This location in Sand City was crazy crowded on Saturday from everyone ordering smoothies to beat the heat. I love getting the Apples & Greens smoothie and this time I ventured out and ordered the Kale-ribbean Breeze. it was so refreshing and perfectly filling for a mid-afternoon snack. I always have a great experience visiting this Jamba Juice and I look forward to taking more chances and trying new flavors. read more

Ordered something new. Had a couple of people ahead and behind me so I knew there was going to be some kind of wait but holy cow. People that were behind me got their drinks first. I asked about my drink and they didn't have any idea I ordered it. 6 people working and it took over 20 min to get my drink that they forgot about it. Experience sucked. read more

They don't accept their own gift cards. Don't buy a card as a gift for someone, all you are doing is giving your money to a big insensitive company. Jippy Juice cards value evaporate faster than a snowball in Hades, and in spite of Federal/State laws against stealing. Who is going to fight them over $20? As a result of this review Jamba Juice contacted me and apologized, made a correction and let me know that I was not the only one dissatisfied with this location. I was told that Jamba Juice would bring this spot up to their standards and they have tried to do so in my opinion. read more

I always order my smoothies through the Jamba Juice app on my Iphone. This is usually the place I pick them up from. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. My smoothies have always been ready when I arrive no matter how busy I've seen it. Just walk up and grab them at the counter. No waiting in line or anything like that. I will keep coming to this location for their fast service. read more

This is a a fantastic Jamba location. The staff is always super friendly and efficient. My girlfriend and I get a smoothie almost every week on saturday mornings. We always order a really complicated smoothie (yes, were those people) and Yesenia makes sure it is made perfectly every time and delivered with a big smile! I have been to this location maybe 4 or 5 times while on vacation and they have totally forgotten my order not once but twice... The two girls working would not give me the time of day when I was trying to get their attention and the guy who took my order had to realize something was wrong because I was standing around for almost 20 minutes. I thought the first time was a fluke but now I will not be coming back for sure! read more

I usually come to this location every morning Monday thru Thursday on my way to work to grab an Acai bowl or smoothie. Today they were out of fresh fruit for their bowls and wanted me to pay full price on a bowl that literally had no fruit but offered me extra granola. The "shift manager" Samantha then came out when I asked to speak to her and said there was nothing she could do and was not willing to apologize for the inconvenience or seem to feel bad at all that they ran out on a Friday afternoon. Worst service I have received and definitely won't be giving them my daily business anymore. That's unfortunate. read more

Always solid work here and yes parking is EZ and plentiful.

Great smoothies. Easy parking. Great place to grab a snack while you're shopping at Target/Petsmart/etc Never have had a problem here.

Went in today, it was busy and parking was easy enough, got the small Aloha pineapple and was in and out in 2 minutes. The fastest I have EVER had service at any jamba juice. Thanks guys for making my day even better! read more

They messed up on my order, giving me a 12oz drinks instead of 16oz. Instead of making a third 12oz, which equates to nearly the same drink order, they threw away the perfectly good juices and made two new, larger juices. That's wasteful and hurts to watch when there are so many hungry impoverished people here and throughout the world. Good standards Jamba Juice: throw away perfectly good food for absolutely no valid reason. I won't be back on principle. It also mildly reeks of greed a bit...you don't get 2 extra ounces for our mistake, you'll get exactly what you ordered and we'll throw away the difference. Awful solution. read more

If you pay for fresh squeezed orange juice follow with your eyes the employee to make sure you don't get orange juice mixed with water or not made right at the moment. read more

I don't like this Jamba Juice as much as the Del Rey Oaks place. I went in there one morning and there were two workers, and the guy slowly came over and took my order. While the girl was cleaning a blender, the topic of her conversation was inappropriate and totally unprofessional. It took me over ten minutes to order a sixteen smoothie. It was a protein berry workout with whey, not a hard order at all. I haven't been back since. read more

Jamba juice has always been a favorite of mine and alternative to Starbucks, but this location has seemed to have difficulty getting an order out in a timely fashion. Will always go to Jamba but make sure i have plenty of time for this store. read more

Very bad customer service which seems to be from there manger tall guy they welcomed me hello but I had to throw away something and that man assumed I was togeather with the other customer before me long story short he embaressed the guy thinking we where together and walked away emberassed well the jokes kept coming after he called my name he called me julissa which was the girl in the registers name and said oh wait your not julissa you are Diana here you go it was very awkward and he was a total weirdo that kept picking on me I think you should evaluate the employment it was just them talking amongst them self except for the guy that made my drink he was on it the nice Asian boy well other than that I got my juice which is all I wanted anyways I'll be going back :) rude people don't bother me but yelp should know! read more

4 workers: 3 in the back behind a door and only one making smoothies. Instead of just making my order, I watched her cleaning things. Then finally when more orders came in, she lined up 7 or 8 pitchers and filled each one ingredient at a time. Then she placed then on the blenders. I watched mine finish and sit on the blender while she went to do other things. My son went to Bagel Bakery and get a specialty sandwich, came back and ate it while waiting for our smoothies. Ridiculously long wait. This is very typical at this site, but today took the prize in worst service ever. read more

Haven't been to this location in years so I walked in with no one in front of me and by the time I finished ordering a small razmatazz with energy there were 5 people behind me. Two people behind me have got there order and I waited 20 Minutes for my one drink. There were only two people working at 845 am. Both seeming very new. Lately I've been going to jambs juice and I'm so unhappy the last two times I went in this girl told me that they're not allowed to make drinks off the secret menu which I thought was very dumb because i order it all the time in fact one of the girls who use to work there showed me the drink so I didn't understand why you couldn't make.... I go in today and I have the 2$ coupon and so I wanted to upsize one a large and one a medium the guy tells me the medium is 3 and the large is 4$ so I say ok that's fine my totally comes out to 9.54? I asked about it and he says it only works for one drink? They have a lot of new people there or something because I use to go there every single day and was satisfied idk what's up with jamba now the smoothies are delicious still. read more
