I often go to jamba juice for orange carrot juice. Last time i came, they said if u do the survey, u could get buy one get one free. But look what, i bought one and got the smaller one free( it was same drink WTH). This not the major problem here. Today i came, i had to way so long, more than 15 mins ( for two dink and there is no customers ), because some problem with there machine. Then carrot juice could not came out from the machine. The girl making my drink changed to different machine but it also not work. Then another girl from the store come out, she decide to not press carrot no more. Instead she gave me more orange. The drinks dont taste good at all. They were so bitten because too much orange ( that why i choose orange carrot instead of orange juice); they girl changed the amount of the recipe and tell me that she gave me more. The drink also had a bunch of carrot pieces, chunks in there. It's waist of money, i could make it at home and it state better. I think i should stick with only starsbuck. read more

The people working here have no customer service. I can't believe some people how they act with other people who come to give a business their money. I came here and ordered oatmeal and a freshly squeezed orange juice and they barely put any oatmeal in it. When I asked about it, they replied that's how it is. "Hi, welcome to Jamba Juice" is what you hear as soon as you walk in. So, that part is nice & friendly. I've been to this Jamba 3 times already and it started out great & has gone down hill since. For example, I ordered something that wasn't ON the menu, but I've ordered a strawberry lemonade from other Jambas several times & they've all accommodated me. It's not that serious.. lemonade + strawberries.. ta-da? So anyway, I guess they've never been asked for this item here which was fine. I ordered a smoothie instead & asked for it chunky, because I like eating the fruit. So anyway, before the guy made my smoothie, he asked 'u wanted it chunky right?' "YEP".... then of course, it was smooth =( This didn't happen the first time but damn, if you're gonna confirm it before making it for the second time, at least follow through! I would give 5 stars for all the past couple years of experience I had here. But today was just disappointing. I ordered by phone for five regular strawberries wild and one large strawberries wild all extra thick and they said they would have it ready in freezer for me. But when I got there I asked are my orders ready the cashier have to lie and say we are working on it when they haven't even started on it. The drinks were more watered down than what they would regularly been because they don't know how to make it extra thick and they added so much juice and ice to it that there's no strawberry taste to it at all. $34 something for 6 cups of iced light flavored apple juice that's pink. read more

I drink a smoothie everyday. If I can't make it at home I know I can go to jamba juice and get a delicious smoothie there. However, this jamba juice is the worst I have been to so far. I have been there three times and i'm never going back. The first time I went my friend received an extremely watery smoothie. I wouldn't even consider it a smoothie, it was more like juice. The second time I went I could tell right away that my smoothie was not blended enough. However, the woman that was working thought it was fine and was about to pour it in a cup before I stopped and asked her to blend it some more. This smoothie was also like juice. The third time I went was today. There were about 5-7 people working and none of them were able to serve a proper smoothie. I witnessed two people go back because their order was wrong. Three smoothies had to be remade because their measurements were off. Four smoothies (including my boyfriend's smoothie) were extremely watery. The man didn't even have to hit the blender to get the smoothie out, it just poured out like water. My boyfriend received his drink first and I waited while my drink just sat there on the counter (we ordered together). It was already blended and ready to go and yet it sat on that counter until someone noticed it about 5 minutes later. They picked it up, read my order and went back to add more ingredients into it (I have no clue why). When I received my drink it was once again very watered down and my drink started about an inch below the top of the cup. If you're going to go to a jamba juice, go to the one in pavillions. They make an excellent smoothie! These workers need a lot more training. read more

my favorite jamba location! hell, the lines get sooo long and it gets super packed, but the staff is super friendly. once, my boyfriend dropped his jamba outside of the parking lot and they remade his drink! another time, my jamba was way too icy, they reblended it for me =) sometimes when they make too much of your jamba, they would give you it all in a bigger cup. if you happen to have a buy one get one coupon for jamba, man avoid this place cause it gets suuuuper busy!! but i love the staff here read more

It should be 2 1/2 stars because the staff is nice, other than that their smoothies are terrible. I ordered my usual banana berry with weigh protein; the smoothie is literally juice (super liquidy). All the smoothies they were making came out as juice opposed to an actual smoothie. They forgot to put in the weigh protein I ordered, couldn't taste the banana at all and on top of their terrible skills they had run out of certain main ingredients and had to substitute from 3 other choices. If you plan to come with just cash stay away, might have been just today, but idk many people were turned away because they couldn't accept cash...? Won't come back here. read more

Usually my experience is up to par with this specific Jamba Juice but today it was appalling. I ordered my drink and the cashier repeatedly asked for my order after I told him multiple times. After I paid is when he told me they don't have most of the ingredients that are included in the drink. Later I asked another employee what she recommends and she stated, "she can't make the decision for me." Wth. I finally get one of my drinks waiting for another when she says, "you never ordered a third drink", so turns out my order wasn't put in correctly. The reason this place gets 4 stars is because of the staff, hands down. Their drinks are great too, but it's Jamba Juice - you can expect the same quality at most of their locations. Anyway, the staff is super friendly and willing to help you out. It's been quite a while since I've had such good customer service. Kudos Jamba Juice of Rosemead! :) For inquiring minds, I had a really old gift card that I hadn't used in over a 1 1/2 years. The cashier swiped it 3 different times and it didn't work so he went over to the next cash register to swipe again. When that didn't work, he punched in the numbers a few times until it finally went through. He said old cards did that but instead of giving up on me and telling me that my card had a zero balance (which happens quite a lot at other establishments) he stuck it through. You know, I'm not usually a big fan of fruit. In any general sense. But that kind of changed when I visited this Jamba Juice with a couple of friends. I wasn't planning on buying anything but came out with a drink of my own. And it's all thanks to this worker named Jess(ica). She was so friendly and attentive when she was serving my friends and I at the cashier. She struck up conversation with us, noticed I wasn't buying a drink. I politely told her I wasn't a big fan of fruits and she told me to try my friend's drink to see what I'm missing out on. I didn't believe her at first but decided to humor anyways. I took a sip from my friend's drink and it was so good and refreshing that I wanted more. I wanted/needed my own. It was the first time I drank a drink that wasn't too sour, too sweet, or too tangy. It was just right. And after that, the rest was history. This drink was the Peach Perfection Smoothie, from the all-fruit smoothies. I bought my own and left the store as a happy customer. All thanks to that nice employee named Jess(ica). I plan to stop being picky when it comes to fruit and take a chance to see what more they have to offer. To expand my horizons with fruits and discover something new from the fruit world. I'll be back Jamba Juice. You can count on it. read more
