They always greet me with a smile whenever I come here and I am a frequent visitor due to the awesome service here. I'd like to start by saying that I've loved Jamba Juice ever since my freshman year of high school. Now 22 I still love it, but this store has had a negative impact on the entire brand. First of all I visited march 30th at about 9pm and there were about 6-7 workers there which seemed like too much since it was about an hour until closing. It seemed like they weren't even working... Maybe they were cleaning up for the night but still the smoothies coming out were sub-par at best. My girlfriend and I placed our orders and the girl at the register was very friendly and professional as we ordered two smoothies; not very complicated, but still my first one came out and it was too watery and the taste was off. My girlfriend had to wait about 10mins afterwards for hers to come out in which I had almost finished my juice(not smoothie). In this time I saw about 4 improper measurements of drinks, smoothies being left for a while as they were finished blending and more watery drinks coming out. It seems like the employees were not properly trained and were overstaffed because this has happened to my girlfriend and myself a few times before. The problem seems to get worse because the drinks are still not being prepared properly. Finally we've both have been fed up and decided to leave a review in hopes of having something done about the store. My final thought is this. I go to the Pavillion's Jamba Juice in Arcadia on Naomi and surprisingly this one isn't even a full fledged Jamba Juice... yet it's still on a whole different level compared to this disgrace of a store. It should be the other way around. Sorry to say this, but unless they can properly train these employees in making a decent smoothie I will not be returning to this store anytime soon. read more

I've been a fan of Jamba Juice for many years and they just keep getting better. I really love their all fruit smoothies because they're a lot healthier than some of the others. The two top drinks I usually order are the Mango-a-Go-go and the protein berry workout smoothie. David always welcomes me with an awesome smile and great attitude! I visited this Jamba Juice location on the night of Friday, October 12th at around 6:15 p.m. with my sister. We ordered two drinks: a small Caribbean Passion and a medium Citrus Kick. Both drinks were disappointing for different reasons. As for the Caribbean Passion, my smoothie was not filled to the top at all. There was a good inch or so from the lid of my cup to my actual smoothie. Now with the Citrus Kick, it was completely overlooked. The drink we got was a Caribbean Passion, in a medium cup... This is just unacceptable and disappointing on so many levels. I do not visit this Jamba Juice location often, and when I do something proves why I don't. I do not plan on returning to this Jamba Juice location for the total disregard, care, or consideration of my drinks. Staff needs to be re-trained to be more attentive and to put a little more care into every drink that is made. read more

What an unpleasant way to start the morning. I traveled about 8 miles to get to this particular Jamba Juice. On our way to the county fair. We were so looking forward to our typical order from this amazing restaurant chain of healthy fruit inspired drinks and bowls that make you feel good even though you're eating something sweet. No one was in line so it looked like it would be a quick order. I asked for the usual açai bowl with the substitute almond milk instead of soy milk. However the attendant seemed to be new and had to go ask somebody in the kitchen to confirm what he thought was fact - that there could be no substitute for soy milk. The Voice from the kitchen said no everything is pre-mixed in there was no way to substitute. Upon return to inform me what I had just heard the attendant said no we cannot provide a substitute for soy milk. Everything is pre-mixed. I said "really? this would be the only Jamba Juice that does not allow or provide for a substitute of all of the Jamba Juice is I have ever visited. Why would that be?" Once again the attendant explained that that was because everything was pre-mixed. Then the voice from the kitchen yelled well if you want to wait I can make them for you but you will have to wait whatever it takes. I let her know that I was on my day off and that I could stay all day if necessary. I said wow it's amazing how something can go from no to yes. Then the attendant at the cash register said "yeah you know she's the boss. She's the manager.". I said no I'm the boss, I'm the customer. I felt disrespected by this interaction and the lack of care for and attention to an insignificant customer request. read more

i love love love jamba juice! i'm sure i can make smoothies and drinks at home but it's just not the same!!! everything is so spot on, refreshing, tasty, thirst quenching! i just wish each drink wasn't soo pricey! if they offered more BOGO i would be super happy! don't forget to try some drinks off the (not so secret) secret menu! this location makes our drinks really fast and there's always a line in summer or during BOGO offers! but parking is a breeze! you can also walk around target nearby with your drink after you order :) read more

holy crap this place is a complete disaster. i ordered an orange carrot karma and all i got was a drink filled with chunks of carrot. At first i thought it was only at the bottom but later at home i found out it was 90% of the drink was bits of carrot. when the menu says "carrot juice" they really just mean put carrots in a blender and blend it up. i got home and sifted the drink, a large, and only got a shot of actual juice, everything else was chunks of carrot. undrinkable, 0/10 never again. read more

I often go to jamba juice for orange carrot juice. Last time i came, they said if u do the survey, u could get buy one get one free. But look what, i bought one and got the smaller one free( it was same drink WTH). This not the major problem here. Today i came, i had to way so long, more than 15 mins ( for two dink and there is no customers ), because some problem with there machine. Then carrot juice could not came out from the machine. The girl making my drink changed to different machine but it also not work. Then another girl from the store come out, she decide to not press carrot no more. Instead she gave me more orange. The drinks dont taste good at all. They were so bitten because too much orange ( that why i choose orange carrot instead of orange juice); they girl changed the amount of the recipe and tell me that she gave me more. The drink also had a bunch of carrot pieces, chunks in there. It's waist of money, i could make it at home and it state better. I think i should stick with only starsbuck. read more
