I ordered ahead on the app, showed up, and spent less than 10 minutes inside. Super quick and smooth. I ordered my go-to strawberry blueberry waffle bowl with coconut whip, and it was amazing -- hands down my favorite bowl, especially since I'm lactose. So flavorful, fresh, and satisfying every time. I also got the Caribbean Passion, and wow... it was sooo good. You can really taste all the flavors -- the orange sherbet, strawberries, and peaches all come through perfectly. Refreshing and exactly what I needed. I grabbed a Razzmatazz for my fiancé since it's his favorite, and of course it didn't disappoint. I also love that Jamba has plenty of non-dairy options, which makes it easy for everyone to enjoy. Didn't grab their empanadas this time, but just know -- they're fire and usually something I crave when I'm not in the mood for a sweet treat. I come here at least once a week after my jog. The employees are usually teenagers so whether they are friendly are not, that won't stop me from coming. I understand they're adolescents so that won't deter me from coming. Our usual is the açaí bowl, a ginger shot, and a pretzel. Their pretzels are delicious and warm. There are tables outside and, during the summer, they normally have games outside. There isn't seating inside but they do have 1 gender neutral bathroom. This is a wheelchair accessible space. There is free parking since it's located inside a huge plaza. This is a great place to come in, grab your drinks, and walk around, take it to go, or sit outside. read more

Came here about a week ago and was conflicted leaving. I was satisfied with the quality of my order and how quickly it was made since I could tell it was a pretty busy day. It was a week day around lunch time, and I waited maybe 5 minutes although there were a couple of people that were waiting before me as well. Something that upset me though was I noticed a kid who worked at a nearby YMCA or gym picking up a larger order, and I'm assuming he was picking up for his coworkers as well since there was so much to carry. They stacked all the items on those to-go carriers but when he was trying to open the door, one of his bowls fell from how they had it stacked and spilt all over the floor. No employees even batted an eye at what happened, and he sat his items down and started cleaning it up with what napkins he could find. No one offered to remake the order or at least add on the fresh fruit toppings that fell everywhere. I felt really bad and wish I stepped in to help him clean or order a new one for him, and I regret not doing so. I'm not sure what policies are in place when someone drops their item, but even offering actual cleaning supplies or taking an extra minute to make a new one would have probably turned the experience around for him. On May 12th my mom and I went to Jamba Juice with the intention of getting my brother who recently got his wisdom teeth removed a bowl. We ordered a mango bowl with only bananas as the topping because you cannot have seeds after you have your wisdom teeth removed. Before we even finished ordering Kim the assistant manager began making the bowl and proceeded to add strawberries/granola when we only asked for bananas. My mom kindly told her that we just ordered bananas, she immediately rolled her eyes and had an attitude. She began arguing and yelling at us that no bananas was not on the receipt. The guy who was taking our order knew that we asked for just bananas and she did not check our order once we were done nor did he relay the message that we just wanted bananas. Instead of her being understanding and putting just bananas in the bowl she kept yelling at us that it was not on the receipt. I have never experienced this kind of customer service where it felt like we were not welcome and she did not care about what we ordered at all. Even after we explained to her why we could not have any seeds in the bowl she still proceeded to yell at us. I will always love Jamba Juice. But here's why only three stars... 1. It's really a bummer that they only have three toppings now for oatmeal. They used to have a brown sugar crumble, coconut, and I feel like there were other items as well. Now they only have strawberries, blueberries and bananas as a choice. 2. As for today's experience, I asked the representative how many toppings I was allowed to have on my oatmeal. She told me as many as I want. I took that as I can choose as many as I want without an extra charge. But then when looking at the charge, I was charged $0.50 extra for my third top thing. After I noticed that I asked her just to put two toppings in each oatmeal. Unfortunately, she kept one with three toppings and made the other two only two toppings. I just didn't feel like explaining it again so I just went ahead and paid the extra $0.50. really no big deal but still kind of frustrating that she couldn't figure out what I was trying to get at. But here are my good points... 1. Really enjoyed the new items they had on the menu which one of them was the gotcha matcha. I really enjoyed that it was low in calories and low on the glycemic index and also not too sweet at all. Totally my jam 2. I also like that this place is really abiding by the social distancing rules. They only allow two people in Jamba Juice at a time and they have you wait outside for your order and they will bring it out to you. They also have social distancing markers outside just as well. Unfriendly service. Three young girls at the counter this morning- No greeting at the door, angry faces, and poor attitude. Ordered a large shake to be decided in two small cups. Girl gave a dirty look and slammed the cups on the table like she was very annoyed when I asked for the large shake to be split into two cups. Management needs to train staff on better customer service, otherwise, I would replace the employees. It's literally the same experience-I go to pick up an order and the staff refuses to make eye contact doesn't say a word then finally goes to the fridge, hands me a drink without any verbal dialogue whatsoever. How is that appropriate customer service? This isnt normal for other Jamba locations- Gilroys location greets you and actually acknowledges your presence when you walk in-what is wrong with the staff at Morgan Hills location? I'm sorry, the girl behind the cash register who closed on 7/27/19 could really use some re-training. It's very rare I give two stars. I do it for the sake of the owners hoping to read this review. I do apologize I didn't get her name as near closing, they turned out almost all the lights here and it was hard to see. This girl not only did not greet, she wouldn't apply my number for points. I asked why and she just wouldn't. After paying with a gift card with less than a dollar left, I asked to have it cashed out. Of course, she said "we can't do it." Apparently California law of less than $10 on gift card doesn't seem to apply to her. I'm a big fan of Jamba Juice, every location I go to is upbeat and almost immediately someone welcomes you to their location. Apparently not this one. I visited this Jamba at around 4:15 pm today, the experience was awful when seeing two of the unwelcoming faces. One of them said she couldn't hear me impolitely after I spoke out what I wanted. Pretty consistent here folks. Customer service is always fast and the drinks are always good. My family of 6 come here on the weekends and I drop by once or twice during the week. These drinks are not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. They have no seating / no tables inside the store, but they have three small tables outside and only one table umbrella. I've been to many Jamba Juice locations through the years, but this one just sticks out. Props to the HR department who hire the employees who work at this location. More so the employees who work MON-FRI during morning-afternoon shifts. Those are the times I frequent here and everyone is so nice and so efficient it makes me wonder how come more places can't have employees like this. All the employees seem genuinely nice. This is a franchise so you know what to expect in the beverage quality. So it really comes down to how they make it and they always make it great here. Any special requests? They got it down. Extra thick--no problem. Extra chunky--no problem. This location has taken special requests better than other locations When you have a brand like Jamba Juice where you know what to expect in the food, what makes a particular location stick out are the employees who work there.
