Who doesn't love Jamba Juice? While not all drinks are created equal, Jamba Juice does offer healthier, lower calorie options now on their menu. My favorite drinks to get are the orange carrot karma, berry upbeat, and strawberry dreaming (an oldie but goodie that's been discontinued but can still be made). Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to earn free drinks from your visits and you'll also get a free birthday drink as well. The customer service here is great and the wait for drinks is usually not too bad unless there is a good deal/promotion going on like BOGO offers or hot weather. read more

Very inconsistent in quality and service. Same drink tastes different and has different consistency depending on who is working. Customer service varies significantly by the staff. Same order 24 hours apart and completely different experiences. An item was not available both times. On Saturday they made me wait 20 minutes to get a receipt indicating the item was refunded. On Sunday, even though it was busy, they proactively informed me, refunded me, gave me a receipt and gave something else for the inconvenience. 1 star for the Saturday morning crew (especially the shift lead). 5 stars for the Sunday morning crew. Because I ordered Kale-ribbean Breeze at this location with no problem on at least 5 other occasions, I did not think to get a receipt for my order, which was partially my fault. I've been here quite a few times by now and have been disappointed with mainly the service. The drinks can be really good, or they are really lacking. So today's visit warranted a review about their bullshit, capricious policy of free smoothie discounts. I wanted to order a large Almond Milk Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie, and once I was typing in my phone number to add in my points, I found out that I qualify for a free small smoothie on my birthday. Normally when I get these free smoothies for adding points, the Jamba Juice employees at any store usually just let me buy a medium or large with the small smoothie discount applied. Great service to keep me coming back, right? Well, the employee said they don't add those discounts to the register since that and the reward machine are not connected. They may not be connected, but they usually just print out the receipt for the free smoothie from the machine and then press some buttons on the register to add the discount. I told him about the discount I usually get at other Jamba Juice stores. The shift manager then came to the counter with an annoyed look to tell me the same thing that upsized drinks do not get a discount whatsoever with no apology. Pretty average Jamba Juice. But today was a disappointment considering how long we've been going to our local store. Maybe we're looking for that above and beyond service, but today was really just "meh..." My husband and I are sick and really the only thing we want to eat or drink when we are feeling ill is Jamba Juice. Today was a bit of a run around. Their credit card reader was down so AFTER we ordered we were told to go next door to Safeway to get cash because their credit card reader was down. So we trekked over to the grocery store and had to stand in line and buy an item so we can get cash back. After all the hassle we went back to Jamba finished the order and that was it... yah nothing horrible happened.... but there was no extra sweet upgrade for our 4 drinks & 5 waffles or no apology for what we had to do. Ok ok ok... maybe we are spoiled, but if we are going to order that much and have been there this often and felt this sick... a little good old above and beyond customer service would have been nice. read more

