I love Jamba Juice in general, and this location is one of the better ones i have been to. Quick service and a smile. Period.

Really wish we had one of these back home. I had the pomegranate paradise and it was delicious, lil on the tart side but I like it that way. The best part is that I couldn't finish it all so I put it in the fridge and it was still the same consistency as before the next day. Other smoothies you just throw away and waste money so that was a major plus. Definitely going back to try more flavors. read more

Quality/customer service is always good but the other night I called right before closing to order an acai bowl (expected to be rushed) Q was very helpful in taking my order via phone and when I got there he was again very helpful and extremely nice! I love Jamba Juice. I used to come here at least once, if not twice a week. When I was pregnant I craved the kale-ribbean breeze smoothie. There was a time or two when they made a little more then would fit in the size I ordered so they'd just give me the bigger size. I sure appreciated it and so did my growing little one and my insane craving. They're already so nice over there. Always welcoming you when you come in. They're also really quick with the order and if there is a wait, the always apologize (even though it's not really necessary). read more

On my lunch break at 145 and there are a lot of customers. Almost 30 minutes standing here and 2 customers are still ahead of my order. Three people working and it's very unorganized. It seems it's more important to take orders than make them.i have a 30 minute lunch break and I've spent it waiting for a drink. This place needs better employees and needs to learn how to use their time efficiently. I work in this shopping center and will not be coming back. Computer was down which meant cash only...We were the only people in there and we order one medium Cookies n cream. Since they have three people working you think they could relay the order to the guy making the drink? Nope! We watch as three new customers get their drinks ahead of us and then the cashier says sorry and hands us a small even though she took my order and cash for a medium! C'mon really! Wow. That's all I have to say. As they apologize for not having half the ingredients on their menu. I COULD get the drink modified only if I PAID extra for spinach and switched out a juice. I'm sorry since your out of all your ingredients I have to pay extra..... While sitting waiting for a drink.... I love Jamba Juice smoothies. I'll replace a lunch with them often when I'm on the go. I love trying the secret menu.. I just google it and then ask for it at the counter. Don't worry, they won't give you weird looks. Tip: they do a lot of deals where it's $2 for a 16oz smoothie so keep an eye out for that. read more

The people are friendly, the smoothies are delicious. My only problem is with the awful smell. The second you walk in, there's this nasty smell. My friends noticed it too. The Carlsbad Jamba does not have this smell. I noticed the ceiling vent over the prep area is dirty and gross looking....not sure if that's the culprit. Something needs to be done to find out where that gross smell is coming from and eradicate it. It can't be healthy to be smelling something that nasty. My son was looking for a job and was thinking of applying, but when he walked in he said, no way this place smells too bad to be working in all day. So hey guys, figure out where the bad smells is and we'll be thankful and loyal patrons. The drinks are YUMMY !! read more
