I came in here on Sunday morning for a juice and was in and out in a good amount of time. There were only two girls working, which is usually the case. But lucky for us, the place was not that busy. The smoothies ate top notch at Jamba Juice but thus location I have almost always had a problem with my order getting mixed up. For example I'll ask for Granola on top and they will forget to add it so then the cup is too full and I have to get my granola on the side. We stopped at Jamba Juice on our way to the airport to have breakfast and enjoyed our "meal." Décor: It's a standard Jamba Juice. There are a few tables, the menu is big and easy to see, and it's well lit and friendly. There really isn't much more to say! Bathroom: unknown Staff: The cashier and drink-maker-girl were both friendly, doing the standard Jamba Juice "hello" when we walked in, and our food was prepared very quickly. Food/Drink: I had the "new" Island Pitaya Bowl (it was good, but I think I like the Açaí Primo Bowl better overall), a Greens 'n Ginger smoothie (tasty, but a tad bit watery), and a double shot of Wheatgrass (tasty!). Everything came out as expected and tasted just fine. Value: Again, it's a Jamba Juice. The prices are on par with any other location I've ever been to. For the most part, I like Jamba Juice establishments and what they offer. Several years ago, it was my go to spot for smoothies and drinks for myself and the kids. Today, not so impressed. There is a current online coupon deal of 50% off their Energy Bowls and decided to take advantage of it. I ordered (you guessed it) a 24 oz Acai Berry bowl for sharing and was disappointed. The Acai itself was too watery....a little too thawed for my liking. I'm accustomed to the sorbet like consistency of Acai from other juice places. I really really really like their drinks. I do, and it's freaking corporate! The service should be perfected. For a while I was going in at LEAST five times a week if not more. What I really loved and enjoyed was that they would take my call in orders. I work a lot and had a sick sister in the local hospital so I would run her drink off to her before I went to work. Needless to say I dont have a lot time beforehand to wait in line. So I was exceedingly appreciative in the past. Then it all went down the uhm.... hole. THREE times I would call in my order about five minutes prior, and when I show up with cash in hand, the drink wasnt made. First time, eh ok, irritating, but everyone makes mistakes so whatever. Second time, initial response is, "Are you f'ing kidding me" (bite tongue till bleeding to not say a nasty remark) Third time, screw you guys. It just sucks because I really do like the drinks and my sister's an addict. And when I talk about the service it's four specific individuals who seemed to make it their mission to have me hate coming there. Jamba just went through a renovation and it looks amazing. Went in there today and it felt vibrant and welcoming. They have this hype thing going on with menus on monitors and a lor of info regarding the ingredients. The indoor seating was comfy and they even had a bench area to sit and relax. A new thing I noticed was the soups. I tried the carrot one and it was delish. Not sure if its made natural but if its not I can taste good quality and not typical canned or watered down soup. They also have this new catering thing going on. Thought it was really cool that they would offer catering. Parking can be a hassle in that shopping center but dont let that stop you from going in there. read more

I've loved Jamba since I worked there back in High School. Yeah, they are a bit heavy on the sugar side, but hey they are soooo good. Stopped by my way out to rock climb at Mission Trails. The team working in the morning was pumped, they were fast and got me to my climb fast. I went with a Pomegranate Paradise, 2 whey proteins & 1 chai seeds with a side of two ounce wheat grass. Solid store with a good team. Stoked attitudes and clean spot. Going to be my pre climb spot moving forward for sure. read more

I walk in an am greeted instantly, as always. I ask the girl "What's that smell?" She looks a bit confused. I had to specify that it is a good smell, something baking. My story is she just farted and couldn't believe a customer was confronting her, lol. She tells me it must be the sourdough parmesan pretzel. I had to get one. It was wonderful. Aloha Pineapple smoothie (sub out yogurt for mangoes). She suggested trading the bananas for mangoes, according to her its more exciting. I have never seen this before in a juice-type business. There is no service. There is no water refills. There is no bringing the food to the table. Its crazy. If you go, look at the way the tip screen is setup, its so obvious it is meant to deceive. I usually go to this location after I hike Cowels Mountain. It's refreshing and healthy. The staff is friendly and will even make suggestions if you can't decide. The place is super air conditioned...which, right now in the summer is great! Especially after my hike. They have all the options: smoothies, breakfast foods: oatmeal, wraps, flatbread, small refrigerated snacks, merchandise, and frozen yogurt.
