & this is the drink that keeps turning out nasty here. I would've taken it back today, but 1)I had already left when I discovered it was gross, 2)even if they re-made it, it would likely come out the same again=nasty, and 3)I was in a rush/my ride had to leave. Got a different drink from my usual white gummy. I got the kale and ginger. It was very bitter tasting. Considering it was mix with peach mango lemon kale and ginger, I was expecting the acidity to level out wit sweet and sour due to the ingredients but it was way more sour and spicy. My sister order the Peanut butter and banana protein shake and it wasn't a balance more PB than Banana which we expected the opposite. It was was thick and creamy. Other than that service was ok it can be a little more welcoming or helpful being that the cashier couldn't give an honest opinion because he haven't tried anything on the menu reasons it's always best to stick with your regular got to location. read more
