If I had to pick one thing to eat(drink) for the rest of my life it would be Jamba Juice. You guys never let me down; Its like an orgasm in my mouth every time. Great for a snack, breakfast, lunch, or the occasional dinner. Ive probably had everything on the menu at least once so with that being said: My favorites are: *Pomegranate Paradise* Blackberry Bliss (despite the millions of seeds) Mango A Go Go Caribbean Passion Fresh Squeezed OJ (the Orange Mango Passion is a must try also) Peach Pleasure From the secret menu, you have to try the white gummy bear or berry fruit roll-up. Smoothies are always right on point! Fresh, clean, smooth... The New Blends of Yogurt are Really GOOD!! Usually taste exactly like what You Order. Environment is always Clean, Service mostly prompt n professional. Staff is Usually above average to Great w/ an Emphasis on Usually. Today-This afternoon I went in And ordered my usual and the "GUY" taking my order was quite obstinate! I was explaining my Drink order to him and he was trying to explain to me how i was wrong and that how he was going to have to charge me a completely different price than what it usually comes up to... He tried to convince me that he needed to charge me for two seperate smalls in order to achieve what I wanted. WTF?? My drink is a blend/merger of two different drinks on the Menu w/ a free boost and an Additional boost, Power size! I am almost always Charged $5.80 out the door and occasionally charged $6.30... I always order the same drink but due to my innability to articulate my order or some variance in staff experience there is minimal fluctuation in the price... He kept telling me " I'm only being Assertive here!" and "I must be assertive!" Being "Hostile" and/or Very Difficult and then re-labelling it as ASSertive doesn't justify PISSING off your REPEAT CUSTOMERS!! My drink that is usually $5.80 was now gunna be upcharged to $8 or more... I was not able to reason with this guy at all. And his Argumentative stance had gotten me VERY irritated at this point! Fortunately, the Manager walks in, Intervened and took my Order. She recognized my Drink and promptly entered my order! As She was entering the order and quite skillfully rectifying the situation... The Jerk Guy walks up behind her and insists to her "I was Only Being Assertive!" She promtly dismissed him to "Go To The Back, NOW!" @ this point I didn't even want the drink anymore, I just wanted to leave. But the Manager was soo professional and Nice that I opted to stay. She ended Up Giving me My drink at a discount price... Which was a really professional gesture! She was really embarassed by his behavior and went to the additional effort of apologizing to me again before I left. I am a fan of Jamba Juice but this particular branch is lacking in social skills, attention to detail, and smoothie knowledge. I understand you can't memorize every smoothie but they have a chart on the wall for a reason. This specific Jamba Juice are quite a few steps behind the other Jamba Juices I've been to. Even the branch in one of the South Carolina Airports I had a layover in did a better job. The two times I've been here my order have been well under satisfactory. On Tuesday, April 8, Jamba Juice retail stores offered a free 12-oz. Breakfast item from opening until 10am and as i arrived at 10:10am i was handed a coupon outside of the store by an associate named "TOMMY" for a FREE Breakfast on my next visit since i "just missed it". As i stepped up to place my order the Lady behind the counter surprisingly told me about the FREE offer that was still available where i could try out there new breakfast items or a juice of choice for FREE, so i ordered a my FREE smoothy. Within 10 seconds of placing my order, "Tommy" was cleaning up around the register and COMMENTED LOUDLY that if he got something FREE he would leave a TIP and asked the lady behind the register if she agreed. Again, he loudly repeats how he would leave a TIP if he got something for free then had the nerve of glancing at me. I then took two steps forward and asked him if i could leave a credit card TIP since i just got back from a run and i have no cash on me. With a blank look on his face he tried to denie the entire incedent and asked me what i was talking about... Furious about the entire situation, i told him he could keep his FREE smoothy and to inform his manager about this situation as i will be calling to complain. "Tommy" then tells me that his real name is "Benjamin" and that he is just wearing a "Tommy" badge for some reason. BEWARE, the employees at this location are not the people on their name tags and be prepared to leave a TIP or these guys will embarrass you if you don't. I guess I feel more let down by the Jamba Juice concept than by this actual store. Some background - up until last week I'd never been to a Jamba Juice. Then I received a Jamba Juice gift card so now I've made two separate visits to this location and tried different drinks. I'm really underwhelmed by the Jamba Juice product. I guess I'd pictured blenders where they'd toss in all sorts of fresh fruit to create a healthy drink. Jamba Juice is more like the old slushies where sugar water would be blended with soft ice... basically frozen sugar water and hence not healthy. It appears Jamba Juice enhanced the old slushy concept and also adds bits of frozen fruit to the sugar water. OK, perhaps a slight improvement but still not particularly healthy. I went to this Jamba Juice two times at different days around 8-830pm right after the gym and both times they were CLOSED . I checked the business hours on the door and closing time is at 9pm. So I dont know why the employees locked the doors so early. They didnt even accomodate me and pretended they didnt see me as they continued to clean up. They are in such a rush to go home. I feel bad for the owner because I am sure there are more customers who goes to Jamba around that time. I think management should change the closing time to 8pm instead. read more

I ordered 2 large drinks and got 1 large and 1 medium. I then asked again for a large and the next drink he handed me was in a large cup but it wasn't even close to being full. Their drinks are pretty good and the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they need to lower the prices a tad and not everyone makes the same quality of drinks. One person makes it colder or more slushy then another employee for example. I just wish they would all make it just the same so the taste would be consistent. I like juices, and I also like secret menus (see my review of IN-N-Out), so as a rule I like Jamba Juice. THIS Jamba Juice, though, sucks total ass. They have little to no knowledge of their own secret menu, they are staffed with buffoons who don't know how to work the register, and the line always backs up (worse than a usual Jamba Juice - it takes them 25 minutes to get 3 people out of there) because they don't know what they're doing. I gave them multiple chances to get my favorite drink right, the blue gummy, and they couldn't do it, even after telling them how SEVERAL TIMES! (Man, this sounds alot like my extra yoghurt juice fiasco). After the last ordeal where the girl took too much for the drinks off of my gift card (this whole thing lasted about 30 minutes), they comped our drinks and gave us free drink tickets for next time, which we took to another location. First let me admit that I was originally grossed out by Jamba Juice. I just didn't get it. People were flocking to these places and coming out with this healthy concoction with the paper on the straws tip like it was the thing to do. No, I didn't get it but then I was forced to face my curiousity head on, because I am nosey, by attempting to try one of these healthy and fruity concoction in a flavor that I might like. Mango-a-go-go was my choice and of course I was hooked. I now enjoy a Jamba Juice fruit smoothie if not daily then at least 3-4 times a week along with a toasted sourdough-parmesean pretzel. Now, my issue with Jamba Juice is sometimes I have to wait on my pretzel. That gets a little bit under my skin at times but over all, Jamba Juice is a quick and healthy alternative to chips and a soda. Believe me, I'm a bonafide junk food junkie and I have been choosing to Mango-a-go-go. If I can find pleasure in a healthy concoction, the masses will love it. read more