My Bf and I always go to this location almost everyday and buy our regular drink adding Whey and Vitamin on one and the other with whey and soy. We recently have received 4 orders incorrectly , the first 2 we didn't complain because we thought maybe they deserve a third chance to fix their mistakes. The third time they made the same mistake (by not adding the Whey and Soy) we always order in a medium size and always get it in a Large size back. The first complaint, was handled well with the a very nice Store Manager named Rachel, she took our feedback as learning lesson and thanked us for our feedback and even offered to make two new drinks for free for the mistake her staff made. She made us feel welcome at her Store and reassured us that it won't happen again. However Sunday Visit (a few days after the complain) we ordered three Drinks. Mango chia Omega- with whey & vitamin zinc Medium size Strawberry surf Rider- with Whey and soy, medium size Apples and Greens- NO add ins, Medium size When I picked it up, they seemed very busy so I just got it without double checking , since Rachel told me she would make sure training for the staff is mandatory after my complaint so then I left to go back home and trusted that it was done right this time. Only to find out, no Whey or soy or vitamin was added. Both Mango and Chia & Surf Rider was still a Medium size and tasted like the regular drink without Whey or Soy Then the apples and Greens was A large, when it was only suppose to be a medium so I am assuming they added Whey there. Rewind a little bit- When I called to confirm if the order was submitted the first time (coz I didn't get a confirmation) before I picked it up, an employee very rudely picked up the phone (sounded like a she/man) and said "sorry we ran out of chia by the way so like Yea" (moment of silence,waiting to see if she would recommend to sub something) then she didn't offer a substitute (even tho the drink was already paid for). As soon as we found out the drinks were done wrong, I called again and asked for a manager, Ashley claims she is a manager and sounded busy so my gf asked "is this a good time?" Ashley Replied"sorry we're very busy right now" and didn't bother asking why we called. So we said we would call back. We called again the following day, monday, a manager name Serena picked up and she kept giving excuses to why the drinks were made incorrectly, and asking us questions like we didn't know what we were talking about, instead of listening to the complaint I had to explain 3 times. We made sure to tell her this is the FOURTH time our drinks was made incorrectly in the past 3 weeks and by the sound of her voice , she didn't care at all that we spend almost $20 on drinks every other day only to find out it's done incorrectly. Serena, the manager then said "well next time you can just watch the employees make your drink coz u can see them add Whey if not then make sure they do" And then I was like "it's a mobile order we don't need to stand there and watch your employees do your job right the first time" this is ridiculous and true story! I wish I would have recorded this conversation so that it can become a very good sample videos for ALL managers on trainee with the title of "What NOT to do or say when you are a manager!" At this point, our conversation was getting me heated up and didn't want to waste my time on someone who obviously didn't care about my hard earned money. I also didn't want to waste her time as they seem busy at the time I called and thought to myself , I have to let it go and hang up the call so Serena can help her staff make the drinks for the customers and make sure they do theirs right the first time. Oh boy! Last time I will ever go to this location. Love the safeway next door and I'll just be getting me Starbucks instead of Jamba Juice to kill my cravings next time. Although Fremont location isn't too far from my house too. Thank you Rachel, I saw another review about you, but you were nothing close to what that review said about you, this is an honest Review that you were the only Manager who made sure my bf And I would come back and give your store a chance, but sorry not after the encounter with Serena & Ashley and Other employees with an attitude. I would rather drive an extra mile to Fremont Location or not get Jamba Juice at all. The employees who gives out attitude are the women there! Leave your attitude business out of work and do your job right and treat your customers with respect! They're super soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and flavorful. The only downside is that whenever I order one from this location and they heat it up in the oven, it burns on the top. Totally ruins the delicious garlic and parmesan on the top :( I've also found a crumpled up gum wrapper in the paper bag with my bread before... Prices at Jamba Juice are always quite high. I usually only come here when they have some kind of special. Such as their $1 oatmeal Weds. I LOVE their oatmeal and at $1 its a steal. I came this past Weds around 9am and they were already sold out! They had a new batch cooking so I waited for 25 mins. Ended up ordering 2 ( might as well make it worthwhile ) Ate one right away and saved the other one for breakfast the next day ( it was still yummy even after sitting in the fridge and being nooked 24 hours later ) Smoothies are overpriced in my opinion so I make my own at home. The worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. I'm a big fan of the Jamba franchise but this location has the worst staff.

This place is really 3 stars, but the staff earned that extra star! Groupon is offering a deal for Jamba Juice's energy/power bowls. I went with their acai berry bowl (groupon definitely makes it worth it). It's a bit on the smaller side even though I got medium (16oz). There's definitely better acai bowls for around the same price. The bowl was delicious, but I did find a giant chunk of frozen fruit in there. The acai berry bowl normally doesn't come with granola, but the workers accidentally included it in, which was perfectly fine with me. They asked me if I was ok with granola, if not they would have remade it. How nice! Will be back to redeem those groupons! read more

I went in with such a positive attitude thinking I was going to be served well at my favorite drinking spot yet the cashier marina or something like that was extremely rude to me. I came there last night and the guy told me that he won't serve me if I don't wear a mask with an atitude like he doesn't want to take my order even though i stand like 6 ft away from him. I understand at this time I must follow the law to wear a mask then i went back to my car and take the mask. The point is the guy has told me to wear a mask is not correctly wearing his mask. He pushed his mask under his chin to rest on his neck. This Jamba Juice is not the best. Every time I've stopped in here, there are always 3+ employees, but only one of them is actually working. I once waited upwards of 20min for my smoothie, when there were only two people in line ahead of me, because two employees were just hanging out chatting while one person worked the register, filled up the blenders, and poured the smoothies. Having worked at a Jamba Juice in high school, I know they have time limits with which they're supposed to get drinks out to customers, so I have to imagine this store is getting thrashed by corporate for slow service! My all time favorite is the Mango-a-go-go with a vita boost. It's especially good when I don't have time for lunch and need something to tide me over until my next meal. What's great about Jamba Juice is that there's no high fructose corn syrup in their concoctions - which makes me feel better about having a Jamba Juice, although it's not that great for my blood sugar level overall. I tend not to review chains, but this place deserves my five star high five! This review is long over due, but this Jamba Juice used to be like my second home because I'm pretty sure I was in here almost every other day. But with the student loans coming up, I'm sad to say my visits will be slightly less frequent. While I'm all for the smoothies, I've grown to really like the friendly staff here! I have never had bad service here. I even have my favorite staffies of course! Particularly the ones who greet me by name and have memorized my go to drink. :') You guys are too awesome! As a lazy but sort of health conscious eater, I try my best to get my fruits and veggies in every day. The apple and greens smoothie is packed with at least three servings of both, so it's the drink I adore! A lot of people seem to think it's gross and off putting with it's very green hue and weird kale aftertaste, but I find it super yummy. I usually pick this baby up in original with whey protein, the daily vitamin boost, and the chia seeds for my slightly all around nutritious treat of the day.
