I used to love Jamba- not anymore! this location messed up my order, charged me with extra drink that I didn't ask for.. Plus they don't have the smoothies labeled correctly with the right ingredients!! For people with allergies and diet needs, not so great... They fixed my receipt after I said multiple times that I didn't order the drink (and after I was told that yes I did, more than once) but I really didn't need the hassle and the wait. First time at this location. Went there after my orthodontist appointment, wanting something soft for my sore mouth after having my braces tightened and new bands and wires put on. Great, fast service and a new feature they offer, the digital punch card. After 8 visits you get a free smoothie. Great idea! But then you don't have to twist my arm twice to get me to go here. I love their smoothies! I have to be careful though, being I am allergic to citrus I have to avoid certain flavors and types of their smoothies. read more

On our way to Cali we usually stop at the Jamba @ Alma School & Warner but that location is not open on Sundays so we come here. We walked in & there were 3 ladies waiting for their orders. 2 people working. As soon as we walked in we were politely greeted & told to let them know when we were ready to order. This visit K & C both got the classic Strawberries Wild smoothie. Bannanas, Strawberries, non fat frozen yogurt, Apple-Strawberry juice & ice all blended into yummy goodness. I got the classic Strawberry Surf Rider. Lemonade, Strawberries, Lime Sherbert, ice & Peaches but subbing Blueberries for the Peaches. Winner winner custom smoothie dinner. My only complaint would be when the smoothies were put up on the counter we had no idea what was what. That being said, everything was pretty normal Jamba Juice. 3 Stars. read more

Okay, here's what I did on my summer vacation, class...Helena watched 'Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead' a few months ago, and before I could say Australian douchebag, I had a state of the art juicer and a bunch of parsley in my fridge. We did a 15 day juice fast and considering I gave up food, wine and coffee for raw juices and a vegan raw hippie lifestyle for more than two weeks, I am surprised everyone involved is still alive. Seriously it was a lot more pleasurable and cathartic an experience than I thought it would be going into it. One bright shining light in the whole situation was this Jamba Juice. Sadly a lot of the independent juice outfits just haven't made it in this economy, but this chain did a nice job of filling the gap in my mid-day fix. Carrot juice with wheatgrass was my little slice of heaven every day. The staff is friendly and obliging. Only loss of a point for less than superior cleanliness behind the lines, because if I can see into your kitchen I want it to be immaculate. I been going to this location for a while now and a they recently started giving me a receipt that says complete a survey for a free small drink. To me thats great because I buy 2-3 drinks a day. But the only problem after I complete the survey it says it will email me a coupon for a small drink and it never sends me the coupon I feel like its a scam. I did download the jamba juice app and register for the rewards program so now I get daily advertisement emails from jamba juice so I know its not a email problem. They just don't want to send me the coupon that they promised. I tried taking to the women at the store but they really didn't want to help me or the lady didn't want to fix the problem. She told me another outside company does those surveys jamba juice has nothing to do with that. Then why are they handing out jamba juice receipts that says complete a survey for a free jamba juice drink. They are not sending the coupon to my email. I spend alot of money at jamba juice for the healthy alternative if you promise to give the customers something atleast give us customers what you offer don't lie to customers and trick them into taking a free survey. My best friend and I came here one evening, It's the closest near my apartment and we were ordering our drinks as well as my roommates and my boyfriend..So that's a total of 5 drinks. However my best friend wanted to pay, she refused in letting me do it, now this is the BAD part...she forgot her wallet at her house in Queen Creek :/ we canceled the order and left.... Now a week goes by and just as my best friend and I were walking in laughing about how embarrassing the last visit was it was the same girl who took out order before, she seen us and immediately looked over at her co-worker and whispered something. Now I'm not the one to be judging, but I HATE when there is no confrontation..we walked to the cash register and she didn't even smile or greet us, we just had to say our order without being asked!!! I saw an ad for Jamba's new juices and thought I'd give it a go. I tried the Orange Reviver and fell in love. Apples, oranges, beets, bananas and chia seed made the perfect combination. I stopped going for a few months cause the parking here is awful and I just never seemed to have the time to fight for a parking spot but I stopped in the other day only to find that Jamba Juice (not sure as a whole or just this location) decided to get rid of beets, thus no more Orange Reviver. I tried a Citrus Kick and it was okay but nothing compared to my go to OR. I would frequent this place a lot more if they brought back beets. read more

This store is definitely better than most of the jamba juices. They always seem to be pretty quick and make my smoothies the best. I know it's not the healthiest but if it's a hot day get the peanut butter mood. It's a delicious treat and I mean who doesn't love peanut butter and chocolate?! I come to this JJ maybe once or twice a month. Everyone is always very friendly, but on a couple of occasions now I'm winning the chunky smoothie lottery instead of the smooth smoothie. You know it's more chunky monkey like than creamy Bailey's like. It's like eating fruit salad through a straw without having your jaw wired shut.
