Horrible! Every employee there acted like it was their first day on the job. It took 15 minutes to get our smoothies AFTER we ordered because they had to remake them and they added the wrong ingredients. Even afterwards it didn't taste like normal. All 4 of ours were super watery. Cleanliness was also an issue. They dropped scoops of the sorbet on the counter then put them back in the scoop. Yuck! I've been here a few times before since I frequent this shopping center. It's not the facts service, and I have waited twenty minutes for a smoothie before. It really depends on what the crowd it like when you get in. It's usually two people working, they could probably use one additional staffer especially on weekends but they are always nice and well mannered. The menu is standard Jamba Juice, the quality is descent and its nice to have a healthy(ish) option to grab as a snack. The smell of Jamba Juice is always overwhelming to me regardless of location and this place is no different. It's a little stuffy and smells pretty strong but it's tolerable until I can flee out of the door. TL;DR it's a Jamba Juice, a solid three stars. read more

I finally got my items and was given a refund. Never have I ever seen a Jamba Juice so packed. I ordered a small smoothie and açaí bowl. Was told 10-15 minutes for wait and receipts not working. I love Jamba Juice! It's so refreshing for these nice summer days!...or any day really :) It's located in a shopping area between Barnes and Noble and Macaroni Grill. This location is great cause it has lots of parking and the staff are welcoming and friendly. My favorite is Strawberry Surf Rider. My two girls love it too! I noticed they sell cool kids sport bottles that you can put their Jamba Juice in - an alternative to their kids styrofoam cups. A bonus cause its reuseable and it doesn't spill. A friend of mine ordered us a jumbo shake and a Parmesan garlic pretzel. I have never had any of their stuff before I thought $2.19 was an absolute bargain and the pretzel itself was more like a bread shaped into a pretzel not your average pretzel but it was absolutely delicious and very worthwhile the shake was awesome also. I think most everything on their small menu was decent and sounded very good but the pretzel was exactly big enough and funny enough for $2.19 will definitely redo that one again! read more

This place was ok, not really sure if i wanna come back again. Here's why: I went there today, and like always there were a bunch of customers. I was so hungry I felt like getting a nice, refreshing smoothie. So I ordered, payed and waited for about 25 minutes!! It felt longer... So i asked the employee how far my smoothie was from being done, she said 3 orders behind, so about less than 5 minutes. It actually took 10 minutes when she was about to pour the drink into the cup, but then some other customer asked the employee about her fruit bowl. So the employee started working on her bowl. 4 STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT! Will not be coming to this location again until this staff can go through proper training. Tonight was my last and final time going to this jamba location. And I have been an avid visitor since it opened many years ago. Below are the strikes in detail... 1) I came in for a refreshing Matcha green tea blast. A regular/medium sized. I ask for extra matcha because I love matcha. They make it and it's short, which I know the company says it should never be, but whatever. They realized it and "fixed" it. But how they fixed was just add more frozen yogurt. Too much so that it was more like a power sized. The ingredients (matcha, froyo, and soymilk) were not measured out correctly. I asked the employee of the matcha and other ingredients were going to be diluted bc of all the froyo. She told me no. I was in a hurry so I just went with it. I got what tasted like blended froyo. That's it. No matcha. I literally kept the smoothie in my fridge and was going to return it. But I've worked in sales/retail/food industries and I didn't want to be that customer. 2) I went in for oatmeal. I love their oat meal. And previously went to a jamba next to my work for breakfast. So on my day off I went to this Jamba and it was not a good experience. I told them exactly what I told the other Jamba location and the results were pitiful. I wanted oatmeal with lots (extra) of brown sugar and honey. I got oatmeal with a sprinkling of brown sugar. So basically I got to eat plain oatmeal with no toppings.. Okay... 3) I decided to try the oatmeal again because I didn't want to give up on this Jamba location. I asked them for extra extra extra brown sugar layered in and then I asked for an extra plastic cup with brown sugar just in case they once again disappointed. I once again got an oatmeal with a sprinkling of brown sugar and a sprinkling of brown sugar in the plastic toppings cup. Not even halfway filled. Like I'm not sure how to communicate that I want MORE BROWN SUGAR! Therefore I gave up on oatmeal and smoothies.. 4) I stopped in tonight because I wanted a decently heathy dinner and wanted what I once knew as a Berry Topper. That sounded fresh, light, and delicious. What I got was soup that tastes like watery Greek yogurt. Not a nice chunky fruity topper which I wanted. So to anyone reading this, please don't give your money to this location. They really need to go through some epic Jamba training because so far all the items I've gotten have been VERY FAR BELOW JAMBA STANDARDS... Most of the old Jamba crew that I knew have left, and it's clear these employees are completely new to their craft and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. read more

Another Hypocritical Vegan favorite. However, I have had the feeling that Jamba has been missing the taste bud train. The smoothies are either too acidic or too mildly sweet for me. Not saying that I want Jamba to ump the flavor by introducing more sugar (refined and fake sugga is bad, mmkay?) but the use of non freshly-pressed juice has been a killer for me.
